Weeks before news broke that Jelly Roll had filed for divorce from Bunnie Xo, the pair had seemingly been dropping subtle hints of marriage woes. From cryptic song lyrics to ditched wedding rings, the signs were there — they just went largely unnoticed.

Jelly Roll filed for divorce on May 18 in Williamson County, Tennessee, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital. The 41-year-old country star listed the date of separation as May 9 and cited irreconcilable differences.

On May 20, two days after Jelly Roll's filing, Bunnie took to TikTok to share some intuitive thoughts.

"Women’s intuition when that s--- don’t add up" she captioned the video.

"She been dropping hints this whole time and we missed it lol," one fan commented, after the divorce news had broke.

On June 4, Jelly Roll performed at CMA Fest in Nashville sans his wedding ring.

"There goes my old girlfriend / There's another diamond ring / And all those late night promises I guess they don't mean a thing / So baby, what's the story? Did you find another man?"

On June 6, Bunnie posted another cryptic video of herself enjoying the serene outdoors with some girlfriends. She paired the video with lyrics from the Goo Goo Dolls' hit "Name."

Hours before the divorce news went public on Monday, Bunnie posted a video of herself lip-syncing the lyrics to Nickelback's "How You Remind Me." Bonnie's wedding ring was visibly missing.

"It's not like you didn't know that / I said, 'I love you,' and I swear, I still do / And it must have been so bad / 'Cause living with me must have d--n near killed you."

That same day, Bunnie posted a sexy picture of herself on Instagram in pink lingerie, writing, "She’s getting her sparkle back."

In a photo obtained by TMZ, movers were seen parked outside the couple's Tennessee home on Monday.

Representatives for Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Bunnie, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, and Jelly Roll tied the knot in August 2016 during a whirlwind Las Vegas ceremony, after meeting the year prior.

The "Stripped Down" author has previously opened up about their up-and-down relationship, in her memoir "Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic."

Long before they became one of country music’s closely watched couples, the pair weathered difficult truths — including the night Bunnie learned Jelly Roll's ex-fling was waiting for him "in a hotel room down the street."

When I found out about it, I was devastated," she told Fox News Digital in February. "I was hurt because I didn’t think he would be the one person to do that. I thought he was different. And at that moment, my heart was broken. But instead of getting mad at him, I asked myself, ‘Why do I keep attracting these kinds of men?’"

Bunnie admitted she hadn’t envisioned a conventional marriage.

"I think a lot of people need to realize that coming into this marriage, we weren’t a traditional bride and groom," she explained.

"I was a working girl, and he was an ex-drug dealer — a gangster-turned-struggling artist. There’s a different set of rules on the street than there are in what I’d call traditional marriages. If you’ve never lived that lifestyle, you’re not going to understand. But of course, cheating is wrong across the board — it doesn’t matter."

In the memoir, Bunnie also recalled learning about the alleged ex-fling.

"Are you f---ing kidding me?" she wrote. "We had an agreement.... Folks started DM'ing me on social media, telling me that J was with his ex-fling. The pieces started to fit together, and it became easier to disconnect from him.... I went completely silent and didn't reach out to J or answer any calls."

Looking back, Bunnie told Fox News Digital there were many reasons her initial "fairy tale" had become a nightmare.

"It’s not so much what was going on in our marriage," she said. "It was more of my husband had a hard time letting go of the past. I had a hard time letting go of the past. We also didn’t really think the relationship was going to work.

"I think a lot of it boiled down to self-worth on both parts. My husband didn't think he'd ever meet a woman who really loved him for him and just wanted to see him succeed without some of them wanting to change him.... And I had brought so much baggage into the relationship."

After intense couples' therapy, the pair eventually came to terms with how to properly communicate with one another.

"We ended up coming back together," said Bunnie. "We were like, ‘I want to grow. I don’t want to be this person. I choose you. I’m going to become everything that you’ve ever wanted me to be.’"

"I’m going to be a wife, and he’s going to become everything I ever wanted him to be; a husband and a father to the kids," she shared. "We just made that decision from then on to just be better humans and to break every generational curse that we had ever inherited. I was ready for a change. So was he. So we set out together to heal and grow together."

"We learned that marriage is not one-size-fits-all," Bunnie reflected. "Each person and each relationship is completely different than the next person’s. But you do have to wake up and choose that person even on days that you don’t like them."

We're living during those times.

Just when you thought you'd heard it all from the Democrat Party, along comes Rep. Adriano Espaillat, who is seeking re-election to his sixth term in Congress and fellow Lib Darializa Chevalier, who is seeking her first trip to Washington, D.C. They're currently battling for New York's 13th Congressional seat.

During a segment on NYC TV station PIX 11, the two were asked a simple World Cup question. This is as big of a softball as you're going to get in politics.

"Ah, I like Mexico," Espaillat said with a big, proud smile on his face.

Undaunted by that answer, and not sensing she might want to show some loyalty to her country, Chevalier, who is being backed by New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani, stayed true to her lunatic liberal roots when it was her turn to answer. "I'm rooting for Senegal," she said. Short and sweet.

Son of Mango fashion billionaire heard tearfully telling 911 operator his father had 'fallen down a ravine'

The son of a billionaire fashion mogul whose clothing company sells apparel across the United States was heard tearfully telling cops his dad had "fallen" in a 911 call released Monday.

"I need help, my father has fallen!" Jonathan Andic is heard in audio obtained by the Spanish outlet El País. "We are in Collbató, he has fallen down a ravine, please send an ambulance, send someone," according to a translation from Spanish.

Andic, who is the son of the late fashion mogul Isak Andic, tells the operator that they're on their way to the Salnitre Caves, and as the operator asks him more questions, Jonathan says, "I don't see him, he doesn't answer."

Isak Andic, 71, was hiking with his son in the mountains near Barcelona when he fell about 500 feet down a cliff and died in December 2024. His 45-year-old son was the only witness. Jonathan was arrested in May as authorities announced they were investigating Isak's death as a possible homicide.

According to Catalunya Ràdio, the phone call is one of the primary pieces of evidence the defense will provide in the case.

Jonathan, who took over the global fashion empire with his sisters after their dad’s death, was released on one million euros bail and ordered to surrender his passport while remaining in Spain during the investigation, Reuters reported.

The younger Andic has denied wrongdoing, and the family has maintained his innocence.

"There is no legitimate evidence against him, nor will any be found," the Andic family said in a statement, according to Reuters.

The fatal fall was initially treated as an accident, but now authorities have launched a homicide investigation.

Isak, who was born in Istanbul, ⁠moved to Catalonia in the northeast of Spain in the 1960s and founded Mango in 1984. He built it into a global group seen as a rival to Zara.

Isak was considered one of Spain’s richest businessmen and built Mango into one of Europe’s largest clothing retailers with a presence in more than 100 countries.

At the time of his death, he was non-executive chairman of Mango with a net worth of $4.5 billion according ⁠to Forbes

Jonathan Andic is the eldest of Isak Andic's three children and one of his father's heirs. He has been the vice chairman of the board at Mango.

