The vote was 13-3.

Colbert poses as a conservative talk-show host on the Comedy Central show.

"Although I lost by the slimmest margin in presidential election history—only 10 votes—I have chosen not to put the country through another agonizing Supreme Court battle," Colbert said Monday in a statement. "It is time for this nation to heal."

I like Stephen and all, but this is just another example of democrats trying to hold the little man down. Sure it was a joke, but why couldn't he run if he wanted to? Isn't that the point of a primary 'election'?

Truly the democrats really could have lost a pretty big opportunity here; but oh well, keep the "little" man down!
I question as to the validity of a primary runoff if you control who can run on your ticket: why even have them?

P.S. This podcast contains the usual suspects: Clinton, Obama, Clinton, and the other democrats.

In this podcast we podcast we talk about an arrange of issues. We start off with a quick update about the Health Saving Accounts (HSA), then we quickly move on to Obama's stance on Clinton and her avoidance of the issues. After that we discuss Congresses shorter workweek; and how social security could be improved. Next we discuss the highly debated net neutrality discussion, and how capitalism plays its roll in the debate. Then we end the podcast on a high note about Clinton being a sex addict; which is shocking news to us all here at FJRP.com.

I spoke about it in the podcast, but I wanted to thank the listeners of the podcast. We actually have had some success, and its great to see that we still "might" have it. Back in 2003 we were getting hundreds of hits a day; to date, we get around 10 hits a day. Mainly because the site sat idle for a few years. And no one really cared to visit us (understandably).

Anyway, our goal is to produce one podcast a week, at a minimum. I have found as I keep creating podcasts the content has been easier to come up with. For example, the first podcast was only 16 minutes, and took me around 3 hours of content preparation; while on the other hand, the second podcast only took around 1.5 hours for about 30 minutes of content.

The most recent podcast is about 22 minutes and took around 1.75 hours to come up with content. Now I will admit I get on my soap box on this one folks, and it may sound like a sermon, but like I've said from the start: To make a good podcast you're gonna have to make several bad ones.

I used a different mic on this podcast, which makes everything seem so much clearer; so I'm pleased with that result. We still have a lot to do with the Podcasts, but we are off to a good start.

I spoke a little about it in my podcast, and that is our "live show" podcast. I don't want you to think that is off the table, as we still plan to do it. We are just working out a few kinks in the system. Sleazy Clinton is at it again:

Hillary Clinton raised big bucks at a Chinatown fund-raiser from donors who listed seemingly modest-paying jobs on contributor forms, prompting an angry exchange between John Edwards' campaign and Team Clinton.

The flap came after the Los Angeles Times reported people holding jobs such as dishwasher, server or chef made donations ranging from $500 to $2,300.

The newspaper said it could not find one-third of the donors using property, telephone or business records.

You know seriously, this is getting old from the Clinton's; you would think they would learn from each other's mistakes. Yet they don't.

I remember when I was a dishwasher, donating $500 to anyone was laughable. Yet Clinton's awe inspiring presences just seems to make people give who can't afford it; but hey, who's she to care if it is legal?

Don't get me wrong, she has secretly given back almost $7,000 of it back, out of more than $350,000 she raised from low income people. Way to break the law Hillary; looks like you're going down the same road as your husband.

See source here

Btw, don't forget to checkout FJRP's latest Podcast HERE!

Shaking things up!

Here at FJRP we have decided to shake things up a bit.

Thats right, you heard it here first folks, FJRP is now producing our very own Podcast.

Click HERE to download the latest Podcast of 10/19/2007

As I say in the podcast, the only way to make a good podcast is to make several bad ones. We switched for several reasons; however, the man reason was due to security. You see, we ran our own software before called WordPress. While WordPress served us well, it was truly unsafe for people like us at FJRP to use. We didn’t have the time to find the latest hacks and releases; therefore, we were vulnerable to being hacked and/or DDOS’d.

