<p>I am a firm believer that a range is realistic. Being healthy is more than a specific number on a scale.  It is feeling great in your body and being able to live life and do the things that you want to do without feeling run down, weak and tired.  It is about being healthy in body and mind and enjoying every second of this wonderful opportunity we have called life!  So get off your scale, get off your butt and start moving!</p>
