You see, one of the biggest lessons I’ve learn in this life is that there is more than just the actions we take and the results we get.  There are two ways to get results.  The hard way, or the way that takes the least effort.  Notice I didn’t say, “the easy way”.  There is NO “easy” way.  BUT, there is a way to get the best results with the least amount of work and effort.    In this episode you’ll learn how God, real estate and the Law of Attraction has played a significant role in my life and the person you become.

I can tell you this is not the normal “real estate investing episode”  but I tell my story in a way that you can see how these important elements effected my life and the success I did have or not have.

As a disclaimer, I’m not even close to where I want to be mentally, spiritually, physically and yes financially.  I have a loooooong ways to go in my life and I am no where near perfect.  Just ask my wife. LOL!

Yellow Letters or Postcards, What Should Your Mail?

In this episode I discuss the never ending debate of the yellow letters vs postcards.  I’ve struggled with this debate or years and when it comes down to it, the more leads/calls the more opportunities, the more deals.  The yellow letter will get an average of 10% to 15% response,  but a lot of the calls will be curious , while the postcard will get 3% – 5% response.  The secret is to be able to covert the calls into deals.  That’s not the easiest thing when your just getting started.