Switching to Blogspot/Blogger gave us the security we need. They have a team of staff devoted to finding security risks, and instantly fixing them without our interaction. We should have done this from the start, but we thought it would be a ‘neat idea’ to run and administer our own software.

To answer the question now, NO we were never hacked or DDOS’d. Which I feel is somewhat of an accomplishment; because, we have a very conservative blog that would be prone to these types of attacks. Oddly enough, these attacks, that I have seen, have been inflicted on to more liberal sites. I find this interesting because I had assumed more of the ‘hacker’ types were liberals, and would attack conservative blogs.

I am happy to say that over 95% of the content has been moved from our previous location and archived at this location for your reading enjoyment. What I am unhappy to report, is all previous links to blog articles have been lost.

One thing to note is all the archived posts show ‘MJG’ as the author; this is not always the case. Please refer to the top of that blog to see who it was by, all dates have been preserved. This will not be an issue going forward, all new posts will correctly posts the authors name.

Thanks for your support, and we look forward to our next exciting election.

FJRP Team

Political Correctness Kills.

September 11th, 2005 by lap

Nearly 3000 people killed during the terrorist attacks of 9/11. 1850 Troops killed in Iraq. Scores more killed in Afghanistan, and in other terrorist attacks over the last decade. The Killers involved in all the attacks have a common thread. They are all Islamic Militants who want to see death come to Americans and to our way of life. Their battle lines are clearly drawn for the entire world to see. They are at war against freedom, and all those that support it. They would gladly kill each and every American if given the opportunity. They are fully engaged in a holy war against the infidel; and the infidel is you, me, our mothers and fathers, children and grandchildren, and everyone we know and love. They savagely murder Americans and video tape it for all the world to see. They took to the streets and rejoiced around the world after 9/11. After Hurricane Katrina laid waste to New Orleans killing perhaps thousands, they again expressed their joy. They spread their ideology of hate, oppression, and brutality around the Globe. Using their twisted version of religion as a justification for their acts they continue to increase their numbers. It is Us against Them they say, fight for us and you will be greatly rewarded by God. They fight with a fanaticism and dedication that is unprecedented in modern war. While thus far in comparison to the great wars of the 20th century the deaths and destruction caused by this conflict have been relatively light, it has the potential to dwarf them all. Destructive capabilities and wide spread proliferation of WMDs, as well as the enemy’s unquestioned desire to use them, have made this the highest stakes battle in the history of our great country. A single successful attack by these barbarians could kill 100s of thousands of Americans, destroy entire cities, and severely impact our economy. While no doubt some progress has been made over the last four years in preventing such an attack, one of the greatest inhibitors in our ability to fight terrorism has remained unchanged: Political Correctness.

Almost immediately after 9/11 the debate over security vs. personal freedom began. The issue of racial profiling shifted from being almost exclusively associated with black Americans to include Arabs. Civil liberty activists began proclaiming the depravity of using profiling against Arab Americans. While as a rule Racial Profiling is unfair and should not be allowed as a standard law enforcement technique, I would argue that at some point it becomes not just an acceptable method, but a method that would be absurd to not utilize. Everyone who has seen the pictures of the terrorists who carried out the 9/11 attacks or any of the many other Islamic terrorist we have seen on television over the last years has to recognize the fact that the all look very similar. At our airports and other high-risk locations we need to recognize that an Arab man with an Islamic name is more likely to be a terror threat then any other demographic. This is common sense, not racism. The issue of racism continues to plague our country. In this instance not because there is racism but because as a country we are terrified of being labeled as racist. So afraid are we of being given this label, and so ready are some to place it, that it has become almost too high a liability to take even random security measures against an Arab for fear that it might be construed as a racist act. Instead of paying closer attention to people from the region of the world infested with anti-Americanism we instead pay less attention to them.

