Diane Keaton's former LA home hits the market at $22.9M months after her death

Diane Keaton's former home in Los Angeles is now on the market.

The Academy Award-winning actress's former home in Brentwood is officially up for sale at $22.9 million in partnership with listing agent Josh Flagg, with Compass.

"Diane possessed one of the great design eyes of our generation," Flagg said in a statement. "I had the privilege of selling several of her homes over the years, including the former Peter Bogdanovich residence in Bel Air."

Originally built in 2015, the home features 9,206-square-feet of living space, including five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. A separate guest house can also be found on the home's expansive 28,000-square-foot property.

The home features wood-paneled ceilings with exposed wooden beams, as well as an open floor plan, which seamlessly blends together the various living spaces. A large all-white kitchen and unique staircase can also be found inside.

In the backyard, guests will find a large swimming pool with an attached jacuzzi, as well as a two-car garage.

"What always amazed me was her ability to see potential where others saw limitations," Flagg said about Keaton. "She had an almost oracle-like eye for architecture, proportion, and design. It is a talent that is exceedingly rare and one that has been profoundly lost."

Keaton died in October 2025 at the age of 79 due to bacterial pneumonia, and reportedly had it for days before her death.

She first rose to prominence when she starred as Kay Adams in "The Godfather," reprising her role in the two sequels. She followed that up with many iconic performances in films such as "Sleeper," "Love and Death" and "Manhattan."

The actress cemented her position as an A-lister when she won the Academy Award for best actress for her role as the titular character in "Annie Hall."

She would later earn nominations for her roles in both "Marvin's Room" and "Something's Gotta Give." In addition to those performances, she is known for her starring roles in "The Family Stone," "First Wives Club," "Father of the Bride" and many others.

Upon her death, many of her former co-stars paid tribute to her, including her "Godfather" co-star, Al Pacino, who told Deadline at the time that he was "deeply saddened" by her passing.

"When I first heard the news, I was shaken," he said. "Diane was my partner, my friend, someone who brought me happiness and on more than one occasion influenced the direction of my life. Though over thirty years has past since we were together, the memories remain vivid, and with her passing, they have returned with a force that is both painful and moving."

He added: "She lived without limits, and everything she touched carried her unmistakable energy. She opened doors for others, inspired generations and embodied a once-in-a-lifetime gift that radiated through her work and her life."

Pacino concluded by saying, "I will always remember her. She could fly — and in my heart, she always will."

Her "The Family Stone" co-star, Rachel McAdams, later paid tribute to her at the Academy Awards in March, in which she called her "a legend with no end" with an extraordinary career who took so many young actors under her wing, and also acknowledged what a great mother she was to her children.

"I remember she used to sing this old Girl Scout song on set, which is just so her: ‘Make new friends, but keep the old. One is silver, and the other is gold. A circle is round, it has no end. That’s how long I’ll be your friend,’" she concluded. "And so to our friend Diane Keaton, celebrating a life in silver and gold, a legend with no end."

As the United States prepares to mark the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the America 250 celebration has become both a massive patriotic showcase and, at times, the center of controversy as some artists backed out of scheduled performances.

But rapper and entertainer Vanilla Ice is standing his ground — and making it clear why he chose to stay in the lineup.

During an appearance on Fox News' "The Ingraham Angle," Vanilla Ice, born Robert Matthew Van Winkle, said he decided to move forward with the National Mall performance, which was ultimately canceled due to inclement weather, despite other artists backing out.

Vanilla Ice emphasized that the event is about unity, not division.

"It's called the United States, and this event is made to be united, to unite us. And that's what this is about, you know, not the politics and everything. It's really about an entertainer coming to entertain all the people of America for the birthday of America."

Vanilla Ice made clear his focus is less about controversy and more about tribute.

"I want my fans to come away from this tonight as very entertaining, once-in-a-lifetime thing. Know your history about how we got here, 250 years. And the main focus is on our military, our Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, police, EMS, firefighters and even Space Force."

He added, "I'm here to honor them and say thank you for getting us here, 250 years, in this greatest country on the planet. And I'm proud to be an American and honored to be part of this event."

The multi-day America 250 program, backed by organizers under the Freedom 250 initiative, will stretch across Washington landmarks from the Capitol to the Washington Monument and feature military flyovers, concerts, food exhibits and state-themed installations.

It's unclear at this time if Vanilla Ice's concert will be rescheduled.

The "Ice, Ice Baby" singer also took a lighthearted moment during the interview, breaking into dance instruction as he showed Arroyo how to do the Running Man — a moment that underscored the festive tone surrounding the celebration despite the surrounding debate.

The America250 events are scheduled to run through July 10, 2026, with organizers framing the nationwide programming as a historic effort to bring Americans together ahead of the country's semi-quincentennial anniversary.

'80s pop star Tiffany embraces quiet Nashville routine after leaving California behind for good

'80s star Tiffany is embracing a simple life in Tennessee after teen pop stardom found her early in her life.

During an interview with Fox News Digital, Tiffany discussed how she previously shared that she left California and never looked back. Now, she's embracing her time "in the kitchen" on her property in Nashville.

"For the most part, six o'clock rolls in, and I'm in the kitchen. I'm cooking. That's it. And you know by eight o'clock, I like to sit down and watch some Netflix and chill out," the singer said. "And we start it all again the next day."

The singer, whose full name is Tiffany Darwish, has spent the past several years building a culinary brand that combines her love of cooking, entertaining, and connecting with fans. Through her platform, Let's Food With Tiffany, she offers recipes, virtual cooking experiences, and food-focused events that showcase the same energy and creativity that made her a pop sensation.

One of Tiffany's newest projects is "Pop Life," a cookbook created with Las Vegas celebrity chef Alicia Shevetone.

She told Fox News Digital which recipes mean the most to her after dedicating the cookbook to her grandmothers.

