<li>1 small onion, thinly sliced</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon salt</li>
<li>1 pound asparagus</li>
<li>4 large eggs, lightly beaten</li>
<li>1 cup shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese</li>

Heat a pan of olive oil then add onions and salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened, about 3 minutes. Add asparagus, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook, covered, until the asparagus are barely tender, 6 to 8 minutes. Pour in eggs and cook until almost set, but still runny on top, about 2 minutes. While cooking, pre-heat oven broiler. Further sprinkle cheese over the eggs and put in oven to broil until cheese is melted and browned, about 3 to 4 minutes. <li>1/4 cup mayonnaise, plus extra, if you like, for spreading</li>
<li>1 teaspoon Dijon mustard</li>
<li>1/2 lemon, juiced</li>
<li>Salt and freshly ground black pepper</li>
<li>8 slices whole grain bread, toasted</li>
<li>1 avocado, halved, peeled, seeded and sliced lengthwise</li>
<li>1/2 bunch watercress, stems trimmed</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To make Egg Salad Sandwich with Avocado really is not that difficult. First, prepare all the ingredients in your kitchen table. Heat water in a saucepan until boiling. <li>1 small onion</li>
<li>1 small red bell pepper</li>
<li>1 tsp cinnamon</li>
<li>1 tsp turmeric</li>
<li>1/2 tsp coriander</li>
<li>1/2 tsp Harrissa</li>
<li>1/4 tsp powdered ginger</li>
<li>1/4 tsp cumin</li>
<li>3 small ripe tomatoes</li>
<li>1 C chopped romano beans</li>
<li>1 Japanese or Chinese eggplant</li>
<li>1/4 C pitted green olives sliced in half</li>
<li>salt to taste</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The first step to make a vegetable stew is pour a little oil to the pan. Then saute the onions served until fragrant and add the peppers. Cook several minutes until mixed well and feel soft. Add the cinnamon, turmeric, coriander, Harissa, ginger, and cumin and continue frying until the spices are fragrant.<br />
Then put all ingredients into the same pan and add a little salt. Cook the ingredients for about 40 minutes until the beans are soft with low heat served until being. If you like tomatoes half cooked, add tomatoes and a little honey to enrich the flavor dishes. Finally cook all ingredients until cooked and remove from pan. Pour into a serving dish. To serve you can add with some quinoa, cous cous, rice, or flatbread.</p>