The right to free speech is another issue that has been twisted by civil rights watchdogs to work to the advantage of the enemy. Islamic anti-Americans freely spread their poisonous beliefs through university lecture halls around the country. The scope of their propaganda goes far beyond decrying our government or the war on terror. Radicals in the US teach openly teach jihad and Islamism using our first amendment as carte blanche. We allow these people to build support for their cause and spread their hatred, doing nothing for fear of violating their rights. They engineer the demise of our nation, and we stand by and do nothing. Anyone who preaches jihad in our country needs to be arrested, and at the very least, deported.

The final issue I will address (although I could go on for much longer) is the unfair pressure on our military to fight a politically correct war. Our media has at best placed a handicap on our troops, and at worst been nothing less then a deadly enemy. The media has gleefully brought forth and focused excessively on the dastardly deeds of our troops at Abu Grhaib, Guantanamo Bay, and the battle of Fallujah. There has been constant focus on civilian casualties, the level of force used by coalition soldiers, and the moral clarity of our mission. This is a war against an enemy who beheads their prisoners, bombs innocent civilians, and aspires to destroy our country. That our own media focuses most intently on Iraqi prisoners being humiliated, (not beheaded, but humiliated) “Koran abuse,” and whether a young marine during a tough, gritty battle was justified in killing a wounded enemy combatant is disgraceful. These reports portray our country and our military as morally bankrupt and despicable. This not only has a negative effect at home but also fills our enemy with hope and resolve. We cannot win this fight if our country and the world doubts the integrity and virtue of our mission. Our media had been instrumental in aiding the enemy to recruit and prevail. While it could be argued that the media is simply reporting the facts, the intense over reporting is completely unjustifiable and irresponsible. If any guard in any prison in America had “abused” prisoner’s bibles, there wouldn’t have been a single blip on the media radar.

The war on terror is no gentleman’s war. The jihadists are waging a no holds barred fight to the death. They obey no rules and will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. America will not win unless we get serious about combating this threat. Can you imagine if during WWII we had allowed the Nazis to enter our country and preach the virtue of their vision? What if the reports Americans saw in newsreels was almost entirely about the immoral behavior of our troops, and justifying the enemy’s cause? Wake up America, the enemy has brought the war to our doorstep and it will not be over until there is a victor and a vanquished. It’s time to take the gloves off and get serious.

Welcome Back!

September 6th, 2005 by mjg

After a nice break FJRP has decided to reconvene and we’re back with full force. But looking at these I wonder who the bigots REALLY are? Do they hate Dr. Rice because she works for Bush, or do they hate her because she is a successful, inteligent woman? Or maybe…do they hate her because she is both of these and that is supposed to be unacceptable?
What I don’t understand is, how do you people on the left accept this? How can you allow yourselves to be linked to these people? Why are you not crying out in outrage? I would love to get an answer on this! In my opinion it is unacceptable!

Mosques are Fair Game

November 16th, 2004 by drg

Ruins of Monte Cassino shortly after the attack

Some in the liberal media are quoting the Geneva Convention to argue that attacking religious buildings or places of worship are off-limits. What they fail to mention is that once those structures are “militarized” they lose their protection under the convention.

Case in point: During World War II, in which the same rules of the Convention applied, the German Army occupied the Benedictine Abbey atop Monte Cassino in Italy. This position gave the Wehrmacht a strategic position in which they could see allied troop movements in the valley below. Artillery fire that was called atop the mountain led to the deaths of thousands of American, British and Polish troops. Realizing this, the allied forces destroyed the abey – a christian monestary! It was not because we were anti-christian (which is the absurd excuse the left uses to attack coalition doctrine regarding Mosques), it was simply war. The Italian Campaign would have cost the lives of thousands of more allied soldiers had the abbey not been leveled.

So, the next time you here squirmy liberals whine about Mosques – think about Monte Cassino. If you militarize it – it’s fair game.