"The German chocolate muffins. My grandmother loved German chocolate cake," she began. "And so, you know, those little mini bites are everything. We really perfected them until they tasted like my grandma's German chocolate. And I have to say that my sister, Cheressa, really helped on that, because she plated all the food. My brother-in-law took all the photos. It was a family affair."

Tiffany also loves her signature Lebanese chicken dish, which she's also turned into a salad as well.

During her interview with Fox News Digital, Tiffany shared that she always had a passion for food and cooking and was able to turn that hobby into a business. It was also a "therapy" outlet for the singer during difficult times, like the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Most of my family's passed away. And I think we all felt so vulnerable," she said, referring to 2020. "And for me, I ended up getting stuck in Los Angeles. I live in Nashville, but I was traveling and everything started locking down, and I was too afraid to get on a plane."

Fast-forward six years, Tiffany's built a routine for herself in Nashville.

"Oh, coffee, first thing in the morning. Coffee and meditation time out on the porch with my dogs and my cat and taking it in. It's really active on the property," she began. Tiffany shared that she prays and expresses gratitude for her life before getting a workout in and hopping on calls.

Tiffany has released her cookbook, "POP LIFE: The Ultimate 80s Kitchen Encore," which has kept her busy most days, along with her growing food and lifestyle brand, "Let’s Food with Tiffany."

Speaking to Fox News Digital, Tiffany explained that releasing "POP LIFE" now felt right because she "organically fell into alignment" with Shevetone.

"She's a chef, she's doing some celebrity parties, working with celebrity chefs," Tiffany noted.

"So, it took a minute because I traveled to Vegas for a show. Of course, I connected with Chef Alicia. We went out for dinner, we went out for drinks, her husband, Mark, my fiancé, Mark. Two 80s girls, literally listening to soundtrack of the 80s, having our cocktails. And I just was like, ‘You know what? I think we should do a cookbook together,’" Tiffany continued.

Tiffany and Shevetone decided to create a cookbook that focused on popular foods in the 80s.

Carly Pearce is looking back at the risks she took during her career.

In a recent interview with Fox News Digital, the 36-year-old country singer discussed the upcoming release of her fifth studio album, "Honest Woman," which she co-produced with longtime collaborator Ben West.

She also admitted that she likes to "ruffle" people's feathers on the internet, especially when it comes to her song lyrics.

"I think the song that probably was a bit scary for everybody was 'Church Girl,'" she said. "Any time you talk about religion or... Sex, drugs, drinking, same sex and Jesus all in the same sentence, that's a lot."

Throughout her career, the "truck on fire" singer has won a Grammy Award, three CMA Awards and four ACM Awards, and has released four studio albums, but says her upcoming fifth album is her must vulnerable.

She explained that she "really challenged myself to kind of be even more honest and vulnerable and real than I ever have been" when writing this album, noting it "feels so personal and it feels like a return to form for me."

"'Dream Come True' was the first song that I wrote for the album, and I remember when I wrote that song, I did not even realize that I needed to write that song, but I was in a place where I really needed that song," she said. "And I think that song in particular opened up my eyes to what needed to happen in order for me to make this record, which was I needed to go on a quest and find myself again."

When comparing "Honest Woman" with her third studio album, "29," Pearce called the two "cousins" and "friends," admitting, "you can't have one without the other."

In support of the album, Pearce will be setting out on a collection of live shows, branded the "Honest Women: Up Close" series, which will feature two-night residencies in a number of cities throughout North America.

"It also feels like the best season of my life. And it felt right," she said. "I think what I've learned more than anything, and I've played pretty much the majority of the venues you can play, big and small — people come to my shows for the storytelling and the singing. They don't come for the show. So I wanted to honor this album that really is based on storytelling and singing."

In addition to being her most vulnerable album yet, it also features collaborations from some other top country artists, including Dan Tyminski, Molly Tuttle and Riley Green, who she called "a great storyteller."

"He is such a great storyteller and artist that I really wanted to be a part of that. I think. I'm so inspired by his ability to captivate a sold-out arena with just he and his guitar singing a song about his grandpa," she said about Green. "That is so awesome that real music can move people like that. And I think that he was the only person for this song because it needed that type of artistry that we can sit in a stadium on stools and sing the song and people love it."

'Little House on the Prairie' star says child actors get 'dropped' after Hollywood fame fades

Sidney Greenbush believes many child actors face a harsh reality after their careers in the spotlight fade.

The former "Little House on the Prairie" star, who shared the role of Carrie Ingalls with her twin sister, Lindsay Greenbush, said she was fortunate to find fulfillment beyond Hollywood. She has a new children's book, "Seven Sisters: The Lantern of Humanity," and an eco-conscious online community, Greenbush Twins & Company.

Looking back on her career, Greenbush reflected on the challenges many young actors face — and why she believes having supportive parents made all the difference.

"The hardest transition for a child star isn't necessarily when they're working; it's the fallout afterward," she told Fox News Digital. "And I think that's really apparent in a lot of the stories you hear. In Hollywood, there's a saying that there's no such thing as bad press, meaning even if you do something bad, people are talking about you."

"And so, people go from being in the popular crowd, and everybody wants to know their opinion, to all of a sudden, the show ends, and they get dropped," she said.

"They get dropped by the network. They get dropped by the social circles. They try to get other jobs, but Hollywood sees them as stereotypical characters, and they don't break out of that. For child actors, you don't really understand why that happens, or you think you did something wrong — if you could just be better, funnier, more talented, taller or have blonde hair."

"It's really a struggle for them because those little self-doubt voices [play] in your head," Greenbush said.

Greenbush credits her decision to step away from Hollywood and pursue other passions with helping her avoid the pitfalls that have plagued many former child stars.

