2. Conect your phone with PC Suite Mode
3. now open OGM_JAF_PKEY_Emulator_v3.exe

4. click GO

5. Error: BOX DRIVER NOT INSTALLED ==> click OK

6. Select BB5 ==> Manual Flash ==> Dead USB ==> Use INI

7. Select your phone model

8. You will see MCU, PPM, CNT, APE Variant become green

9. Now TURN OFF your phone !! and then click FLASH button after that press power button (don't hold it) on your phone and JAF will start flashing.

10. When flash will finish restart your phone (by releasing your battery and put it back)

Make Money From Blogs - Kontera vs Infolinks

Recently while writing a comparison between banner advertising and in-text link advertising, where of course in-text advertising has been proved a lot better than banner ads for majority of the bloggers, I promised a comparison between Kontera and Infolinks (as both of them have exactly the same kind of in-text advertising service).

in 3 phases:
- Kontera alone
- Kontera + Infolinks together (Although Kontera doesn't allow you to run another in-text ad service simultaneously ;)
- Infolinks alone

According to my experience I found Infolinks way better than Kontera. Although Kontera is a well established advertising network but it fails to impress the bloggers at an important criteria - revenue sharing.
While selecting an advertising service, you must compare the eCPM values from different advertisers. eCPM in simple terms is the revenue being given to the publishers per 1000 ad-clicks. And so it is the basic criteria of selection of an advertising program.
And the difference in the eCPM values between Kontera and Infolinks is not by a few cents but you will be amazed to know that they are differed by 10-20 times. Now that means, to earn any particular amount (say $50), if it requires 30 days through Infolinks, then it will approximately require 300-600 days (1-2 years) through Kontera...
The 10-20 times difference has been observed by me, if you read reviews across different blogs and forums, different bloggers have reported that Infolinks has 4-5 times to 20-40 times better eCPM than Kontera.

Now one problem that I have been facing in Infolinks, is that the ads are highly irrelevant to the linked text. The problem is due to lack of advertisers in the network. I think with increasing popularity this may be easily solved, already the traffic details from Alexa, shows a rapid increase in Infolinks as compared to Kontera:

One more problem that I have found in both of them, is that the ads are opened in the same window, which actually takes away our visitors, so i will be writing to them regarding this issue, and it would be a great help for me if you do the same too.

Bottom line: Out of Kontera and Infolinks, I would advice you to join Infolinks to earn better.

Other than these two, there's another advertising agency - VibrantMedia, but it's first qualification requirement says:

Your website must receive a minimum of 500,000 page views (per month) to qualify for Vibrant In-Text Advertising

A very interesting Nokia smartphone concept was created by Jakob Kumar, a new and prolific designer. Dubbed Nokia Heartbeat, the concept allows users communicate by “telling stories”. Nokia Heartbeat’s shape is linked to its capture-based interface and fluid. The smartphone is basically “sucking up” information, capturing photos, videos and text.

You can view and edit the content on the device and then publish online. There is also support for social networking features, as well as messaging and calling (obviously). The most interesting is the interface concept on Nokia Heartbeat, staying true to the handset’s name. This user interface rotates around the idea of a heart’s pulse: lying detector, music bars, hearth graph. Such mechanisms were used to replace galleries and lists …

In addition, there is also a stylus in the mix, which is useful for editing content, while the lock buttons and volume on the phone are easily accessible. As the images of the Nokia concept show, a wheel is used by Heartbeat for moving around menus, like some compact cameras on the market today. A “composer” is also included in the user interface, allowing users to merge images, sound and video into a story.

This idea is original and simple, but it would be better for a MID, a PMP or a revolutionary camera, rather than a smartphone… or maybe even a console.

LG King Concept Phone

We introduce to you another LG concept phone, the King model made by Solomon Reese, for the LG: Design the Future Competition which is pictured below. The phone is equipped with a double touchscreen and many interesting specifications that will be presented after the break.

There is a camera at the front of the device, a camera at the back, USB connectivity, fingerprint authentication and a headphone jack on the left side of the device. The 10 megapixel camera at the back has video light and Flash, but the most interesting thing about this concept is the fact that its second sliding screen turns into a virtual keyboard, gaming or multimedia controls.

Nokia Nanotech Mobile

Nokia may not be too funky with their mobile phone designs for mass production but you have to admit, their concept designs are something that look, quite literally, out of this world. Morph, a joint Nanotechnology concept, developed by Nokia Research Center (NRC) and the University of Cambridge (UK) – was launched today alongside the “Design and the Elastic Mind” exhibition, at The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. Morph features in both the exhibition catalog and on MoMA’s official website.