A crying shame

November 5th, 2004 by cherith

I think it’s sad that so many of the librals I talk to still don’t get it! This election did nothing but make them believe even more that they are right, or enlightened or just plain better than everyone else even more than they did before. They still see the conservatives as this mysterious little group of crazies that somehow managed to get 50 million plus voters to the polls on Tuesday. Well guess what people? It’s just not true! I am confident that had the shoe been on the other foot I would be able to accept that more people think like they do than like I do. Why can’t they accept defeat? They need to get off their high horse and realize they don’t think for the rest of the country, nor do they speak for us. Bush has been re-elected. Of course, FJRP had already called this re-election, so we were not worried about it. Even after all of the people who questioned my certainty about President Bush being re-elected, he was infact re-elected with no problems.

I’m pretty happy the way this election turned out. We picked up more seats in the house and the senate. Senator Daschle seems to have lost his seat to the GOP, which is great news, I couldn’t wait to get rid of him.

All in all, it was what I expected.

The real question now is what to do with this site?

Proud to be an Ohioan!

November 3rd, 2004 by cherith

I am proud to be one of the 2,796,147 Ohian voters who sent George W Bush back to the white house for four more years! There has been no clarification yet from ABC as to why they determined to air the video tonight. More to come…
—————————————————————————-

According to the Drudgereport, ABC NEWS has, for a period of days, had in its possesion a tape from an alleged Al-Qaeda operative threatening US voters give another term to George Bush. Yesterday, both the CIA and the FBI acknowledged the tapes authenticity. “The streets will run with blood,” and “America will mourn in silence” because they will be unable to count the number of the dead,” claims the terrorist.

Sine the beginning of the Iraq war, news outlets such as ABC News have taken every opportunity to report that the sky was indeed falling and that the world, was in fact, ending under George Bush. Abu Graib, Abu Graib, nothing but Abu Graib – remember that? This salacious editorializtion of the news has become commonplace, especially when it negatively focused toward the president.

However, the reaction of the American people after hearing such a tape is quite predictable. Unlike some european states, it is not within our character to become easily intimidated from some punk threatening the likes of Revelation through mediocre video cassett productions. Therefore, such a threat would almost surely have the adverse effect – it would rally support for the administration.

This is not hard to understand and the folks at ABC know this. Their liberal ideological slant is obvious, but they are pragmatic enough to realize what a positive impact this would have for the president. This is the reason for ABC withholding the video. They have no misgivings or aprehensions showing the same “dog chain” picture thousands of times. But when propaganda comes along that would benefit the White House, it is no surprise why Jennings & CO. neglect to broadcast it.

ABC WORLD NEWS* TONIGHT

*News that we deicde is worth reporting

Bush Says!

October 27th, 2004 by mjg

BUSH GOES AFTER KERRY OVER ‘MISSING EXPLOSIVES’ ATTACK
Wed Oct 27 2004 11:59:11 ET
Bush at rally in Pennsylvania:

“After repeatedly calling Iraq the wrong war, and a diversion, Senator Kerry this week seemed shocked to learn that Iraq is a dangerous place, full of dangerous weapons…”

“If Senator Kerry had his way… Saddam Hussein would still be in power. He would control those all of those weapons and explosives and could share them with his terrorist friends. Now the senator is making wild charges about missing explosives, when his top foreign policy adviser admits, quote, ‘We do not know the facts.’ Think about that: The senator is denigrating the actions of our troops and commanders in the field without knowing the facts…”

“Our military is now investigating a number of possible scenarios, including that the explosives may have been moved before our troops even arrived at the site. This investigation is important and it’s ongoing. And a political candidate who jumps to conclusions without knowing the facts is not a person you want as your commander in chief.”

Again, Kerry himself look like a fool. The article is based on 2 articles discovered in the US Archives that were captured by US forces and translated into english.

