Oh I am definitely going to try this! I but catfish all of the time because that’s about the only fish I can get in the high desert AND I love unagi! Great recipe and it looks like the real thing!

Lol… I almost had a heart attack! I thought you figured out how to make it! You know I am going to figure out the Cajun chicken pasta…. I have only been eating there since I was 8 or so… We could do it Allison…. We could figure out a copy cat recipe. Lol!!!!

I think I’d stick with the traditional latkes with potatoes but I believe applesauce IS served with them. Of course then there’s the fry the raw shredded potatoes over frying the pre-boiled or baked and then shredded potatoes debate.
