Due to the recent demise of Ianto Jones a Sci-fi ledged of the one liner, fans of the show Torchwood have started a multi numbered protest by sending postcards and bags of coffee to BBC Wales, Cardiff. They are also staging a Bring Back Ianto Jones flashmob. Blossom Hill Wimbledon flashmob

As the official wine of Wimbledon this year, Blossom Hill is organising a flashmob to rally the nation together to support the British players and motivate them to achieve a long awaited British victory at Wimbledon. The flashmob will consist of participating in a simple dance and accompanying chant and will be lead by three professional dancers, who will be teaching you and hundreds of people queuing for Wimbledon the simple steps. They are hoping to have TV stations there to film the queue (BBC and GMTV tbc) and will also have choreographer present from a top dance agency who created the routine, so if you’re looking to make a name for yourself in the dance industry, this will be a great opportunity to get noticed! The flashmob will be taking place at Wimbledon Park at the Wimbledon Park Road entrance at 8am 22nd June 2009. They are looking for male and female participants and to take part in the flashmob and you must be over the age of 25 and they are holding a prize draw with Blossom Hill and tennis goodies up for grabs for the best flashmobber.