"After 'Little House' ended, I did a guest spot in a movie called 'Hambone and Hillie,'" she said. "Going through that whole experience of auditioning and being one of maybe 1,500 children, and then seeing them hire older actors to play younger, you feel like you're just trying to swim upstream. You don't know why you were popular, and now you're not."

"I remember when they were making the movie 'Return to Oz.' My sister made it to the final three girls who were selected," she recalled.

"They all did screen tests, and for the silliest of reasons, they chose another girl over her. Of course, we all know there can only be one choice in the end, but it's a lot of pressure for children. So I decided I was going to explore other things because sometimes you go to what they call 'cattle calls,' where there are so many people competing for the same role. The casting directors aren't always nice."

Greenbush noted that while her father, Billy Green Bush, is an actor, her mother never pushed her or her sister to chase stardom.

"My mom didn't push us toward acting because she wanted it to be our choice if we wanted to do it," Greenbush said. "But then the opportunity came up, and she thought, 'We'll try it and see where it goes.' It led us to an eight-year career. It was never anything my parents planned. It just happened organically."

Greenbush and her sister were just 3 when they filmed the pilot for "Little House on the Prairie," the beloved family drama based on Laura Ingalls Wilder's classic books about a pioneer family on the American frontier.

Their path to the iconic series began almost by accident after a family friend overheard a casting call for twin girls and connected their father with the opportunity. After appearing in the television movie "Sunshine," director Joseph Sargent recommended the twins for "Little House on the Prairie."

Even as a child star, Greenbush said her mother made sure there was a clear line between Hollywood and family life. To protect the girls' privacy, she called them by different names than the ones they used on set.

Greenbush said her mother served as their fiercest advocate, keeping a close watch on the twins and never hesitating to speak up if she felt something wasn't safe.

"Things for child actors have changed a lot over the years," she said. "We did have social workers on the set. But really, it fell to my mom to make sure we were dressed, ready to go and not grumpy."

"She struggled in the early years because there were two of us. She couldn't be on set with one of us while watching the other. So, for the first couple of years, they hired a woman to help my mom. If my mom went to the set with my sister, the woman they hired stayed with me."

"My mom would speak out when she felt they were doing things that were dangerous or not in our best interest," she continued. "The 'Ma's Holiday' episode is a perfect example because everybody always asks about my sister being on the roof. The truth is she was fully harnessed and attached to the roof. If that hadn't been the case, my mother would never, ever, ever have allowed that to happen."

Greenbush has fond memories of bringing "Little House on the Prairie" to life. She recalled showrunner Michael Landon playing with her and her sister on set and Melissa Gilbert dressing them up for trick-or-treating on Halloween.

Greenbush is excited to relive her childhood and see "Little House on the Prairie" find a new generation of fans. Netflix's reboot of the beloved series will premiere July 9, giving a new audience the chance to discover the stories that first captivated viewers decades ago.

These days, Greenbush has found a new purpose beyond Hollywood. She said the morals and life lessons at the heart of "Little House on the Prairie" inspired her to write her own children's book while building an online community.

"In entertainment, when you lose your authenticity, people feel it immediately," Greenbush said.

Today, Greenbush said parents play the biggest role in protecting child actors, starting with respecting their children's wishes.

"Number one, let it be their choice," Greenbush said. "If you see they want to do it, and they have the drive to do it, then let them choose to do it. But there's a lot that goes along with it besides acting classes and interviews. So anytime they say, 'This isn't for me. I don't want to do this anymore,' let them stop. Don't force them to do it."

"There's so much that goes along with acting," Greenbush said. "A lot of times, people crave being famous. Then, when they get there, they realize it's completely different from what they thought it would be.

"And if you get to that point and think it's too much, it's OK to do what so many child actors did — and what we did — which is take a step back, pause for a moment and decide whether that's really the avenue you want to take going forward. There's no harm in taking a moment to navigate those waters."

One of the photos shows de Armas cuddling her dog as she sits with her legs in the water in a patterned string bikini which she paired with a stack of bracelets.

She is seen wearing the same bikini in multiple other photos, which feature her hugging her friends, sitting around a table playing a board game, sitting by the pool and laughing with her friends and sitting at the edge of the pool as she dips her dog into the water.

The actress got her start in Cuban and Spanish cinema before transitioning to Hollywood in 2014. She had small roles in big movies before having her breakthrough in the 2017 movie "Blade Runner 2049." She later received major recognition for her work in the 2019 movie, "Knives Out."

Her role in "Knives Out" earned her a Golden Globe nomination, which led to a leading role in "Blonde," playing Marilyn Monroe, a part which earned her an Academy Award nomination.

"I tried!" the Cuban-born actress told The Sunday Times in 2021 about nailing Monroe's accent. "It only took me nine months of dialect coaching, and practicing, and some ADR sessions. It was a big torture, so exhausting. My brain was fried."

Although the Academy enjoyed her work in the film, the "Ballerina" star initially received backlash when it was announced she would be playing the iconic movie star.

Many were critical of the fact that a Cuban actress was chosen to portray Monroe, with one writing that her "heavy accent" stopped her from sounding like her.

"Am I the only one not surprised that Ana De Armas sounds bad in the Blonde trailer?" one X user wrote. "Her accent is very heavy, it was going to take a lot for her to convincingly sound like Marilyn."

Clay Aiken is reflecting on the 20-year-old feud with Kelly Ripa that he says sparked the "most catastrophic" week of his life.

During a recent appearance on the "Hollywood Raw" podcast, the former "American Idol" star looked back on the 2006 incident that unfolded while he was co-hosting "Live with Regis and Kelly." The controversy began after Aiken playfully placed his hand over Ripa's mouth during a live segment.

Aiken revealed that he has not spoken to Ripa since the incident, despite crossing paths with her at several events over the past 20 years.

"Maybe I should feel bad that I have not gone up and said something myself, but she hasn’t either. We’re talking about something that happened … 20 years ago this year, which became this huge blowup," he said.