Republicans bat down bid to handcuff Trump’s war powers as peace deal nears

Senate Republicans narrowly halted another attempt to handcuff President Donald Trump's war authority in Iran as a peace deal begins to take shape.

The latest failed war-powers resolution, this time from Sen. Raphael Warnock, D-Ga., comes after Trump signed a memorandum of understanding with the Iranian government that could lead to an end to the war. While Congress is still in the dark on the details of the deal, Republicans still stood behind the president Tuesday.

Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., who has led the Democrats’ war powers efforts for the last several months, argued that while a possible deal was a good thing, it appeared the U.S. and Iran would be headed to an "intermission" in fighting as both sides hammered out the final details of a longer peace deal.

"An intermission is a great time to do what we should have done before this war, which is have the consultation with Congress that the Constitution requires," Kaine said. "Why restart a war if we haven't done our job?"

Still, Warnock’s resolution failed despite a previous effort advancing in the Senate last month when a cohort of Senate Republicans joined nearly all Senate Democrats to rebuke the war. That same group, Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, Bill Cassidy, R-La., Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, and Rand Paul, R-Ky., joined all Democrats to vote for the resolution.

But absences on both sides of the aisle helped the GOP in their effort to give Trump more runway to hammer out a deal to end the war.

Senate Foreign Relations Chair James Risch, R-Idaho, argued that Democrats were effectively trying to "help Iran" with Democrats' war powers efforts, and he countered that if the resolution passed, Iran would back out of any forthcoming peace deal.

"If a miracle happened, a miracle happened, and this passed, got through the Senate, got through the House, and the president signed it — if that miracle happened, do you think Iran would sign the deal that has been negotiated? Of course not," Risch said.

Meanwhile, Congress is still waiting for details of the deal, which as of Tuesday, had yet to materialize publicly or behind closed doors in the upper chamber.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., said he still had not been briefed on the matter. When asked if it was normal for Thune and others to request these kinds of briefings from the administration, Thune said, "Since I've been in this job, we haven't had this issue, so I don't know the answer to that."

"My assumption is that it's a function of, at some point, they understand they're going to have to, I think they've intimated as much, that they've got to get this in front of us," he said. "And hopefully, that'll happen sooner rather than later. But you know, obviously it sounds like they're not going public with it until later in the week, so we'll see."

Some Democrats, on the other hand, are contending that early reports of the deal appear to favor Iran more than the U.S.

Sen. Chris Murphy, D-Conn., said, "It’s essentially a surrender."

"But I think that's the only play we can make at this point. We have to end this war, stop wasting money, stop killing Americans and civilians, stop driving a crisis," Murphy said. "So, it's a bad deal, but he's not gonna get a better deal. So, we just have to accept the humiliation."

15 Antifa radicals indicted, 12 arrested in sweeping federal probe into Minneapolis anti-ICE operations

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Minnesota on Tuesday announced that 15 Antifa members have been indicted for their alleged roles in conspiring to hinder federal immigration enforcement operations in Minneapolis earlier this year.

The suspects, 12 of whom are in custody, are all charged with conspiracy to impede or injure a federal officer, according to a 94-page criminal complaint, and some are charged with further crimes. Federal prosecutors allege that each suspect took part in a conspiracy to obstruct federal immigration enforcement officers, including ICE personnel, through force, intimidation and threats.

The suspects are alleged members of the Antifa cell Direct Action Minnesota Network (DAMN), a radical far-left group accused of coordinating operations against federal immigration officers.

Federal prosecutors maintain that the group use Signal chats to organize and carry out rapid response operations including coordinating street blockades, tracking federal vehicles, surveilling the ICE field office at the federal Whipple Building and other activities meant to stop immigration officials from conducting their business.

The government says that DAMN served as the hub for participants to share intelligence, plan actions, recruit volunteers and assign roles.

ANTI-ICE MINNEAPOLIS AGITATORS SET UP CHECKPOINT TO TRACK FEDERAL AGENTS

Isaac Sant is portrayed by prosecutors as one of the ringleaders of the conspiracy who allegedly organized meetings between anti-ICE factions, delivered shields and other equipment for "direct actions" against ICE and maintained a database of suspected federal immigration vehicles by tracking license plates.

He also allegedly coordinated "commuters" to follow federal immigration officials.

On May 4, according to the indictment, Sant personally followed a federal immigration officer from the Whipple Building in Minneapolis — a hub of anti-ICE activities — across state lines to Hudson, Wisconsin, leading to the interstate stalking charge.

William Morgan, the only suspect charged with four crimes, is also accused of interstate stalking for allegedly following a federal immigration officer on May 12 from the Whipple Building to near the officer's home in Hudson.

Three days later, Morgan allegedly committed two more crimes by confronting an agent who was conducting an interview and physically assaulting him. He later was accused of kicking a federal vehicle, causing $1,000 in property damage, the complaint claims.

Natasha Rakotz was charged with assault on a federal officer resulting in bodily injury for allegedly driving her car into the path of a federal agent, striking and injuring him — similarly to how in a January incident in Minneapolis Renee Good was shot dead during an altercation where she ran her car into a federal immigration officer.

Kyle Wagner has been in custody since February, after encouraging followers to take up arms against federal agents. More charges were announced against him during Tuesday's press conference.

On Jan. 8, 2026, Wagner posted a video warning ICE agents, "We're f---ing coming for you."

Prosecutors allege he urged followers to "get your guns," and suggested identifying agents even if it had to be done "at the barrel of a gun."

President Donald Trump declared Antifa to be a terrorist organization last year.

"Today's charges and arrests reflect a broad federal effort to address organized, lawless behavior, which seeks to disrupt the execution of federal law, endanger law enforcement, and, importantly, endanger the very communities that these defendants falsely claim to be protecting," U.S. Attorney Daniel Roden said in a Tuesday press conference announcing the charges.

MINNESOTA ANTI-ICE AGITATORS SWARM, CONFRONT FEDERAL AGENTS DURING ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS

He emphasized that the defendants have not been arrested for speech — which is protected by the First Amendment — but for alleged criminal actions.

Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in Charge Michael McCarthy echoed that sentiment.

"Peaceful protest is a protected right and a cornerstone of our democracy. We respect and defend that right," he said. "However, there's a clear line that cannot be crossed when protest turns into rioting, violence or criminal activity, it becomes unlawful and it will not be tolerated."

"Working closely with the U.S. Attorney's Office, our investigation uncovered extensive planning, material support and coordinated attacks against federal personnel and facilities. Our teams have worked tirelessly conducting surveillance, reviewing camera footage, and analyzing large volumes of information to identify those responsible."

Vance rejects 'The View' hosts claiming 'Black history has been erased' by Trump administration

Co-hosts of "The View" claimed Black history is being dismantled as they interviewed Vice President JD Vance on Tuesday, but struggled to name specific examples, leaving Vance unconvinced.

After having been criticized by the show for years, Vance had a measured but tense interview with the co-hosts of "The View" that ranged from debates about immigration enforcement to the release of the Epstein files. One major hot topic, however, was the hosts claiming that the Trump administration and conservatives are dismantling Black history.

