When it installs it creates a small hidden partition on your hard drive by default called Recovery HD. If you ever need to recover your Operating System you can access this via booting into the recovery. But because both the operating system and the recovery are stored on one hard-drive you may encounter issues running this recovery partition if the system disk has become dysfunctional.

It is therefore advised that you create a minimal OS X recovery disc in case you experience any issues with accessing your recovery partition.
<div

Take note of the name of your NTFS drive. For this example, we will assume the drive is labelled “Windows”.

Type in the following, replacing “Windows” with the name of your drive:

LABEL=Windows none ntfs rw,auto,nobrowse

Press Ctrl+O, then press Enter.

Press Ctrl + X to exit the text editor.

Open Disk Utility.

Go to your Applications folder.

Open the Utilities folder.

Open the Disk Utility application.

On the left, click on the NTFS drive.

At the top, click on the Unmount button.

This will change to a Mount button. Click it again and close Disk Utility.

Unfortunately, this will stop the drive being shown in Finder. To workaround this, put the following line into Terminal and press Enter:

open /Volumes

This will show all the currently connected drives. From here, you can drag your NTFS drive to the sidebar in Finder and have it kept there.

Remove Weekends from JQuery UI Datepicker

To remove weekend days from the JQuery UI Datepicker plugin, add the following CSS to your stylesheet: .ui-datepicker-week-end{display:none}

To remove weekend days from the JQuery UI Datepicker plugin, add the following CSS to your stylesheet:<br
