It is always good practice when renting out a flatshare to offer your flatmates an assurance that when they reach the end of their tenancy they will get their deposit back in full, subject to not damaging the property and assuming they have upheld their end of the tenancy agreement.

Tenancy Deposit Schemes offer this, and in the case of properties that are let without the landlord in residence the use of these schemes are required by law should you be a landlord letting a property on an assured shorthold tenancy.

When looking for a flat share in manchester or rooms to let in edinburgh, its always best to be as specific as possible and take advantage of the 'Areas nearby' links to maximise your search.

The more specific you are on where you want to live the more accurate the results you will get back and you'll have more flats to choose from.

For instance - searching for a london flatshare will bring you a certain number of results, based on how landlords have tagged their property, but searching for flats in EC1 will show all the flatshares available in that area as landlords are more likely to always add their post code when advertising rooms to let.