"That was the most catastrophic week of my life, to be honest with you … No one would remember but me because I was the one with the scars," Aiken added.

"I’m on the show because I wanted to show them I could handle this myself. I could host something, and I wasn’t getting to talk," he said.

Aiken claimed that although there were cue cards with his name on them, he wasn't able to say his lines, and that's when he decided to put his hand over Ripa's mouth.

"I tried to be funny, and I did what I did, which was incredibly innocent. And then it got a little cold in the room," he recalled.

He said he immediately realized the joke had not landed after feeling the audience's reaction.

"Is that a no-no?" Aiken remembered asking Ripa.

"Oh, that’s a no, no, no. Don’t know where that hand’s been, honey," Ripa replied at the time.

Aiken said he doesn't remember exactly when he and Ripa parted ways but recalled that it happened after Regis Philbin returned to the daytime talk show.

Following the incident, Ripa described Aiken as "hostile."

The controversy intensified after Rosie O'Donnell criticized Ripa on "The View," calling her response "homophobic." At the time, Aiken had not publicly come out as gay. Ripa phoned into the show to defend herself, and the discussion shifted to Aiken's sexuality.

"I have three kids. He’s shaking hands with everybody in the audience. I mean, it’s cold and flu season. That’s what I meant. To imply that it’s anything homophobic is outrageous, Rosie, and you know better. You should be more responsible," Ripa said.

Looking back, Aiken said only a small circle of people knew he was gay at the time.

"I was not out at the time. I was to Rosie … I was out to people who I knew, but I wasn’t publicly out about it," he said.

Aiken explained that he had not even come out to members of his own family, including his grandparents.

"Not only does Rosie call it a homophobic remark — which I think she accidentally said, and then she tried to walk it back a little bit — but then Kelly calls in live to 'The View' that day, and they get in an argument over it."

"Not only did she out me, but they had a big argument about whether I was gay and who talked about me being gay," he added.

In response to the backlash, Aiken said his publicist and several interns compiled clips showing instances in which Ripa had similarly placed her hand over his mouth.

"The tides sort of turned," he said.

Aiken also revealed that he sent Ripa flowers to apologize. According to Aiken, Ripa later invited him to return to the show. While he said he has "tried" to make another appearance, he claimed those efforts have been unsuccessful.

When Prince Harry and Meghan Markle land in the U.K. next month, they may stay at Princess Diana's ancestral home.

The trip would mark the first time in four years that the Duke of Sussex, who lives in California, has returned to his home country with his wife and their two children. The Sussexes are expected to travel to Britain for celebrations marking the one-year countdown to the Invictus Games Birmingham 2027, according to the BBC.

Fox News Digital reached out to Archewell, which represents the offices of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, for comment.

The timing has put Althorp House in the spotlight. The estate, about an hour from Birmingham, is scheduled to close to visitors on July 10 and 11 — the same dates Harry and Meghan are expected to be in the U.K., People reported.

Fox News Digital reached out to an Althorp spokesperson for comment. An Archewell spokesperson told Fox News Digital that, for security reasons, the organization would not comment on the couple's accommodations.

For Harry, Althorp represents both a connection to his mother's legacy and one of the few private places tied to her memory.

"Harry can engage with his mother's story on his own terms, without the royal household's protocol," British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard told Fox News Digital.

"Althorp offers privacy, seclusion and a direct connection to his mother's memory, something Buckingham Palace, as a working royal landmark with a huge office complex, cannot provide," she said.

"It's also exactly the comfy luxury Meghan prefers and a place Harry feels closest to his mum. The Sussexes can call the shots. Harry has spoken often about wanting Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to know Diana's story."

Althorp is where Diana is buried, away from the glaring media spotlight. The family's visit would come shortly after the late Princess of Wales' July 1 birthday. It would also mark a significant visit for Lilibet, 5, whose middle name honors her grandmother.

Chard also said the property would offer refuge for the Sussexes, who "guard the children's privacy tightly, well on their terms."

People previously reported that King Charles had offered the Sussexes accommodations on a royal estate. However, there has been no public response to the offer. Fox News Digital reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment. The outlet also reported that the monarch previously offered Harry accommodations at Buckingham Palace, which he declined.

"Staying at Althorp instead of a royal property would definitely send a message that Harry is prioritizing a connection to Diana and his family's privacy over institutional alignment right now," royal commentator Amanda Matta told Fox News Digital.

"Buckingham Palace has been undergoing extensive renovations, and although it remains the official London residence of Harry's father, the king, it has largely fallen out of use since Charles' accession. He prefers to stay at Clarence House or Highgrove. Even Prince William has signaled that Buckingham Palace won't be his primary residence as king."

Matta said Althorp is just "one of several alternatives for the Sussex family's U.K. stay."

"It is the perfect setting for Archie and Lilibet to learn about 'Granny Diana' since her story is physically embedded there," Matta said. "It also allows for a private introduction to that side of the family without the pressure of official royal protocol and the need to navigate frosty Spencer-Windsor relations."

Matta said staying at Althorp would make it unlikely for the Sussexes to have a "casual run-in" with any member of the royal family.

"The schedules of the senior royals are highly managed, and if they don't want to bump into Harry and Meghan, they won't," Matta said. "Since it's summer, they'll also have the ready-made excuse of the busy social season or private family holidays."

British royal expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News Digital that staying at Althorp could also work in the king's favor.

"It would be far better for them to stay at Althorp than at Buckingham Palace," she said. "Althorp would be preferred because any question of taxpayer funding is removed. The king can save face. The Sussexes would also be well away from Prince William, who is said to want nothing to do with them."

Harry, 41, has previously stayed at Althorp, which is owned by his uncle, Charles Spencer, the 9th Earl Spencer, during visits to the U.K.

