I hope all of you had a great christmas and new year,am also sure about the fact that almost all of you might have made resolutions this year and i can also assure you that 80% of the folks will fail...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Reasons are : Lack of motivation( especially after the first week-;) ), busy schedule(people will complain we dont get time and all that crap), Procrastination(i shall start working out from monday onwards and that monday never comes..!!)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
All said and done,please prove me wrong by getting into a fitness regimen and make this resolution of yours a success..&lt;br /&gt;

*Jot down the workout plan, it is always beneficial to have a plan ready so that you can&amp;nbsp;focus on your goal.The workout game plan should include when to do cardio,abs,weight training,when to take a break and stuff like that.&lt;br /&gt;

* Nutrition,now this is something important.Focus on building muscle and burn fat.Be it a male or female,muscle is important for both.So try to have a balanced diet.More protein and less carbs.&lt;br /&gt;

* click a pic of youself before starting a workout program and check the performance after a month.This will definitely boost your morale and&amp;nbsp;will also&amp;nbsp;give an ego massage -;) when you see the changes.&lt;br /&gt;

* You can also have &lt;strong&gt;peanut butter&lt;/strong&gt; with brown bread&amp;nbsp;as peanuts are rich in proteins and are very good source of energy.&lt;br /&gt;