"What did Black people do to this administration that has allowed it to really stigmatize folks of color? And you know how hard it is. You have folks of color in your family," co-host Whoopi Goldberg said. "So when you… see, you know, things, the Emmett Till stuff coming down, or them doing all kinds of removal of information of Black heroes, how do you — how does that sit with you?"

"What exactly are you talking about?" Vance asked, asking for "her actual point."

They both then began to speak over each other as Vance asked for specific examples.

Goldberg did not provide context for what "Emmett Till stuff" was, but she may have been referring to monuments like the Emmett Till and the Mamie Till-Mobley National Monument, sites designated as national monuments by former President Joe Biden, which may be at risk amid the Trump administration’s DEI budget cuts. Emmett Till was a Black youth who was lynched at age 14 in Mississippi in 1955.

"In a lot of the museums, just, there’s so many, I just, I, you know," Goldberg said as she failed to name specifics. "Where they're taking down the actual history that happened in this country. Slavery happened. All kinds of stuff happened, and it seems that it has been very easy for this administration to remove that and also to denigrate Black folks who have worked their behinds off to get this American dream."

"How do you — I mean, you know better," Goldberg said as her audience applauded.

"I think the story you are talking about is where, you know, allegedly the administration is holding back the appointments of people based on skin color," Vance suggested.

Co-host Sunny Hostin replied that she is talking about a host of things, such as: "Black history getting erased from public spaces, Black voter districts are being dismantled, Black leaders are being sidelined from our ranks. Where do Americans of color fit in this vision? Because it doesn’t seem like we fit."

Co-host Ana Navarro added that the overwhelming majority of refugees that Trump has allowed into the country since October have been White South Africans.

"First of all, I’m very skeptical of that number, because we have a lot of immigration pathways in the United States of America," he responded, touting that he believed in uniting America as a big coalition, including those who did not vote for him and Trump.

As an example of how the administration is pursuing policies that help people of all races, he spoke about the anti-crime crackdown in Washington, D.C.

"Look at Washington, D.C. One of the most democratic and one of the Blackest by share of population, Blackest cities… has seen a radical decrease in violent crimes and sexual assaults and in murders," he said. "We have tried to take the crime issue seriously, in part because we believe everybody – whether you are Black or White or rich or poor – deserves to live in a safe neighborhood."

Goldberg rejected this answer, saying she is not asking about crime, but about "human rights."

"Black history has been erased from public spaces," Hostin said.

"Black history is not erased from public spaces," Vance replied.

"That is true!" Hostin argued.

"That is not right," Vance said. "I’m telling you, we celebrate Black history, we celebrate all American history in this administration. You guys might be skeptical of this, but I promise you it's true.

Major League Baseball faces backlash for its stance on Christians writing Bible verses on Pride caps

Major League Baseball stirred a hornet's nest it probably had no idea it stepped on when its chief communications officer let the media know the Christian San Francisco Giants pitchers who inscribed Bible verses on their Pride Night caps last week had been "warned" about their "violations."

The message was meant to be routine and succinct that uniform violations would be dealt with as others typically are by MLB: a warning, then fines, then something more intrusive if it continues.

Except this case isn't routine and the league seems to know it caused itself some trouble. That's why on Tuesday, MLB issued a follow-up statement:

"To be clear, this routine verbal warning not to wear the hat in future games is not disciplinary and had absolutely nothing to do with the content of the message," the league said in its follow. "We respect players’ right to free expression. However, writing of any kind, with any message, is prohibited per Major League Baseball’s uniform regulations which provides in part that, ‘(a) player may not write, attach, affix, embroider or otherwise display nicknames or messages on apparel or playing equipment…’

"We have given the same warning numerous times in the past to players for messages such as ‘Dad,’ ‘Happy Mother’s Day, I Love Mom’ and names of family members."

The clarification tones down the initial statement but doesn't change its intent, which is to keep the Christians from showing their disagreement with Pride Night. And that obvious intent has reached a segment of the public that simply doesn't abide Pride Night and supports the Christians.

DODGERS BREAK OUT ANNUAL PRIDE NIGHT HATS, DRAWING BRUTAL REACTIONS

That root issue is that some people do not agree with Pride Night for myriad reasons, just like they probably wouldn't agree with heterosexual night, or any other night of sexual "inclusion."

That root issue also includes the Giants pitchers who are Christians and reject, for religious reasons, the idea they must not only comply with, but endorse, Pride Night and its rainbow signage messaging — all of which is counter to the God they worship and Bible they use as His life manual.

And now, to MLB's chagrin, this uniform issue has bled over to a not-small chunk of the American public.

So, baseball has committed an error.

After the league put the Giants pitchers on notice, the reaction from fans, politicians, even celebrities, was not what baseball needs.

Actor Rob Schneider amplified MLB's reaction to the caps controversy and offered to pay fines that "any" Christian player wearing a Bible verse on his uniform incurs.

And the cringe moment for baseball: "MLB is anti-Christian," Schneider posted.

Actor Kevin Sorbo agreed with Schneider and similarly volunteered to help pay fines.

"Happy to chip in with you on this," he messaged Schneider.

And with that, Sorbo reached his 2.6 million followers on X and Schneider reached his 2.2 million followers on the platform. Those millions might now feel a certain way about Major League Baseball that they didn't feel last week.

Senator Josh Hawley (R, Missouri) fired off a letter to MLB Commissioner Robert Manfred in which he expresses his "grave concern" about the matter and further states, "you must answer for what appears to be a pattern of discrimination within MLB against baseball players who profess their Christian faith."

Hawley is demanding MLB produce materials that would allow his office to review the sport for review within the Senate Judiciary Committee purview.

Those materials include ...

"MLB has a sweetheart deal from the federal government," Hawley told Fox News Digital. "They play by different rules than any other business in America. But now MLB is using its power to target Christians and trample free speech. It’s anti-American. And MLB needs to course correct immediately."

Baseball needs this investigation and attention like it needs a 105 MPH fastball to the jaw.

Baseball was once the national pastime.

Now, it has needlessly painted itself as a villain in the eyes of potentially millions of people. Conservative pundits and websites have amplified MLB's initial statement and called the league intolerant, bigoted and divisive.

So everything that is opposite to what baseball hopes its Pride Night celebration should be has turned against the MLB. It looks like an organization that forces conformity regardless of its players' religious beliefs.

Major League Baseball is being painted as an inclusive league that is quite willing to exclude its Christian players.

This, by the way, is new regardless of MLB's Tuesday statement stating nothing is new.

In June of 2023, Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw did the same exact thing the pitchers on the Giants did last week. He wrote "Gen 9:12-13" on his Dodgers Pride Night cap. That Bible passage contains God's covenant message to humankind that He would never again send a flood to wipe out the population of the Earth, no matter how wicked it became.

God sent a rainbow to seal His covenant and assure everyone.

Giants pitcher Sam Hentges wore his usual Giants cap instead of the Pride cap. Landen Roupp, JT Brubaker and Ryan Walker did exactly what Kershaw did, except they were "warned."

