After Multiple Inboxes, here comes the ability to "Undo Send". For people with occasional accidents of sending without thinking/proofreading/..., it works well. What it actually does is to allow you 5 seconds after a message is "sent". Effectively, it is a time buffer between you hit "send" and Gmail actually sending out the mail.
