Donald Driver and Peta Murgatroyd are champions of Dancing with the Stars Season 14 The fourteenth season of Dancing with the Stars has come to a close! In the final Monday each couple danced twice - one a dance chosen by the judges and the always enjoyable but unpredictable freestyle. On Tuesday they danced once in the "24 hour challenge". They were given the music after the Monday show and could dance in any style of their choice. Here are the judges' scores for each couple in the finals: Donald Driver (Wide Receiver) and Peta Murgatroyd - 29 & 30 & 30 = 89 - Champions! William Levy (Actor) and Cheryl Burke - 30 & 29 & 30 = 89 - finished third Katherine Jenkins (Welsh Opera Singer) and Mark Ballas - 30 & 30 & 30 = 90 - finished second With the judges' scores being so close it really came down to the viewers' votes and Donald and Peta proved to be the most popular! Here is the order of departure: Tennis great Martina Navratilova and her partner Tony Dovolani were the first shown the glittering exit. Next, were Jack Wagner and Anna Trebunskaya, followed by Sherri Shepherd and Val Chmerkovskiy. Gavin DeGraw and Karina Smirnoff then sailed off into the ballroom sunset. Gladys Knight and Tristan MacManus floated away during Motown week, Following them were Jaleel White and Kym Johnson. Two couples were eliminated in week 8 - Roshon Fegan and Chelsie Hightower, Melissa Gilbert and Maksim Chmerkovskiy. The semi-finals saw Maria Menounos and Derek Hough leave. It seems every time I walk out my front door Stella is waiting for me. Sitting on the patio railing, her little antenna's waving in the air, waiting for a chink in my defenses so she can zip into the house and settle down for winter. Stella is a brown marmorated stink bug (or Halyomorpha halys), one of a few million that have infested the Washington DC area this year and she's taken a liking to me. I think. Stink bug's tend not to engage too much in conversation, but always seem to be satisfied with life.