The rebuke flies in the face of tolerance — you know, one of the things Pride Night is supposed to be about.

California co-eds killed after being swept out to sea by dangerous waves while sleeping

Two college students in California died after being swept into the Pacific Ocean by rising tides and powerful surf while apparently napping near a popular but perilous beach access point, according to authorities.

The victims were identified as Harshita Nair, 21, and Mahial Sran, 20, both of Fremont, the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office told local news outlets.

Authorities said the two friends were believed to have been sleeping near the "Keyhole," a natural archway used to access Yellow Bank Beach, on Wednesday afternoon when incoming tides caught them off guard and pulled them into the water.

"Both of these patients, we believe, were originally sleeping right at the Keyhole, which is an area that we're finding catches people unaware," Santa Cruz County Volunteer Fire Capt. Kyle Breton said in a CAL FIRE video after the water rescue. "The tides come in, and in this case, they swept out two sleeping patients."

Emergency crews rushed to the remote stretch of coastline after a witness called 911. About eight rescue swimmers entered the rough surf as part of a multi-agency rescue effort involving CAL FIRE, state lifeguards and local fire departments, officials said.

One woman was pulled ashore at Panther Beach, where rescuers immediately began life-saving efforts. The second was located farther down the shoreline and airlifted from Yellow Bank Beach by a CAL FIRE helicopter while CPR was underway, according to first responders.

Both women were rushed to hospitals but were later pronounced dead, KSBW reported.

Nair was a legal studies major at the University of California, Berkeley, while Sran studied public health at San José State University. Both women graduated from Fremont's Washington High School in 2023 and were expected to complete their degrees in 2027, according to the New York Post.

"I have no idea what happened," Nair's father, Ahock Nair, told the Post. "I'm still in shock."

The tragedy unfolded along a notoriously hazardous stretch of Santa Cruz County coastline known for steep surf, strong currents and so-called "sneaker waves" that can surge far beyond the waterline with little warning.

Officials said Wednesday's rescue was the fifth water rescue in the past month along the one-mile stretch between Yellow Bank Beach and Bonny Doon Beach.

The deaths also came as powerful surf and dangerous ocean conditions battered California's coastline. Forecasters had warned of strong rip currents and large waves generated by a long-period southern swell, conditions that officials say have contributed to a rise in water rescues across the state.

After originally being slated to spend the night in Los Angeles following its World Cup opener on Monday, the Iranian men's soccer team was ordered to leave the country as soon as possible.

Coach Amir Ghalenoei said it was ordered to leave the U.S. and return to its training base in Mexico only a few hours after opening its politically charged tournament by playing to a 2-2 draw with New Zealand on Monday night.

Ghalenoei didn't say who ordered the Iranians to leave earlier than planned. The team had expected to spend the night in California to maximize the normal recovery process after its opening game, only to be told after the match that everyone must immediately get on a plane for the 140-mile trip back to Tijuana.

"They didn’t even give us time to recover," Ghalenoei said through an interpreter. "After the game today, they said to us, ‘You have to leave immediately.’ It’s very important for us to have time for recovery, (but) we are asked to get on a plane and return to our camp in Tijuana, and we are really troubled by that."

Iran captain Mehdi Taremi said the team endured five hours of travel and security checks during what is normally a very short trip from Tijuana to the Los Angeles area on Sunday.

We have no idea why.

"I think our team is perhaps the most oppressed in the World Cup."

Taremi called on FIFA to offer additional assistance.

"I think FIFA have to help us more than this. ... Everything is like a disaster, actually, for us," he said.

The Iranians’ remaining two games in group play are against Belgium in Inglewood on Sunday, followed by a trip to Seattle to face Egypt next week.

US travelers warned after deadly rides and sexual assaults tied to beach vendors

Americans are being urged to steer clear of jet ski rentals in the Bahamas as U.S. officials warn of sketchy operators linked to deaths, injuries and reported sexual assaults.

In a Monday statement, the U.S. Embassy in the Bahamas said that "rogue operators" are soliciting tourists on Nassau's most popular beaches, including Cabbage Beach, Junkanoo Beach and Saunders Beach.

The rogue operators are often "unlicensed, uninsured, and operating unsafe watercraft," the embassy said — and officials noted that law enforcement oversight is "sporadic at best."

"The Embassy advises all U.S. citizens to avoid renting jet skis in The Bahamas, beware of solicitors near the Cruise Port and popular beaches, and always follow local weather and marine alerts," the statement said.

In a PSA video, U.S. Ambassador to the Bahamas Herschel Walker began by stating that he had "an important message for Americans visiting or living in the Bahamas."

"I need to warn you about some serious dangers associated with renting jet skis and small watercraft and swimming at beaches where jet skis and small watercraft are being operated in shallow waters, particularly around Nassau and Paradise Island," Walker began.

"We've lost American lives to preventable accidents. Multiple visitors have been hospitalized."

Walker also added that American citizens have been sexually assaulted by jet ski operators who allegedly took victims to isolated islands.

"Many watercraft are unsafe and operators are unlicensed and uninsured," said Walker in his statement.

"That's why U.S. government employees are banned from renting or riding jet skis."

The ambassador added that the U.S. is working with the Bahamian government "to address these issues."

"But, for now, consider all the risks before you get on a jet ski in the Bahamas," he said.

"Your safety matters. If you need help, contact the embassy immediately."

Fox News Digital reached out to the U.S. Embassy in the Bahamas for comment.

The warning comes after the September 2025 death of Alaska Air National Guard 2nd Lt. Robert Rosa, who was killed in a jet ski-related accident during a vacation in Nassau.

In April of last year, the U.S. Embassy in the Bahamas said that at least two U.S. women reported rapes involving jet ski operators. The embassy said three rapes involving jet ski operators were reported in 2024.

Officials also noted that since August 2024, six U.S. citizens have been hospitalized with injuries from jet ski accidents.

Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia, known as "the birthplace of America," is preparing for large crowds for America 250 celebrations this summer.

"The big event will happen the evening of July 4th, on the Courthouse Green," Robert Currie, Colonial Williamsburg director of entertainment, special events and evening programs, told Fox Digital. "We are expecting the largest crowds for the greatest fireworks show ever produced here in Colonial Williamsburg."

George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry and George Mason went about their business and frequented taverns here at the time when Williamsburg was a bustling colonial town dreaming of independence from British rule. The whole historic area is now an "open-air museum" for all to enjoy.

"Williamsburg was a crossroads of early American society, with a wide range of people shaping its history," Colonial Williamsburg historian Peter Inker explained, while giving Fox News a tour of the landmark area. "The city served as Virginia’s political capital, so it hosted debates that would help spark independence. Wealthy planters, merchants and political leaders lived in and around Williamsburg."

"Families like the Randolphs and the Carters wielded immense influence in colonial governance and society," Inker said. "Artisans, blacksmiths, printers, cabinetmakers along with shopkeepers, tavern keepers and laborers formed the economic backbone of the city."

