<p>There must be something universally attractive about owning a restaurant as you can see a lot of great success celebrities like Ashton Kutcher, Jennifer Lopez, Robert De Niro, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, and even Ted Turner, all own restaurants.</p>
<p>Being a restaurant owner, you are being in charge of your food. You run the show and can do whatever you like as long as your creative flows non-stop.</p>
<p>This is the normal case for majority unless you are running a franchise then you ought to follow the standards set.</p>
<p>As a restaurant owner you will get to know a lot of people. It needs your social skill; you have to be prepare to take new challenges on daily basis like how to juggle a reception dinner while at the same time put food out for your regular Saturday night crowd.</p>