If Harry and his family stay at a royal residence, there would be no automatic security provisions, which are determined by the Home Office, People reported.

The couple lost their taxpayer-funded police protection when they stepped back as senior working royals in 2020. Harry has challenged that decision in court, citing safety concerns for his wife and children, the outlet reported.

The outlet also reported that no plans for a reunion between the king and his son have been confirmed. The pair met during previous visits when Harry traveled to the U.K. alone.

Father and son were last reunited in September 2025 at the king's London residence, where they met privately for 55 minutes. It was their first in-person meeting in 19 months. At the time, Harry was in the U.K. for the WellChild Awards and Invictus-related events.

"To me, this trip feels more like a personal pilgrimage focused on building family ties than a strategic move toward 'peace talks,'" Matta said. "That would be especially true if the Sussexes stay at Althorp. That wouldn't prevent them from seeing Charles during their stay in Britain. It would simply take more planning to do so while staying off royal property."

Still, Chard said there may be more to the visit than simply reconnecting with Harry's roots.

"Princess Diana, Invictus and the 'next chapter' are rich documentary material," she said. "The 2027 anniversary of Diana's death, alongside the Birmingham Invictus Games, creates a natural timeline. Whether it becomes a sequel project depends on how much access the Sussexes want to give versus how much privacy they want for the children. The first photos of the children at Diana's grave would be media gold, and Netflix knows it."

Dan Wakeford, founder of Celebrity Intelligence, previously told Fox News Digital that while some within the House of Windsor fear private conversations could be leaked to the press, Harry may have already learned his lesson.

"Harry hasn't publicly said he's sorry about what he said to William," he explained. "But he does, from my sources, regret some of the things that he said in the [Netflix] documentary and in the book ['Spare'] about William and his father. There are no plans to continue any projects, whether that's with Netflix and books, that would talk about his family in similar ways."

While Harry’s desire to reconnect with his late mother's memory is genuine, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told Fox News Digital he wouldn't be surprised if the Sussexes also benefit from the enduring "Diana effect" as they seek to rebuild their image in Britain.

"How the Sussexes handle this visit, if it occurs, will be pivotal in assessing their intentions," he said. "They haven’t succeeded in Hollywood, but they intend to turn the huge interest of the world’s media in their visit to their advantage. The link with Diana may be pivotal to their strategy in challenging the abysmally low popularity ratings in the U.K."

The British singer-songwriter who first captured hearts with Wham! and later achieved worldwide success as a solo artist died on Christmas Day 2016. Known for his enduring hits and unmistakable voice, Michael also remained a fixture in the headlines for his often-public personal life.

While his public life was endlessly scrutinized, some of Michael's most extraordinary deeds remained largely unknown. The late star, who would have turned 63 on June 25, is the subject of a new book, "Tonight the Music Seems So Loud."

"We will never know how much George Michael gave away because it was secret," author Sathnam Sanghera told Fox News Digital.

For Sanghera, Michael's greatest achievement was compassion. Throughout his life, Michael frequently donated to charities supporting disabled children, cancer research, refugees and AIDS-related causes, just to name a few.

He began supporting charities as early as the 1980s while he was in Wham!, and his dedication continued for the rest of his life. As he quietly made large donations, Michael ensured they remained out of the public eye.

"George Michael was an incredible secret philanthropist, and the secrecy is what made it great," Sanghera explained. "We're only just finding out some of his charitable acts. For example, he gave away the first few years of royalties from 'Last Christmas,' one of the most successful pop songs of all time, to Band Aid, a U.K. charity aimed at combating hunger and poverty."

Michael didn't just give money — he gave his time. At a homeless shelter in London, he served food, sat with guests and listened to their stories. The book recounts how he would show up in jeans and a baseball cap, preferring anonymity to recognition. If someone commented that he resembled George Michael, he would chuckle and insist he got that comparison all the time.

"His ex-boyfriend, Kenny Goss, has spoken about how he was given a job at every venue where George Michael played to identify a local charity and donate £20,000 to £30,000 to it," Sanghera said.

"Often, it had to do with children or nurses. And he would also invite the staff and beneficiaries of that charity to attend the concert. This is the way in which his philanthropy was routine as part of what he did day-to-day."

In 1990, Michael established the Platinum Trust, where, with the help of his sister Yioda, he supported disabled people. Michael donated royalties from his 1991 duet with Elton John, "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me," to the Terrence Higgins Trust, a London-based HIV awareness organization, The Associated Press reported, as cited by NPR.

According to the outlet, proceeds from 1996's "Jesus to a Child" went to Childline. The founder of the organization went on to tell the outlet that Michael donated millions of dollars over the years and urged everyone in the charity to keep his acts private.

In 1999, when Michael performed at Net Aid to help refugees from Kosovo, he donated half a million pounds. Sanghera wrote that Michael was "annoyed" when the news leaked.

"There are so many stories about his generosity," Sanghera told Fox News Digital. "There’s one story where his mother was sick with cancer at a local London hospital. After she passed, he put on a concert for all those nurses in the local community."

"... One time, studio colleague Johnny Douglas talked about how Michael not only allowed him to take a terminally ill child to his home in the south of France, but also provided a helicopter to pick them up and drop them off in the garden.

"He bought friends and relatives houses and cars in striking quantities, provided some with employment, and I lose count of the number of people I meet who tell me he paid for medical bills, funerals and housing in times of crisis," Sanghera wrote. "On his death, his significant art collection was sold, raising more than £11 million for charity."

Sanghera told Fox News Digital he was stunned by the sheer amount of money Michael donated over the years. As he researched, he also lost count of the people who came forward with stories of how the singer had helped them behind the scenes, far from the public eye. Many of those stories poured in after Michael’s death.