Ordinary residents, along with influential political figures, became known as nation-builders.

"On June 12, 1776, the Fifth Virginia Convention meeting in the capitol adopted the Virginia Declaration of Rights, largely drafted by George Mason," Inker told Fox News Digital. "This document asserted that all men have inherent rights, including life, liberty and property. It declared that power comes from the people, not the monarchy. Ideas debated and formalized in Williamsburg directly shaped the principles upon which the United States was founded. That’s why it’s called a ‘birthplace of America.’"

But at that time in history, the notion of "liberty for all" did not include everyone.

"A substantial portion of Williamsburg’s population was enslaved African Americans," Inker explained. "Their labor made the colonial system function here, and today their stories are central to how the site interprets history, highlighting both the realities of slavery and the contributions of Black Americans to the nation’s founding."

A century later, visitors still flock to Colonial Williamsburg to take a stroll through the charming streets, to chat with locals clad in colonial outfits (known as re-enactors), to enjoy a horse and carriage ride, or perhaps to sit on a bench favored by members of the Pulaski Club.

"The Pulaski Club, founded in 1779, honors Casimir Pulaski, the Polish nobleman and Revolutionary War hero known as the ‘Father of the American Cavalry.’ It reflects Williamsburg’s long tradition of civic and social associations among gentlemen involved in public life," Inker explained.

Colonial Williamsburg forms part of Virginia’s "historic triangle" along with the colonial communities of Jamestown and Yorktown. Don't bury Texas Tech just yet: Red Raiders should still be CFP contenders, even without Brendan Sorsby

Much has been made about the Brendan Sorsby gambling saga as well as Texas Tech's handling of the situation, and for good reason.

The story took another dramatic twist on Monday evening when Sorsby and Tech decided to "mutually part ways," with the embattled quarterback declaring for the NFL Supplemental Draft.

Because of this, many college football pundits and fans are writing the Red Raiders off in their quest to return to the College Football Playoff, but I'm here to tell you to proceed with caution.

It would be prudent not to pour dirt on Texas Tech's chances of making a deep run in the CFP just yet, despite the loss of their multi-million-dollar arm.

BIG 12 FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST TEXAS TECH SEEKING COURT APPROVAL TO SANCTION SCHOOL OVER BRENDAN SORSBY

Sure, Sorsby was an integral part of their plans this upcoming season, but the Red Raiders won't exactly be bereft of talent in 2026.

According to college football analyst Bill Connelly, Texas Tech ranks 12th in the country and first in the Big 12 in returning production from a team that went 12-2 and won their conference last year.

To supplement that returning talent, the Red Raiders signed a top-10 transfer portal class, and although Sorsby helped bolster that ranking, there are still plenty of key pieces to crow about in Lubbock.

WHICH TEAMS HAVE THE MOST VALUABLE COLLEGE FOOTBALL ROSTERS HEADING INTO 2026 SEASON?

Head coach Joey McGuire completely restocked his defensive line with four-star transfers Adam Trick (edge rusher) and Mateen Ibiroga (interior defensive line), two players that were highly sought after by every power program in the country.

Speaking of an influx of talent, the Red Raiders welcome a top-20 recruiting class to campus this last cycle, featuring high-profile signees like offensive tackle Felix Ojo.

Ojo, a five-star according to 247Sports, represents the kind of athlete that has been scarce on Texas Tech's campus in the past several years, so expect him to contribute early and often.

Of course, all that incoming talent combined with returning production is great, but the question of signal caller still needs to be answered.

Redshirt sophomore Will Hammond will be expected to take the reins, and although he is coming off ACL surgery, the expectation is that he will be ready for the 2026 season.

Hammond had a great year as Behren Morton's backup, throwing for nearly 700 yards and seven touchdowns while appearing in five games before his injury.

A former four-star recruit from a few cycles ago, Hammond has the pedigree and enough experience to give Texas Tech some comfort after losing Sorsby.

I also don't foresee the Big 12 being much of a challenge for the Red Raiders in 2026, either.

Texas Tech ran roughshod over the league last season, winning the title and securing an automatic bid to the CFP in 2025.

TEXAS TECH DOMINATES BYU TO WIN FIRST-EVER BIG 12 CHAMPIONSHIP

Their sole competition will be BYU, a team they aren't even scheduled to play in the regular season, and their lone blemish from last year, Arizona State, has to travel to Lubbock this fall.

Any way you slice it, the Red Raiders are set up for another conference championship and CFP run in 2026, with or without Brendan Sorsby.

What they do once they get to the big dance remains to be seen, but I wouldn't count these guys out just yet.

The talent level is only rising in west Texas, so if it doesn't happen this year, Texas Tech will likely reload for 2027 and beyond.

The loss of Sorsby, as ugly as it was from a PR standpoint, is not a death knell for this program.

The Red Raiders aren't going anywhere anytime soon.

John Tortorella came in to be the Vegas Golden Knights' savior, and he was oh-so close. But now, his time with the team is up.

Two days after falling in the Stanley Cup Final to the Carolina Hurricanes, the Golden Knights announced that Tortorella would not return to its bench for next season.

The Golden Knights fired Bruce Cassidy on March 29 following a stretch in which they had lost 12 of 17 games ahead of the playoffs and hired Tortorella. Vegas then went 7-0-1 in its final eight games of the regular season, and won the Western Conference before falling in the Cup Final in six games.

The Jordan Spieth experience isn't reserved for Thursday through Sunday; it's a 24/7 thing, and it just so happened to be caught on video during his Monday practice round ahead of the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills.

Spieth, a three-time major champion, has unintentionally built a personal brand along with the expectation that, if there is a bizarre situation to be had on a golf course, chances are he's going to be the main character. His ability to not only find never-before-seen spots on golf courses, but to get out of them on a ridiculously consistent basis, is unparalleled.

During a practice session at Shinnecock on Monday, Spieth wasn't playing escape artist, but he still managed to create a very nerve-wracking moment, which isn't the easiest thing to do while practicing.

While Spieth clearly felt uneasy about the shot he had just hit, the near catastrophe can't all be blamed on him.

After Spieth launched his wedge shot toward the green, it seemed as if the man just so happened to walk directly in the path of the golf ball, obviously something nobody could have seen coming.

Spieth, in typical fashion, is one of the most interesting players in the U.S. Open field this week. He hasn't won on the PGA Tour since April 2022, but has put together a consistent resume so far in 2026 with nine Top 25 finishes in 15 starts. Trump's Iran agreement raises a basic question: Is it actually a deal?

President Donald Trump has hailed the newly signed Iran memorandum of understanding (MOU) as a breakthrough that normalizes relations between the two countries after months of fighting.

But by the White House's own account, the agreement settles few of the issues that dominated months of negotiations, leaving sanctions relief, frozen assets and Iran's nuclear program for a new round of talks.

"This is really just the first MOU and then we're going to launch into the real technical discussions later this week," a senior administration official told reporters Monday.

