More so as I was more then happy with the previous version I was using but it wouldn't let me access Live messenger without updating! You are correct most of the staff at the call centres no nothing about Talks and sometimes the people in store are just as bad but if in your store they don't know get them to phone and find out would suggest if possible go in on a week day so if they need to phone you will get an answer rather than having to go badck. I think Vodafone use the term speaking phones when referring to phones with Talks installed. so if you do go into your local Vodafone shop, take the information from the Voadafone website with you. If they sold it to you they will be able to advise on transfer of license to the new phone if you have a full license. But Forte Agent now is almost unusable.
