Through the AmeriCorps City Year program, Ryan spent a year as a tutor and mentor for Boston Public School students in low-income communities. His service was made possible by corporate sponsorship, and Ryan experienced the progressive impact that can be made when businesses invest in social and environmental causes.</p>
<p>At Framework, Ryan supports project leads in coordinating tasks, time-lines, and deliverables. Ryan also serves as the Network Contact for the <a href="http://globalcompactusa.org" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Global Compact Network USA</a>, where he organizes communications and programming for the Network’s 600+ members, and provides strategic counsel to its Board of Directors.Ryan graduated from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in Film Studies. Her work draws from experience in investment management, environmental policy and marine science. The passion she has developed is to become knowledgeable in business strategies that embrace sustainability factors as a means of enriching the kinds of ideas that reconnect business with the changing world.Prior to joining Framework, Cristina worked as an Environmental Policy Specialist at the US Department of Energy. She holds two Master’s degrees: Sustainability Management from Columbia University and Environmental Policy from the University of Denver. Cristina was raised in a multi-cultural family. Spanish was her first language. In her travels outside the United States, she has learned to communicate in different cultures. <p>Michael Cook’s approach to corporate responsibility has been informed by his diverse background in corporate sustainability consulting and non-profit management. Michael works with leadership and key stakeholders to measure impacts, find solutions, drive strategic decision making and develop world class communications.</p>
<p>Michael has spent the past five years advising leading companies on corporate sustainability/CSR strategy, CSR reporting, materiality, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications. Prior, Michael advised the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and worked as a Research Associate for Winston Eco-Strategies supporting a corporate sustainability benchmarking platform. Michael spent six years leading strategic business development and marketing projects across a network of 22 offices for a global humanitarian relief organization. He started his career overseeing large scale corporate volunteer programs. Michael holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a BA in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Adam Roy Gordon is Senior Director at Framework and Engagement Director for the Global Compact Network USA, the U.S. network of the United Nations Global Compact, an organization supported by Framework staff. The U.N. Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative and Adam serves as the primary point of engagement for U.S.-based signatories. Through his role, Adam facilitates a community of best practice around human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption principles and works to promote engagement with the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals.</p>
<p>Previously, Adam advised Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, and other large organizations on sustainability leadership as an account manager for CDP’s Supply Chain program and before that as a consultant. Notable projects include advising the government of Montenegro on green building policy and co-founding New York’s first commercial compost pickup company. Adam is a regular public speaker on diverse sustainability topics. <p>Prior to consulting, she spent six years as the sustainability lead at global insurer AIG, where she ran a new product development team responsive to climate change, led cutting-edge research and communications for the AIG Science team, and was responsible for the firm’s environmental reporting disclosures.</p>
<p>At Framework, Christina leads and manages large, standards-based reporting projects and sustainability communications for clients, including innovating new approaches as corporate reporting continues to evolve. She also contributes to Framework’s external communications, thought leadership and business development opportunities.</p>
<p>Christina holds a B.A. in Environmental Analysis and Policy from Boston University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Framework, Cecile was the Administrative Manager at Seaboard Properties, a real estate firm based in Stamford, Connecticut. Cecile also served as gate-keeper and personal assistant to the president and founder of the Internet Equal Educational Access Foundation, which brokers donations of corporate underutilized bandwidth to serve global research and educational institutions.Cecile is deeply passionate about enriching the lives of children through quality performing arts education. As a dancer, teacher and choreographer for over 30 years, Cecile has participated in several Arts Mentorship Programs and performance benefits, which provided dance and performing arts education to low income and at-risk youth.</p>
<p>Cecile holds an associate’s degree in Arts and Humanities and a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. She was born in Germany and raised in Québec, Canada. 				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>KT’s perspective on corporate sustainability has grown out of her love of the great outdoors, an academic background in business and sustainability, living abroad, and an on-going mission to make a difference in the world. These experiences allow her to analyze sustainability issues critically, and provide a unique technical perspective on climate change issues. KT has previously worked on sustainability initiatives for New York City’s Department of Park and Recreation and interned for Scotland’s 2020 climate group.</p>
<p>At Framework, KT manages materiality projects and helps companies ensure that their disclosure and strategy are aligned with ESG standards and best practices. As an expert in the Global Reporting Initiative G4 guidelines, UNGC principles, and other disclosure frameworks, she supports reporting projects by tracking adherence, conducting benchmarks and research, and strategizing ways to optimize disclosures. KT is an FSA Credential Level II Candidate, a certification developed by SASB to identify leaders in sustainability accounting.Prior to joining Framework, KT earned her MSc in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh, where she focused on climate change science and the implications for society and business. She holds a B.B.A from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M.