The memorandum, signed digitally by Trump and Vice President JD Vance Sunday, kicks off a 60-day period for technical talks aimed at a final agreement. A formal signing ceremony with U.S. and Iranian officials, along with Pakistani and Qatari mediators, is planned for Friday. Yet even administration officials acknowledge that the memorandum leaves many of the most contentious issues unresolved.

"We'll know over the next two to three weeks whether those understandings will turn into an actual agreement," a senior administration official said.

TRUMP MAY HAVE WON A STRATEGIC PAUSE IN IRAN. NOW COMES THE HARD PART

Nate Swanson, a former senior advisor on Iran policy to successive administrations and now a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, said the memorandum appears to postpone rather than resolve disputes over sanctions relief, Iran's nuclear program and the future of the Strait of Hormuz.

"It does not appear to resolve the core issues surrounding the mechanics of the Strait of Hormuz, Iranian nuclear concessions, or Iranian financial incentives and sanctions relief," Swanson wrote in an analysis published by the Atlantic Council.

The remark was striking given that U.S. and Iranian officials have been negotiating since the April ceasefire and already had announced a signed memorandum and upcoming signing ceremony.

The president expressed optimism for a final deal.

"I think it's going to happen, fairly on time, but we've been both involved. I think they're going to want to get it done. Iran wants to get it done. They have to get back to business. And the relationship is now normalized," Trump said during the G7 Summit in Évian-les-Bains, France.

The administration has yet to publicly release the text of the memorandum, but officials indicated that many of the issues that have dominated months of negotiations remain subject to future talks, including sanctions relief, frozen Iranian assets and the disposition of Iran's remaining enriched uranium stockpiles.

"Here's what it says: Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. That's what it says. It won't have one to buy, to develop. They will not have a nuclear weapon," Trump told reporters Tuesday.

Administration officials said Monday the text of the deal would be released Tuesday or Wednesday.

On perhaps the most disputed issue, White House officials insisted Monday that no frozen Iranian assets have been released, despite reports in Iranian state-linked media that Iran could gain access to roughly $24 billion in blocked funds during the negotiation period.

"The very simple fact is, $0 of unfrozen assets have been released by the United States or any other country."

The administration also said it will maintain its current military posture in the region during the negotiations, despite Iranian accounts suggesting the framework contemplates a future reduction in U.S. forces around Iran.

"The plan is to keep the current force posture during the 60-day negotiations."

Officials repeatedly stressed that any concessions would be tied to verification rather than promises.

"We're still at the early phases where we're building trust."

"This memorandum does not mean trusting the enemy; it has been written with active distrust," Iranian deputy foreign minister Kazem Gharibabadi said, according to Iranian state-linked Mehr News. "We will monitor the implementation of US commitments."

The clearest immediate effect appears to be the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, the strategic waterway through which roughly one-fifth of the world's oil and liquefied natural gas shipments normally pass, and a commitment by both sides to preserve the ceasefire while negotiations continue. Oil prices fell to their lowest levels in three months on the agreement to lift the blockade and open the strait.

Administration officials repeatedly described the memorandum as a framework that could eventually lead to sanctions relief, economic normalization and a broader settlement of Iran's nuclear program — if negotiators can reach a final agreement in the coming weeks.

"Nothing is on the table if it doesn't come along with real performance."

Iranian state-linked media have described the framework as already containing commitments on sanctions relief, access to roughly $24 billion in frozen assets, future reductions in U.S. military forces in the region and a $300 billion reconstruction program. The White House has disputed key elements of that characterization.

"We don't pay them — there was some statement. We're going to spend $300 billion. No, we're allowed to go and invest if we wanted to. Someday, in the future. We have no obligation whatsoever," Trump said during the G7 Summit.

The competing descriptions underscore how much remains unsettled.

"There will likely be a significant delta between the aspirations outlined in the MOU and what emerges in a final deal," Swanson said.

Some congressional Republicans already are questioning whether Washington and Iran are describing the same agreement.

"I think we'd all like to see the terms of the memorandum and hopefully end up with a real deal," Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., told reporters at the Capitol Tuesday.

"I don't think there's anybody in Congress that's ever gonna support giving money to them," he went on.

"They ought pay for what it cost us to do this to bring them to their senses to stop killing us … I want to get reimbursed for the money we've had to spend to bring them to their senses. They've got plenty of oil, they can rebuild their own country."

"I am pleased to hear the memorandum of understanding with Iran to allow the Strait of Hormuz to open has been agreed to. I will be watching closely the ensuing negotiations regarding Iran’s nuclear program and other matters. I am somewhat concerned that Iran’s view of the agreement seems different than what the American negotiating team is claiming."

The document that proclaimed the United States free from the tyranny of the British Empire (and may or may not have a map to a great treasure passed through generations) is the perfect historical document to bust out as we get close to America's 250th Birthday.

If I was in the UK and someone shoved a copy of the Magna Carta under my nose and asked me to sign it, I wouldn't recognize it. I'd probably give it as much of a read as I give the Apple terms & conditions, which is to say I wouldn't read it all, and I'd put a big ol' loud and proud American signature on it.

Also, showing up with the printed-out copies in a folder helped this immensely. There's just something about folders. If someone asked you to sign a handful of loose papers, you'd probably think something was up. But, if those same papers were neatly tucked into a nice $1.50 Amazon Essentials folder, you'd assume they must be worth signing.

I mean, they're folder-worthy, aren't they? Better sign 'em.

Great stuff from all parties, and on behalf of us Americans — who defeated the British in the Revolutionary War, and again in the War of 1812; people forget that — best of luck to them as they start their World Cup slate.

Aldon Smith's family donating his brain to CTE research as attorneys investigate death

Aldon Smith's brain will be donated by his family to the Boston University CTE Center following his untimely death over the weekend.

The former NFL defensive lineman was 36 when he was found unresponsive in the passenger seat of a friend's car following a day of delivering food to a homeless shelter.

No cause of death was given, but Smith's family has hired attorneys Harry Daniels, Bakari Sellers and Wayne Kendall to investigate Smith's death.

"As with anyone who dies so suddenly at such a young age, we understand that there is a great deal of interest in and speculation about Aldon Smith’s passing and we intend to get to the bottom of it," the attorneys said in a statement released Tuesday. "To that end, we have taken a number of steps including sending his brain to Boston where medical experts will examine it for CTE as well as other damage caused by years of concussions and additional trauma.

"In the meantime we simply ask you to keep Aldon’s family in our prayers and respect their privacy as they struggle to come to grips with this terrible loss."

Just hours before he was found unresponsive, Smith unexpectedly dropped off 10 pizzas at CHAM Deliverance Ministry, a San Jose, California, charity that feeds the homeless.

After dropping off the pizzas, his friend Amir Shirazi drove them to a grocery store and then back to his home. He told the San Francisco Chronicle that he quickly ran inside to turn on some lights, and when he returned to the car, Smith was slumped over in his seat.

"I came out and he was basically dead in my front seat," Shirazi said. "I’m just in shock."

Smith was drafted seventh overall in the 2011 NFL Draft out of Missouri and made an immediate impact as a rookie, picking up 14.0 sacks and forcing two fumbles in 16 games. The next year, he set a San Francisco 49ers' franchise record with 19.5 sacks and was named a first-team All-Pro while leading the team to Super Bowl XLVII.

