I’m actually not a party goer but my sister is! In fact, my sister is a promoter in a party event in their party club. She and her friends loves to attend parties and socializing with other people.

I remember when they celebrated the Zurich Street Parade, I really enjoyed looking at their photos in different dress to impress clothes. The whole city of Zurich has turned into a one big party. Almost every courtyard has a party with dj`s spinning various beats and many have sound systems set up in front of it.

Its all free, plus there are tons of after-parties happening as well. So if you like electronic music while smoking some swisher sweets cigars, you will definitely go to this and you will not regret attending on this club just like what my sister and her friends do!

Hubby’s Much Loved Musical Instrument

This red Vintage electric guitar has been my hubby’s partner in the music ministry. This is his much loved musical instrument and he’s been playing this for 8 years but it was just too bad that it also got damaged from the flood caused by tropical storm Sendong that hit our place two months ago.

We’ve been praying for a new evh wolfgang special electric guitar since his favorite guitar cannot be used anymore. The sticky mud from the flood has an acid water that caused permanent damage to the guitar which ultimately requires a complete refinish.It will cost us a lot in repairing the instrument so its much better if we could buy a new one.

Relief Goods

My family and I are extending our heartfelt gratitude to all people who helped us in giving some donations right after Typhoon Sendong’s devastation. We would like to thank my family, relatives and friends who gave us a custom mattress with bedding, clothes, slippers and other personal items.

We also received a lot of relief goods that includes these canned goods, noodles, coffee, rice etc. from different organizations and groups who visited our place. We still have these instant food items here in our food cabinet. Thanks so much for your help. This is indeed a big help for us.

Praying for a New Set of Musical Instruments

Ever since typhoon Sendong came and flooded our city specially here in our Barangay where the devastation severely hit us and even ruined many lives and belongings, all of us have to start all over again. Our church was also not exempted from the tragedy. All of the musical instruments got damaged from the flood.

We are praying for a new set of musical instruments like electric guitar, drumset, base guitar, yamaha keyboard, amplifiers and speakers. We hope and pray that by God’s grace we can have it soon. I know that God will use some people as an instrument who will provide all of the needs of our church.

What a Poor Cab it is

Can you imagine yourself in this horrible situation where the brake of this car did not hold tight and your car went and fell into a deep canal? Well, this is what actually happened to my father in law a week ago. You can see it from the photo above how the car fell from the canal.

People would think that the driver was dead on this situation but we thanked God that my SIL was alive and he was not hurt in this accident. We just need motorhome repairs and replace some of the parts of this car like spark plug,timing belt, lights and many others. This is already the second tragic accident that had happened to this car. The first one was when it stumbled down and got flooded from typhoon Sendong a month ago. Sigh! What a poor cab it is.

New Batteries for My Back Up Phones

Aside from the station computers which was severely affected and got damaged from the flash flood that hit our place, our household appliances and electronics as well as our mobile phones and other gadgets was also damaged. Although we were able to retrieve and restore some of them but its just painful to see that some of it is not working anymore. It can’t be repaired or fixed because some of this electronics are sensitive specially when it is soaked in water. I have lots of back up phones left during the flood.

I was able to find them and my hubby advised me to clean the phone first, remove the battery and let the phone unit dried in direct sunlight. I let it dried for almost two days and thanked God when I tried to turn it on, it worked perfectly just fine. I just need to buy batteries for my other mobile back up phones as a replacement since some of them already got busted when I tried to turn it on immediately.

Proper Cable and Wire Management is a Must

When it comes to electronics, gadgets, computers, cables and wiring, I usually consult my hubby about it since I am not familiar of those things. My hubby wants everything in place so anytime that he wanted to fix something, he can easily see his things that he keep in one place. Cable and wire management is very often overlooked by some people because they tend to think that once they put their side case panel on it doesn’t matter that the cables and wires inside the computer are messy. They have a jungle of cables, power cords, and wires behind their computer case and desk where dozens of cables are placed.

I do believe that setting up proper and neat cable and wire management is an important step inside a computer case. A nicely set up cables and wires can improve your airflow significantly. No matter how powerful your heat sinks and fans are, if they can’t move the air as they should, they won’t deliver the high level of performance you expect. Besides, how much fun is it to fiddle inside your computer when you open up your case and see a huge mess?

A House with a Swimming Pool

I really adore a contemporary pool house which is light, bright and airy with amazing details at every turn. I like a house with watery aqua-colored oasis just outside its door that’s inviting us to jump on a warm and sunny days. I have found a very nice house at Monteria, Colombia with a vibrant exterior with its floor-to-ceiling windows shaded by gauzy sheer curtains in blue. An ultra modern lighting definitely creates a fabulous focal point overhead that really draws an attention to a tile embellished ceiling. This contemporary style home is refreshing, both inside and out.

I also like heating a swimming pool with a pool heat pump because it makes the water more comfortable and can significantly extend the period in the year when our outdoor pool can be used. It is a suitable enclosure and we can also save its wasted energy.

A Log Home as Our Rest House

I like a rest house that incorporates nature into a modern living with things like gardens, plants and animal features. This is perfect for environment that provides ample space for this kind of lifestyle. There’s nothing like a log home plotted in the midst of a deep wooded area, right? Log homes completely assimilate nature into one. It’s a great lifestyle and living without the need to artificially grow plant life or attract animals.

I would definitely choose a log home which will serve as our rest house. It would be a great idea if we could built a log home at our hometown. This will bring back good memories of my childhood. Oh how I miss those days. I like a log home which is built from a foundation with log cabin furniture, walls, doors and a roof. All that’s needed to start building it is our budget and a constructor who is well skilled in home construction and logging.