Document 1
Document 2

According to the article, both documents provide “first documentary evidence that Vietnamese communists were directly steering John Kerry’s antiwar group Vietnam Veterans Against the War” and that “the documents show how the North Vietnamese, the Viet Cong, the People’s Coalition for Peace and Justice, the Communist Party of the USA and Kerry’s VVAW worked closely together to achieve the Vietnamese communists’ primary objective the defeat of the U.S. in Vietnam”.

The first document “captured by the U.S. from Vietnamese communists in 1971 and later translated, indicates the Viet Cong and North Vietnamese delegations to the Paris peace talks that year were used as the communications link to direct the activities of Kerry and other antiwar activists who attended”.

The second document “captured by U.S. military forces in South Vietnam May 12, 1972, urges Vietnamese officials to promote the antiwar activities in the United States. Significantly, the fifth paragraph makes it clear the Vietnamese communists were using, for propaganda purposes, a protest described as taking place April 19-22, 1971. This coincides with the well-known “Dewey Canyon III” protest in Washington, D.C., highlighted by Kerry’s Senate Foreign Relations testimony charging American soldiers with war crimes”. (This “Dewey Canyon III” protest is dipicted in the photograph above)

I relayed information to you last week about Kerry’s dishonorable discharge due to his meeting with the Communist government in Paris. I knew he was a lightweight, phony and even a peace loving liberal. But I would never have dreamed that the man that is contending for the White House was protesting the war not due to his inner pasion, but because of instructions from his communist handlers in North Vietnam! MJG often says, with me in agreement, “sad, sad but true”. This, I believe he would concur is not sad but treasonous.

Thus, if you vote for this man, you are defecating on all of the fallen men and women who died fighting to save South Vietnam from the militaristic Communist North.

Ambassadors Debunk Kerry’s Lie On Meeting With UN Security Council

October 25th, 2004 by mjg

From the GOP:

Ambassadors with foreign nations represented on the United Nations Security Council are debunking John Kerry’s false claim of having met with the UN body before its 2002 vote to authorize the use of force in Iraq. In trying to boost his image as a man of the world , John Kerry has claimed on a number of occasions to have met with all members of the UN Security Council. Not so, reveals an investigation by the Washington Times. “Of the five ambassadors on the Security Council in 2002 who were reached directly for comment, four said they had never met Mr. Kerry . The four also said that no one who worked for their countries’ U.N. missions had met with Mr. Kerry either.”

Sad, sad but true.

John Kerry: Dishonorably Discharged

October 19th, 2004 by drg

<del>DISHONORABLE</del> HONORABLE

It does appear that John Kerry originally received a less than honorable discharge from the Navy. Irregularities found on his Naval discharge from the John Kerry Website prove the findings.

See the discharge document from Kerry’s website

This form is a cover letter that is dated 1978 – 6 years past his naval commitment! It states that the action (of honorable discharge) was made by a review board of officers. This is extremely unusual since there would have been no need for a review board had he not been honorably discharged earlier.

Why was he honorably discharged in 1978? President Carter led a campaign to pardon former Vietnam draft-doggers and others through exectuive order 4483. This policy was carried over to the Department of Defense which, under Carter’s directive, began to reevaluate those who received less than honorable discharges and other punitve actions resulting from the Vietnam war. This is supported by the first paragraph which starts “by direction of the President.”

His less than honorable discharge was probably due to his sit down negotiated meeting with North Korean officials in Paris 1970. The act of a private citizen, let alone a member of the military, negotiating with a foreign government is prohibited my federal law. This act would merrit a less than honorable discharge.

John Kerry’s medals were also reissued to him one week after taking office as Senator. Medals, one of many privaleges, are revoked if one is discharged dishonorably.

This is clear evidence that the democratic candidate originally received a less than honorable discharge that was, due to politics, changed later to an honorable discharge.

John Kerry is now a self-proclaimed war criminal and also a dishonorably discharged vet who received pardon from a sympathetic liberal. Is this the preson that you want as commander in chief?

<media:rating>nonadult</media:rating>
Fine Job Real Proud: Back In Action