Smith reached 30 career sacks in just 27 games, making him the fastest player in NFL history to do so, breaking a record previously held by Hall of Famer Reggie White.

In 2013, Smith voluntarily entered rehab and missed five games. In 2014, he served a nine-game suspension for violations of the NFL's substance abuse and personal conduct policies.

The following year, the 49ers released Smith in August following his third DUI arrest before he was signed weeks later by the Oakland Raiders.

Smith remained indefinitely suspended from the NFL for four full seasons while dealing with legal and personal troubles. He returned in 2020 and played a full season with the Dallas Cowboys, starting all 16 games.

He signed with Seattle the next season but was arrested again on a battery charge and was released in training camp. He served a six-month jail sentence for DUI in 2023 and never played again in the NFL.

Smith finished his career with 52.5 sacks in 75 games.

As foreigners flocking to America for the World Cup gush over the country, liberals are striking a different tone that critics say highlights how much Americans take for granted.

Former ESPN host Sage Steele dismissed the "anti-America vibes" following Sunday's star-studded "Rise Up, Sing Out" counter-protest concert held opposite the White House's UFC Freedom 250 event.

"Let them be miserable," Steele said Monday on "Jesse Watters Primetime."

De Niro argued the U.S. "is not so lovable right now," telling the crowd that "loving our country is starting to sound like an abused spouse saying they love their abuser."

"It's the little things here in America that we just don't appreciate..." Steele said.

"When you look at [Democrats] and how they have chosen to respond, it breaks my heart, but I also do believe that at this point in time... we need to ignore them... Let them do them and hate, because they're in the minority and also sports is truly the fabric of America. It is the ultimate uniter."

OutKick host Riley Gaines also sounded off on the contrast Monday, telling "The Will Cain Show" that the average foreign visitor seems to love America more than the average Democrat.

"[It] goes to show [that] we really don't know how good we have it here, which is kind of the sad nature of humanity. The grass is always greener on the other side," she said.

"I love these videos [of World Cup visitors]. I've loved getting to watch people from Japan or Germany eat a hot dog for the first time or go to a country music concert or wear a cowboy hat. It's pretty remarkable."

Cruz and Cantwell refuse to bend to SEC and Big Ten concerns in revised college athletics legislation

Are you ready for the next battle in college sports? With Brendan Sorsby officially leaving Texas Tech for the NFL, the spotlight now shifts back from Lone Star State courtrooms to Washington, D.C., where lawmakers are debating the future of college athletics.

When Sens Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Maria Cantwell (D-Washington) introduced the bipartisan "Protect College Sports Act" earlier this month, the overwhelming thought process centered around the federal government finally presenting legislation that would satisfy both sides of the aisle, along with those within college athletics.

After threats, lawsuits and chaos, Brendan Sorsby and Texas Tech going their separate ways

But, as we've seen over the last few weeks, there is plenty of pushback, or finagling going on that has leaders of the SEC and Big Ten jockeying for position.

Would the congressional leaders give in to the ideas presented by both conferences that would eventually lead to their support? Or, would Cruz and Cantwell push forward with their legislation without leaders from both power-conferences essentially putting their support behind the bill?

That question was answered on Monday night, when a revised bill was obtained by Fox News, as there was not much of a pivot to the "Protect College Sports Act" that would lead those to believe that the recommendations from the SEC and Big Ten were fully integrated into the new plan.

Entering the "markup" phase of the bill, which will take place starting Tuesday night, there was no deviation from the media pooling rights aspect of the legislation.

The revised version of the bill will still allow football teams at the FBS level to voluntarily pool their media rights into one large package, if 75% of the teams come to an agreement on the action.

This leaves the SEC and Big Ten still holding serve on the matter, with Commissioner Greg Sankey mentioning in a letter to the presidents and chancellors last week that this could still lead to battles within courtrooms.

"The media pooling, as written, exposes the SEC to potential lawsuits forcing the conference into the media pooling practice...It forces the SEC and Big Ten to either play intraconference postseason tournaments or play only other non-pooling conferences or universities in the postseason to replace the CFP (College Football Playoff)"

Yes, this is a holdup for both conferences to get behind this aspect of the bill, even though it would not be the wisest move for either to break off and form their own postseason, at least in the eyes of fans.

Then, there was also the point of contention around the "private right to action" aspect of the legislation, which would allow athletes to take their own schools to court over rules that would be actionable within the bill. And for that part, the legislation does not have a revision for the section in which the SEC emphasized is too broad, allowing the opportunity at more battles within state courts.

But, there was a change to the legislation that many within the college athletics community were vocal about moving. In the previous version of the bill, Olympic and women's sports were tied to those who choose to bundle their media rights into one pool. Essentially, schools could not cut certain sports on a whim for the sake of revenue.

Now, all schools that report a revenue of at least $80 million per academic year will be required under the bill to keep the minimum number of roster spots for each sport, which also gives peace of mind to those athletic programs that are in the "large size" category. Like for instance when Arkansas decided to cut its tennis program last month, which was then resurrected by donors who came to their rescue at the last minute to keep the sport alive in Fayetteville.

It's obvious that legislators are not worried about appeasing member institutions from the SEC and Big Ten in hopes of passing this bill. In reality, you're not going to make everyone happy, so the thought of giving into the demands of the two biggest conferences in college sports is clearly not a roadblock for now.

Sure, this could change over the coming days as amendments are voted on. But, that would mean rocking the boat with congressional leaders from states outside the SEC and Big Ten boundaries. Sens. Ted Cruz and Maria Cantwell want to see this bill passed, and even received vocal support of NCAA President Charlie Baker last week in the midst of the Brendan Sorsby debate.

There will be plenty of discourse over the next few weeks, and a lot of negotiating on what could be added or subtracted from the legislation to get this off the Senate floor and into the House.

But, the time is ticking. An August recess for Congress is looming, and we're about to find out just how much power two of the biggest conferences in college athletics wield in regards to federal legislation.

Here we go, the "Protect College Sports Act" is officially on the clock.

Vice President JD Vance weighed in on the sudden national controversy over San Francisco Giants pitchers writing Bible verses on their Pride Night caps.

Vance responded to news that MLB issued a warning to the players not to write Bible verses on the caps, in a post on X on Tuesday.

"Trump won we don’t have to do this anymore," Vance wrote.

The sudden controversy over the caps has rocked the sports world in recent days.

It began on Friday during the Giants "Pride Night" game, as every player had to wear hats with a rainbow-colored Giants logo, supposedly in support of the LGBTQ community.

Three Giants players wrote Bible verses on the caps. Pitchers Landen Roupp, JT Brubaker and Ryan Walker wrote "Gen 9:12-16."

Gen 9:12-16 is a passage from the Bible. The passage states that God established the rainbow as a perpetual token of the covenant made with Noah and every living creature. It goes on to state that when God sees the rainbow, He will remember His "everlasting covenant" to preserve all life on earth from another global flood.

