The commercial music industry is extremely biased in the sense that the almighty dollar drives almost every decision made. Artists are vastly different from one another but are pressed to replicate that music which has been commercially accepted. As a result, fans and music enthusiasts are let down and discouraged when repetitive, similar songs are overplayed on the radio or in the clubs. The people who listen to music demand for something...<div class="feedflare">

The Holygold project was started in 2007.

In the previous years I've been playing with several bands such as Reverse, Streamers, S.W.O.C. and Goldah.

With "Goldah" we recorded the largely appreciated debut cd "Waiting for something to happen" that received many good reviews and permitted the band to play live in the cast of very important festivals such as "Sanremo Rock" and "M.E.I". Unfortunately we split up in the beginning of...<div class="feedflare">

Luckly for America, this Iranian-born hip-hop artist worked his way west and now calls Baltimore home. And Baltimore can call him one of the premiere sources of musical talent in its city. This up-and-comer knows exactly how to make ear-catching hooks out of beats and mind-grabbing lyrics out of words. Anybody can put beats together and anybody can string together words. But real impact comes when an artist of true talent is doing the song...<div class="feedflare">

His music blends many types of unpredictable styles and delivers raw lyrical talent over strong beats. TUNSI grew up with the hip-hop scene - break dancing and spinning records in the early 80's. Those hip-hop influences soon inspired him to cultivate his own musical talents that will propel into the next millennium.