"George Michael supported charities that weren't necessarily glamorous for a pop star," Sanghera said. "[Still], he gave away millions of pounds. His estate continues to support those charities in significant ways."

In 1993, The Independent reported that Michael didn't like to discuss his charity work. But that year, he was ready to talk, specifically about the charity album that he recorded for the Mercury Phoenix Trust, an AIDS-fighting organization founded in honor of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.

"Everyone's got really p----- off listening to celebrities patting each other on the back saying how generous they are being," he told the outlet at the time. "And they are right to. The reason I am doing this interview is to support the Phoenix Trust. It’s very important these tracks get heard."

"Under advisement by doctors to rest and return to full health, Lionel Richie has postponed his next two shows," the Instagram post read in part. "Lionel is heartbroken to postpone these two shows and cannot wait to be back performing for his fans."

"I think there is," Dr. Terry Dubrow, a celebrity plastic surgeon known for his work on shows like "Botched" and "Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind," told Fox News Digital when asked whether male celebrities are facing increased pressure to age perfectly in the social media era.

But Dubrow believes a growing number of male celebrities are making a critical mistake when pursuing facial rejuvenation.

"The problem is, the same wonderful surgeons who are doing facelifts on A-list [female] celebrities are unfortunately applying those same principles to A-List male celebrities," he said. "And it's looking very feminized."

"They're taking too much skin from the upper lids, too tight in the face and neck. I mean, there is no man over 60 who doesn't have some excess eyelid skin and some laxity in their neck. It just doesn't look normal."

Rather than dramatic transformations, Dubrow said today's most successful cosmetic work often goes unnoticed.

When Fox News Digital asked what procedures leading men are quietly requesting to look refreshed without appearing surgically altered, Dubrow pointed to one common giveaway.

"Well, I'm glad you're asking me that, because when you look at the male celebrities who have obviously done something, the reason it's so obvious is because they've had their upper eyelids done, right?" he said.

Dubrow explained that male facial anatomy requires a different approach than female facial rejuvenation.

"Well, because rather than in a female where you tighten the skin and show all the upper eyelid skin that you used to have when you were younger, men don't have zero upper eyelid skin," he said.

"So, if you take all of the upper eyelid skin in a man, you're taking him to a period, not where he was when he was younger, but to a time that he never had, okay? … even when you look at a guy who's 23, he has excess eyelid skin, so what you want to make sure you don't do is just do too much."

"Don't make the neck too tight. Don't make the upper lids without any excess skin at all. Don't overly feminize, okay? That's the key."

Instead, Dubrow said Hollywood's newest status symbol isn't an obvious facelift — it's maintenance.

"I think the big deal now is, is that there's a new series of non-invasive procedures that all of Hollywood is doing," he said.

"And, you know, you've heard of them, the Xerfs and the radio frequencies and the micro-needling and so on. But the difference now is that we realize they only work if you do them all the time."

Dubrow added, "In Hollywood and Beverly Hills, people really are just committing, almost like it's a diet and exercise program, to doing these procedures like every six to eight weeks. That's when they're really at their sweet spot."

Drew Barrymore, the "Grand Hotel" star’s granddaughter, even confirmed the story six years ago, saying "Not only yes, but there have been cinematic interpretations of that."

Terry Chester Shulman, who wrote the biography "Barrymore: The Spectacular, Tumultuous Life of America's Prince of Players," about John Barrymore told Fox News Digital: "I would like nothing more than to tell you that it's true, because it's such an outrageous story, but it isn't, and it couldn't be because both of the participants, Raoul Walsh, the director, and Errol Flynn, who the trick was supposedly played on, told totally different stories."

He continued, "In their autobiographies, you think they would have gotten their story straight. But, you know, in one story … Raoul Walsh's story, Flynn runs out of the house screaming and hides behind an oleander bush, and Flynn's story, he does something else: He runs out into the porch."

He was a huge star on radio, and it kept him working right up until his death."

But his drinking ruined his marriages, he said.

"He was married four times, and this horrible combination of his alcoholism with pathological jealousy made for some very bad marriages," Shulman said. "He would interrogate his wives like it was a police interrogation, have a light on them because he was --- some man may have smiled at them, but he just went ballistic."

"He was suspicious of women," Shulman said, "and I think perhaps mostly because of his sexual abuse from his stepmother. I mean, imagine the guilt that he would feel about his father. He was cuckolding his father with his wife. So that and the combination of his alcoholism and all of this really created a really destructive person to be married to."

Still, despite his personal problems, Barrymore "changed the world" of theater and was incredibly "innovative in film."

Country star Bailey Zimmerman burned bandmates and shoved guitarist before trashing hotel room, affidavit says

A round of golf, a chaotic soundcheck, a canceled concert and a police escort off the property: just a glimpse of the dramatic chain of events that allegedly unfolded during Bailey Zimmerman's turbulent day at a New Mexico resort.

An affidavit, obtained by Fox News Digital, offered new details about the events that led to criminal charges against Zimmerman, tracing the country singer's movements from the golf course to the amphitheater and back to the resort hotel.

Investigators alleged the day culminated in a canceled show, police involvement and thousands of dollars in property damage.

After arriving at the Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque on May 27, Zimmerman played a round of golf.

Around 3 p.m., Zimmerman and his entourage took a white SUV back to the hotel.

Upon arrival, police claimed Zimmerman, his security officer and four men exited the vehicle.

"They stood in a group smoking a shared cigarette, and Mr. Zimmerman was intentionally burning other members of the band with the cigarette," the affidavit said. "The band members did not appear to mind and were laughing."

The group headed to Zimmerman's assigned hotel room.

At 4:20 p.m., Zimmerman and his entourage emerged to head to the amphitheater for soundcheck.

"Sandia security advised that Mr. Zimmerman appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and was very angry with his band and manager," the affidavit claimed. At one point, Zimmerman exited the SUV on the way to soundcheck and was followed by his personal security.

