<p>The question: &#8220;How are you?&#8221;. The common reply: &#8220;Busy&#8221;. Here&#8217;s the thing, you don&#8217;t have to constantly be going and doing. Successful and productive people can rest and they should if they want to be their best. I&#8217;m not talking about sleeping (though that&#8217;s important too). I mean being still, resting your mind or zoning out watching TV. You are worthy of rest. You can’t pour from an empty cup.</p>

I think happiness is a choice.</p>



<p> I choose Happy.  A statement I write in my journal every morning because I think happiness is a choice and I need that daily reminder to choose happy.  </p>



<p>Of course you can’t just say I’m happy and BOOM, you’re happy&#8230;.in Episode 7 I&#8217;m talking about how to choose happy.</p>

<p>My phone is showing me there are 3 days of <span class="_5mfr"><span class="_6qdm"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/12.0.0-1/72x72/2744.png" alt="❄" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></span></span> in the 10 day forecast. <span class="_5mfr"><span class="_6qdm"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/12.0.0-1/72x72/1f976.png" alt="🥶" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></span></span></p>
<p>Of course on the one day I decide to just get up and ready to sub, I don’t get called in <span class="_5mfr"><span class="_6qdm"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/12.0.0-1/72x72/1f92a.png" alt="🤪" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></span></span> Oh well. It’s been a super productive morning!</p>
