Didn’t get any pictures yet of the new – must have – credit card issued by Google.

I can’t wait to get it out and pull it out in front of some guys who are still coding webpages in HTML 1, 2, 3, 4 in stead of using the new HTML5

It’ s in today’s news at Yahoo! Finance, Google has selected a few of its advertising clients (understand large Google Adwords clients) and given them a chance to carry a Google credit card.

The Google credit card can only be used to purchase CPC words or expressions for ads ran by Google, ok, but it does offer the possibility to load on advertising without any money upfront.

As you know, I don’t use Adwords much, unless I run an advertising campaign for one of my clients. But I am a big fan of Adsense which is working really well on most of my websites.

So what’s next? A google credit card for Adsense users, giving you access to money before you’ve made it?

By bye farmers – search engine updates: Should you worry about it?
If you’ve been using other people’s content to make a living online then you are in big trouble. Forget about getting traffic from the world’s No 1 search engine.

It is predictable that anyone who’s tried to copy others people work rather than writing original content won’t learn how to write stuff by himself (or herself) in the near future.

By bye content farms – Google search latest update: What’s in it for you?
The good news is that original content makers (like me) are on the way to get more readers and better quality traffic as Google keeps improving the delivery of results.
That’s good news because there’s nothing more frustrating to a hard working author to see bigger sites accumulating more content and more traffic without doing their bit.

Final Word:
If you are really trying hard to write original content about what internet users are looking for, then you will definitely succeed making it big online.

And, yes, you will make money out of your work if you can combine your passion for writing with good SEO skills and an ability to put ads on your webpages where people like to click.

If you are trading GOOG on the stock market, I expect the stock to go up as investors realize how important it is that the web brings to everyone of us the value that we deserve.

Excerpt: How Google Search Algorithm Latest Update Affect Users, Publishers, Authors and Investors.

If you’ve been holding a long position in Google in the last few months you may have not enjoyed it so much.

This month was nothing compared with the great uptrends such as the months of september and october – when the stock moved up from 460 usd to 620 usd.

Just this week the stock is down from 630 to 608.

What to do now?
My personal guess is that the worse is over and it’s time to get in the trade – or hold on to your long position in Google.

From a technical point of view the outlook is neutral on the short term to bullish on the long term.

What’s the trend? (If not your friend?)
From a general point of view buyers and sellers can’t get on this week and the QQQQ is not indicating much.

I am definitely long on Google and expect the stock to near 650 usd by mid or end of March.

Buying now some call options (April 600 Calls?) can be a very good deal if you make sure that you get rid of your options at least 20 days before expiration when the time decay gets faster and faster.

Can you loose money with Adsense? Nope. Noway, Adsense is Google’s free advertising program that makes you earn money when visitors click on your website’s ads.

So.. How did I loose money with Adsense?

January has been a tough month for me with many of my sites being hacked.
I guess someone got hold of my FTP access and had the opportunity to put some codes / scripts in my pages which caused a loss in terms of adsense earnings.

I had to retrieve all my webpages and check them one by one. A time consuming task that I have sworn not let happen again any time soon.

I now have one ftp access code per website to limit any risk of intrusion by hackers.

This week, I got the following websites back online:

Jewels
Shoes
Footwear
Entreprise
Clothing
Vietnam
Recruitment
Travel 1
Travel 2
Travel 3
Travel 4
Jewels again!

The problem is that a website which is left unreadable for a couple of weeks is not coming back at the top of search engine results immediately, it has to be reintroduced to the public.

Not only are you not making money when your site is out of order, you are also missing out on traffic when the page is back until it gets back to good SE rankings.

As I said, 2011 has been tough on me. Don’t let this happen to you, only use computers with proper security systems.

To avoid trojan and other virus infecting your websites, make sure to protect your FTP access. I now use ESET smart security 4 and feel confident my online income is now protected.

If you are determined, you may go through what Stefani Germanotta went through: She changed everything she was.

What if tomorrow, no one could recognize you?
How this girl dresses, speaks and of course the way she sings became things of the past in less than 5 years.

Know what the market wants:
She used to sing rock and play piano because that’s what she liked. She moved into electro pop because she found out that it’s easier to make a living out of it.

Now, she is sexy, blonde, rich and popular. Stefani Germanotta is now known as Lady Gaga. And you too know her.

On this first of January 2011, I sincerely hope the story above will give you the mind power to change.

The Google Adsense team has come up with a new interface for people who make money online showing Google Ads on their webpages.

It’s only been a few hours that the new Adsense is on so I haven’t gone through all of the new features yet, but one thing is for sure: It definitely adds more value than the old Adsense interface.

What’s new?
New features include:
- Coverage.
- Dollars earned per click.
- A more accurate click through rate.

What is this new CTR about?
The CTR shown in the new Adsense is the CTR per Ad unit. The old one was for page impressions.

What is coverage?
It is the ratio of requested ad units to the number to the number that is returned to the site.

Find your audience:
Finding the audience for your niche may look like a difficult task in the first days of blogging.

To get traffic to your webpages, you first need to find out where you can engage with your audience.

Of course you can rely solely on search engines to proviide you with readers but that may take a while before you go over a hundred page views per day.

Your audience is waiting for you:
The good news is that your audience is already looking for you at Ezines.com and on blogging sites such as Blogspot or Weebly.

Your content is almost ready:
Don’t use your content as it is to post it in an other blogging account. This would result in duplicate content penalties.

There’s a number of great books about getting better results in search engine’s results, you have probably read as many as me.
They all conclude that having back-links pointing to your webpages is essential to getting good ranking and high traffic.

My tip of the day:
Get a link from www.linkedwords.com it’s a high ranking website which exchanges links on any topic.

What’s so great about their links?
- The links are in DOFOLLOW.
- You can have as many links as you want.
- You can choose the anchor of the link.

Example:
For this blog post I got the link: Advertise with Google.

All I had to do is link to: http://www.linkedwords.com/business/marketing-and-advertising/advertise_with_google.php.

As you can see this is what I have done in this blog post (link at the bottom of the post).

After the link on my blog appeared online, I went back to linkedwords an I let them know where they can find my link to their site.

Finally linkedwords checks that the link is valid and automatically creates the reciprocal link which you can see here: advertise with google.