According to surveillance footage reviewed by police, the country singer's soundcheck spiraled into mayhem as he allegedly threw microphones and cymbals, toppled equipment, stumbled across the stage and repeatedly defied attempts by his band to calm him down.

The affidavit said the country star eventually shoved a guitarist after kicking over drum equipment and storming on and off the stage several times.

According to police, Zimmerman left soundcheck after 44 minutes.

"Mr. Zimmerman walked out to the white SUV that was waiting for him," the affidavit claimed. "He threw a water bottle behind him down the stairs. He drank from another bottle and then spit toward a Sandia security officer standing nearby.

"Mr. Zimmerman complained about having a white SUV instead of a black SUV and initially refused to get in," the police said. "He eventually entered the white SUV."

Zimmerman's return to the hotel was allegedly no less dramatic. The "Fall In Love" singer arrived back at the resort around 4:49 p.m. The affidavit claimed he stumbled out of an SUV, headed for the wrong door, lost a shoe and struggled to keep his balance as members of his entourage guided him inside.

With blood visible on one knee, Zimmerman allegedly staggered through the hotel, nearly crashing to the floor multiple times before making it back to his suite.

The singer ended up canceling his concert, claiming he had "not been feeling well."

"Y’all know there’s nothing I love more than getting out on the road and playing these shows for you," he wrote on Instagram. "So it’s so hard for me to have to say this, but I have to reschedule tonight’s (5/27) and Saturday’s (5/30) shows.

"I have not been feeling well and have tried to power through, but I’m not able to give you all the show you deserve. I hate letting y’all down and was really looking forward to these shows, but I gotta take care of myself so I can get back out there stronger," he continued.

After canceling his concert, resort staff asked Zimmerman and his entourage to leave the hotel.

"Mr. Zimmerman was given a deadline to depart from Sandia property," the affidavit read. "He refused to leave in the vehicles provided by Sandia to transport him to the airport."

"Mr. Zimmerman became disorderly, and Sandia Police were contacted," the document added. "Mr. Zimmerman eventually became cooperative and boarded the bus provided by Sandia Resort and Casino. He was escorted off the property by Sandia Police."

On May 28, Sandia Police were called to the hotel to assess damage found in the hotel room occupied by Zimmerman.

When officers inspected the room, they allegedly found:

The damage totaled $16,000, according to the affidavit. Zimmerman had also charged $400 worth of alcohol to the room, but allegedly did not pay the bill.

Zimmerman was later hit with a felony charge of criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor charge of falsely obtaining services after allegedly leaving the hotel room trashed.

A warrant for his arrest was signed by a judge on June 18 and included a "no bond hold," with the judge deciding that Zimmerman would be held pending a judicial appearance rather than being immediately released on a preset bond amount.

Days after the felony warrant for criminal damage to property was filed, the country singer issued an apology through his attorney.

"To the Pueblo of Sandia and my fans: I want to address the events surrounding my canceled show in New Mexico in May and the reports that have followed," he said in a statement given to Fox News Digital. "First things first, I want to apologize to the Pueblo of Sandia and to everyone at Sandia Resort & Casino. I never meant for any of this to come across as disrespectful. I am deeply sorry for my actions that transpired. I respect your community and the hospitality and appreciate the opportunity that was given to me to perform on Native Land. I take full accountability for everything that happened, and I am sorry to anyone who feels hurt or disrespected.

"To my fans who bought tickets and showed up expecting a performance, I am so sorry, you deserved better from me. I understand that being a musician comes with big responsibilities, both on and offstage, and I know that I fell short that day. I am reflecting on the disappointment and concern that I caused.

"I am taking this legal matter seriously. I am committed to doing the work necessary to learn and grow. Thank you to my fans for holding me accountable and for understanding that I am human. I do not take your support for granted."

Prince Harry is heading to the U.K. in July, and this time, he's expected to bring his wife, Meghan Markle, and their two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

It will mark the first time in four years that the Duke of Sussex, who resides in California, has returned to his home country with his wife and children. The Sussexes are expected to travel across the Atlantic to join celebrations marking the one-year countdown to the Invictus Games Birmingham 2027 event, according to the BBC.

Fox News Digital reached out to Archewell, which handles the offices of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, for comment.

PRINCE HARRY'S UK SECURITY REVIEW MAY 'LITERALLY AND FIGURATIVELY' CLEAR PATH FOR FAMILY REUNION: EXPERT

Dan Wakeford, founder of the weekly pop-culture newsletter Celebrity Intelligence, has been speaking with well-placed sources about the surprise visit. A veteran celebrity-media editor, Wakeford previously led People magazine, Entertainment Weekly and Us Weekly.

Wakeford told Fox News Digital that royal watchers shouldn't hold their breath for "a complete reconciliation with the family."

"It's a slight thaw and a good beginning," he said. "[Harry] is not going to be meeting William. I cannot see that happening at all. Harry reportedly wants [King] Charles to spend time with Archie and Lilibet, and he's been pushing for that. And I think that will likely happen from talking to folks in and around this."

"A William and Catherine meeting is incredibly unlikely," Wakeford warned. "The king is the door that might open, but the Wales household is completely bolted shut right now. [William's] stance has not changed, and they would not arrange to see Harry and Meghan outside an official public engagement. And I don't even think that is going to happen. That's a much firmer line than Charles' side of the street."

Charles, 77, has offered his younger son and his family accommodation on a royal estate, People magazine reported. The outlet reported that there has been no response to the offer. Previously, the monarch offered Harry accommodation at Buckingham Palace, which the Duke of Sussex declined.

Wakeford said sources indicated that Charles, eager to spend time with his grandchildren, might be open to funding the family's security while they're in the U.K. However, "folks are not confirming this on the record right now." Fox News Digital reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment.

