You dont see the surgeons knife, so no need to hide behind a pillow ( for the squeamish types ).

You may see a needle or two but it’s short lived and only for a moment or two.

The barrier to pick up the phone and book that initial exam is so great that we do nothing. Of course doing nothing is perhaps the very worst thing we, or anyone could do.

The strange thing is, after finally plucking up the courage to make the call or visit our G.P, we realise the obstacle was all in our head. And of course the feeling of relief, having ‘finally’ sought some professional advice is hugely welcome.

So come next week we should have our first podcast up and ready in the iTunes store. We will be concentrating on Bunions!. What they are and how they can be treated.
