This image, taken on a holiday trip to Peru by a recent client, had a significant amount of reflection due to it being taken from the inside of a moving vehicle. I did my best to minimize/remove what I could of the reflection…while at the same time giving the image more of a dramatic, national geographic feel.

from the client: “My husband and I wanted a picture of the two of us, but the preacher jumped in the middle and I would love if he could be removed.” we also felt the image could be warmed up and cropped…

in her other image, she asked if the microphone could be removed, the contrast increased, and the saturation be made slightly more intense…

possibly my favorite of the series…this image takes the Steampunk theme to the next level.  my client asked “can a dirigible or two be put in the sky behind us?”  ask and ye shall receive…i envisioned a utopian Steampunk age society with all kind of machines in the air…

i also fixed that darn ear again…

i found the background in this image to be really distracting.  I couldn’t remove everything, so instead i decided to blend in the color of the other older looking images in the series to help tie them all together.  it also helped separate the people in the foreground from the background…

the client asked me to swap out her husband’s face from another photo into this one so that all three people would be looking at the camera.  I also fixed his ears that were being squished by the hat…

and then she asked me to make her husband look evil…

one more to go in the five part series for this amazing Steampunk themed wedding!

in this image my client wanted me to have some fun.  she and her husband are big anne rice fans and wanted a romantic vampire shot.  they set it up perfectly for me to plop on some blood and neck holes! pay close attention to his mouth…its subtle…but there’s a little bit of blood dripping out.

this image unfortunately had a lot of glare and lens flares.  i removed the lens flares and increased the contrast…

next time…group shots!