Morph is a concept that demonstrates how future mobile devices might be stretchable and flexible, allowing the user to transform their mobile device into radically different shapes. It demonstrates the ultimate functionality that nanotechnology might be capable of delivering: flexible materials, transparent electronics and self-cleaning surfaces. Dr. Bob Iannucci, Chief Technology Officer, Nokia, commented: “Nokia Research Center is looking at ways to reinvent the form and function of mobile devices; the Morph concept shows what might be possible”.

Dr. Tapani Ryhanen, Head of the NRC Cambridge UK laboratory, Nokia, commented: “We hope that this combination of art and science will showcase the potential of nanoscience to a wider audience.”

The partnership between Nokia and the University of Cambridge was announced in March, 2007 – an agreement to work together on an extensive and long-term programme of joint research projects. NRC together with the University of Cambridge have decided to work on more projects that, to begin with, are centered on nanotechnology.

Elements of Morph might be available to integrate into handheld devices within 7 years, though initially only at the high-end. However, nanotechnology may one day lead to low cost manufacturing solutions, and offers the possibility of integrating complex functionality at a low price. Hopefully it won’t take that long.

Many things come to mind when I imagine new features that might be useful on my Mac; a touch screen, integrated 3G connectivity, pop-out remote control, integrated LCD projector, and maybe even a ninja bear defense radar system… I had an incident, let it go. Designer Nuno Teixeira believes every computer should be two faced and with more curves. I dated that girl for a while and it was a hot nightmare, but his “iView” iteration of an Apple’s iMac definitely has a lot more appeal. Taking a cue from the 1950’s CINERAMA wrap-around movie theatre screens, this iMac iMock-up features a giant curved screen(for better orientation to the natural curvature of the human eye) and a second built in LCD screen on the back(useful for students and graphic designer.) While shooting for the stars, Nuno also included two webcams(front and back). The likelihood this will ever be made? 0%, the likelihood I would really like one of these? 100%

Proposed to be sold as a stand-alone unit the HP LiM (Less is More) concept is set to feature a 19″ transparent touch OLED screen along with a wireless keyboard. The touch screen slides down to create a more ergonomic touch experience and easy navigation. It also features a virtual trackpad thus cutting down on mouse costs.

Acer Frameless Laptop Concept

It has recently been reported that Acer is working on a new laptop concept with a frameless touch keyboard and frameless touch screen.

Is it true? Probably… The concept presumably uses a reinforced glass substrate from Corning (maybe Gorilla Glass). It is not known at the moment when this frameless laptop will be unveiled, but I wouldn’t expect it for another year or two at the earliest although the source who provided the details to DigiTimes estimates the second half of this year.

The idea is like the Fujitsu Frame Zero concept which does away with bezels which are to be a thing of the past. The Fujitsu concept is shown above.

Of course, it is still unknown how powerful such device could be. At the moment the company representatives have not released any information on what can be successfully squished between a couple of sheets of glass. Ii is expected that a low powered device will be seen at first which as time goes by, bumps up a little in terms of performance to what we are more familiar with today. Despite the fact that it looks good I’d certainly want to test how usable a touch-screen keyboard is before purchasing a replacement all-glass laptop.

82-inch 3-D Readrt DLP TV

3D has taken the world by storm, as it looks and fittingly the number one gadget in our 2010 list is a 82-inch 3D TV from Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America. It will cost around $4499 when released.

Well, you will still have to wear special glasses for this one, but Mitsubishi plans to bring out TVs that work both with 2D and 3D programming. That’s a talk of the future though. This 82 incher is a sure winner for Mitsubishi with its price expected to be dropping to around $3000 by the end of 2010.

OLPC XO-3 Tablet Concept

The “One Laptop Per Child” (OLPC) initiative is being developed as an unbreakable device made out of plastic, which is affordable for any child. According to Nicholas Negroponte, the project’s main representative, this is the 2012 version of the device, while the 2011 one is the one which is displayed in the video below and will probably be released at CES 2011.

At the moment OLPC XO-3 is just a prototype/concept, but the real deal will cost over $75 and it’ll do everything with the Kindle, iPad and a laptop. The device is equipped with a 9 inch display, ARM processor and is based on Android. In addition, this is going to be a dual mode display tablet, thus it will be able to operate both in the dark and in direct sunlight. It sounds very promising…

Every time I attend a meeting, I have to carry a heavy laptop and a heavier projector from my office to the venue, it is quite familiar to me how it really feels. I dream about having a MITRA micro PC that features a battery torch shaped and compact look with great functional capabilities.