Roupp, addressed his reasoning after the game, saying that the verse is about representing "God's covenant."

"It's just about God's covenant and a promise that he makes to us that, you know, his faithfulness and his mercy," Roupp told reporters. "That's just kind of something I believe in, and I stand firm in that, and I'm thankful we live in a country where, you know, we have the freedom to believe what we want ... and express what we want.

"There's no hate at all. It’s just what I stand for, and what I stand in. I believe in God."

Then on Tuesday, MLB officially issued a warning to those players against violating the rules and writing on their cap.

"The writing on the cap violates our rules, and consistent with normal practice, we have warned the players about future violations," said Pat Courtney, MLB’s chief communications officer, in a statement.

MLB's warning has prompted backlash across social media, as actor Rob Schneider has promised to pay the fines any players incur by writing the passage on their hats. Schneider was born to a Jewish father and a Catholic Filipino mother.

"I will pay the fines for any MLB Christian player who wears a Bible verse on their uniform. MLB is ANTI-CHRISTIAN," the actor wrote on X.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier told MLB, "You’ll be hearing from my office soon.

During an appearance on the "Zach Sang Show," the 32-year-old singer — who was reportedly among six killed when two helicopters collided in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Sunday morning — opened up about what he wanted to happen to his wealth after his passing.

"I don’t believe that any of the wealth, or the things that get made from it, is mine," the singer said. "So when I die, my will is set up that when I pass, my family, no one’s going to get a penny."

Tree added that if he had "a wife or kids or anything, [they’re] not getting a f---ing penny."

Rio de Janeiro’s Military Fire Department said that one of the helicopters crashed on a car dealership, where several electric vehicles were parked, igniting a fire that was extinguished, the AP reported.

He was scheduled to play his next show in Lisbon on July 1.

Victims identified in the crash include passengers Lucas Vignale, Gaspar Prim and Lucas Brito Chaves, and pilots Alexandre Souza and Charles Marsillac, according to CNN Brazil.

Tree — who blended alternative pop, hip-hop, comedy, and performance art into a character-driven act — was best known for hits such as "Hurt," "Alien Boy" and "Life Goes On."

Colorado has reversed a controversial requirement that attorneys using the state's court e-filing system certify they would not use court information to assist federal immigration enforcement efforts.

The verification requirement was removed from state law last week after Colorado Democratic Gov. Jared Polis signed House Bill 26-1276, creating a carveout for attorneys seeking to use the filing system.

Multiple attorneys spoke out in April after the state’s e-file system required them to certify they would not share such personal information with the federal government — a requirement Colorado officials said stemmed from the Protect Civil Rights Immigration Status Act of 2025.

Colorado Springs attorney Ian Speir told Fox News Digital that Colorado appeared to be "unlawfully coopting private attorneys across the state to further its anti-federal sanctuary policies," while noting that he doesn’t practice criminal nor immigration law but couldn’t sign into the state court system without "saluting the resistance."

The House Judiciary Committee took note of Fox News Digital's reporting on the matter and notified Colorado officials in April that their immigration-related certification wrongly "commandeers private attorneys into Colorado's radical sanctuary policies, handcuffs federal officials from enforcing immigration law in Colorado, and violates fundamental free speech principles."

Rep. Tom McClintock, R-Calif., the chairman of the Judiciary Committee's immigration integrity, security and enforcement subcommittee, told Fox News Digital in a Monday interview that he was pleased to see Colorado reverse itself but warned that the incident is just the latest volley in sanctuary states' battle against federal supremacy.

He called it the latest example of the notion that any state "can obstruct federal laws they don't like."

"I think they've crossed the line into obstruction by forbidding attorneys access to the court system without this outrageous pledge under penalty and perjury that they wouldn't report any information for federal immigration enforcement purposes," McClintock said.

"Obviously, the state recognized what tenuous ground they had staked out, and it reversed themselves. But I remain concerned over what other sanctuary jurisdictions that comprise this new 'Confederacy' may take in the future."

The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), celebrated the news and noted it was prepared to file a lawsuit against the state government in Denver on First Amendment grounds if it did not repeal the provision.

"Colorado made the right move removing the certification requirement, which was a clear viewpoint-based regulation that violated the First Amendment," the Washington-based group said in a statement.

Speir added that while the state may be able to tell its own public lawyers what to say to ICE, he, as a private attorney, "work for my clients, not the government."

Greg Greubel, FIRE’s senior attorney, said in a statement that the government by law cannot condition an attorney’s access to courts "on a promise not to use information for a lawful purpose the state disfavors."

"Kudos to Colorado legislators and the governor for acting quickly to resolve this issue, but it’s troubling that the state attempted this in the first place."

Laws restricting speech must be viewpoint-neutral under the First Amendment, but critics argued that by forcing attorneys not to speak with ICE, they were putting their thumb on the partisan scale.

McClintock said his panel's focus continues to be on the variety of sanctuary policies in states and cities that are "resisting and in many cases obstructing federal law enforcement," citing the Supremacy Clause's assertion that immigration falls under the federal government's authority.

"That's particularly important in regions such as mine where the local sheriffs very much want to cooperate with ICE," said McClintock, who notably chaired the raucous hearing that featured Fairfax County, Virginia, prosecutor Stephen Descano and Sheriff Stacey Kincaid who have been lambasted for their handling of illegal immigrant-related cases.

A measure his panel is working on would allow victims of sanctuary policies to sue those jurisdictions for damages created by the release of illegal immigrant criminals and the like.

Jacob Fatu may be on Roman Reigns’ leash, but he showed just how much of a loose cannon he can still be as he launched an assault on comedian Eric Andre during "Monday Night Raw."

Fatu was walking back from the ring with other Bloodline members. Reigns had just welcomed Fatu into the faction to the chagrin of Jey and Jimmy Uso. Reigns shook hands with Andre, as did Jimmy Uso. Jey Uso gave him a side eye, but Fatu had a different reaction.

He took Andre out of his seat and threw him into the ring. Fatu headbutted Andre multiple times as WWE officials rushed to the ring to try to stop him. Fatu was on the top turnbuckle about to hit a frog splash on Andre when he stopped and looked at Reigns.

Reigns initially cautioned Fatu before giving him the OK to let loose. Fatu hit the splash as the crowd in Baltimore spiraled into a frenzy. Fatu exited the ring with the crowd shouting "one more time." Reigns shrugged his shoulders and gave Fatu the green light.

It was a wild and raucous moment to kick off the show.

Fatu was officially inducted into The Bloodline as the group appeared to officially be reformed.

Jey Uso has been the latest to ride the momentum. He won the fatal four-way match to advance in the King of the Ring Tournament on "Friday Night SmackDown" with help from Jimmy and former Bloodline member Solo Sikoa.

Uso is two wins away from getting a shot at a world title. He goes up against Je’Von Evans and the winner will meet Oba Femi in the tournament finals. Femi dispatched Dominik Mysterio at the end of "Monday Night Raw."

The King of the Ring finals will be held at Night of Champions on June 27.