"Harry is testing whether a U.K. presence is sustainable again, and July 10 is the test run," said Wakeford. "Whether it becomes the first of many trips, which is the phrase being used around this, depends entirely on how Charles handles it and whether William keeps his distance. William's position is hardened just as much as ever, and it seems permanent."

If Harry and his family stay at a royal residence, there would be no security provisions, which are decided by the Home Office, People reported. The couple lost their tax-funded police protection when they stepped back as senior royals in 2020. Harry has fought the decision in court to reinstate security, citing safety concerns for his wife and children, the outlet shared.

The outlet also reported that, for now, no plans for a reunion between the king and his son have been confirmed. The pair had met during previous trips when Harry traveled to the U.K. alone.

Father and son were last reunited in September 2025 at the king's London residence, where they privately met for 55 minutes. It was their first in-person meeting in 19 months. At the time, Harry was in the U.K. for the WellChild Awards and Invictus Games events.

"I suspect the king is genuinely eager to spend time with Archie and Lili because opportunities have been so limited," Kinsey Schofield, host of "Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered," told Fox News Digital.

"I am also sympathetic to the king's cancer diagnosis. Grandchildren tend to soften even the most complicated family disputes. Charles wants peace with his son. Whether he wants a full restoration of trust is another question. Trust and reconciliation are not the same thing. Harry's book 'Spare' was especially venomous toward the family and caused a lot of hurt."

Wakeford said William is refusing to budge on his stance toward his estranged brother.

"He could perhaps have absorbed the criticism of himself, which Harry wrote in 'Spare,' but he cannot get over how much hurt it caused his wife," Wakeford claimed.

"A palace source told Celebrity Intelligence plainly that William was fuming and particularly upset about what was said about Catherine. "And so, the relationship ... he's done with it. He's done with the drama."

Wakeford noted that the Princess of Wales has the magic touch to encourage William to concede. However, "she's torn herself."

"She likes the idea of ... these brothers talking to each other, but she has been hurt by Harry," Wakeford claimed.

British royal expert Hilary Fordwich claimed that William is "livid" over Harry and Meghan's return and is locked in a disagreement with Charles about the couple's place within the royal fold. Other royal commentators have suggested that while tensions remain, the extent of any current disagreement between father and son has not been publicly confirmed.

"It's been described by those close to both as putting their relationship 'at a very low ebb,'" said Fordwich.

Fordwich claimed that while the king remains open to reconciliation as "a forgiving Christian man," William believes Harry and Meghan's return could only bring more strain to the royal family.

"Charles is a very kind, family-oriented man who wants to see his grandchildren and presumably play a role in their lives," royal broadcaster Ian Pelham Turner told Fox News Digital. "He also wants to create a culture where Meghan feels comfortable to return. [But] we are told William is furious about all of this."

Schofield agreed.

"Prince William and King Charles appear to be approaching the situation from different perspectives," she said. "Charles thinks like a father and grandfather. William thinks like the future king. Charles may be willing to reopen family conversations, while William remains focused on protecting the institution and the people closest to him."

"Prince William has watched private family matters become global headlines for years," said Schofield.

"From his perspective, the damage wasn't limited to Harry's memoir or the Netflix series. His wife was dragged into the controversy ... Prince William is famously protective of Catherine, and I think many people underestimate how much resentment remains over what she endured, particularly while facing her own health challenges."

Turner also claimed that there are fears within the House of Windsor that secret conversations could be leaked to the press. However, Wakeford argued that Harry may have already learned his lesson.

"Harry hasn't publicly said he's sorry about what he said to William," he explained. "But he does, from my sources, regret some of the things that he said in the [Netflix] documentary and in the book about William and his father. There are no plans to continue any projects, whether that's with Netflix and books, that would talk about his family in similar ways."

"Sources have also told Celebrity Intelligence that Meghan is very keen on the children having a royal lineage and having a connection to the royals," said Wakeford. "And also, she wants Harry to be happy. And Harry wants his children to have a connection to the family. Obviously, the situation has caused her a lot of hurt in the past. But she wants to support Harry."

Wakeford predicted reactions will be mixed when the Sussexes touch down. But for Harry, his family's safety will remain a priority above all else.

"When Harry and Meghan and the kids arrive in the U.K., it's going to be a very split mood," said Wakeford.

"There's a huge amount of affection for Harry, and Harry is beloved still, even though the British feel a little bit betrayed by him. But the sentiment against Meghan is extremely complicated. Polls show her popularity in Britain remains low. And so, this is why the security issue is so important. That there is safety there. She has been threatened in very serious ways. Making sure the security is adequate is the priority here."

Oprah Winfrey is shedding new light on Whitney Houston's troubled final years, revealing that the late singer fell off the stage while performing during a 2009 taping of "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

During a recent appearance at Cannes Lions, where she was honored with the LionHeart Award, the 72-year-old former talk show host spoke out about the previously undisclosed incident, which she said occurred after Houston relapsed amid her longtime battle with drug addiction.

"This was an amazing thing that happened. I had such trust from the 'Oprah Show' audience that Whitney did, I think, what was her last show with us. She had gone back on drugs," Winfrey said in a clip shared on social media by Variety.

"I knew that if that story got out … she would be destroyed by that," Winfrey said. "And so even though the audience was there, and the audience had cameras, I begged them not to put those pictures out because it would ruin her life, and they did not."

"That would not happen today, I can tell you that," she added.

Houston had appeared on the show as part of her highly publicized 2009 comeback following years out of the spotlight and intense public scrutiny over her personal life.

At the time, Houston was promoting "I Look to You," her first studio album in seven years following 2002's "Just Whitney." During her appearance, she performed one of the songs from the album, "I Didn't Know My Own Strength." Winfrey said the fall occurred during that performance.

We came together in theaters, and we shared that experience. There was a zeitgeist of people coming together to watch."
