Well, I finally finished this “quick knit”. Of course I had to adjust it a bit – why follow a pattern!
I made the first one XL in brown and plan to make a second on e in pink that is more of a Medium size. I plan on making the second in Lion Brand quick and thick since this one in a super large yarn turned out just as big as my kid!They love to squeeze him though!

Baby Doll Diaper Wipes Knitting Pattern – Free Pattern

I don’t know how many times I have asked my daughter NOT to use the real baby wipes for her dolls. So I finally knitted her a few baby wipes for her doll. Here is the pattern if you are interested – happy knitting!

– US size 6 straight needles
– Cast on 26
– 2×2 Rib for the first 2 rows with two knit stitches at beginning and end of each row (k2 *k2 p2* k2)
– Stockinette stitch for 25 rows (or desired length) with K2 at beginning and K2 at end of each row (k2 *k* k2 for knit rows; k2 *p* k2 for purl rows)
– 2×2 Rib for the lasst 2 rows with two knit stitches at beginning and end of each row (k2 *k2 p2* k2)
– Cast off last row
– Embroider stitching down middle if desired. Iron to block any curling.

Striped Scarflette for dolls and stuffed toys – Free Pattern

My daughter got a big old stuffed bear for Christmas this year and he looked a little naked sitting by the tree on Christmas Eve…..so I whipped up this quick mini scarf for use on dolls and bears for her. Here is the pattern!

– US size 8 circular needles

– Cast on 135 stitches in color 1 (you may cast on more stitches for a longer scarflette)

– Knit 4 rows (garter stitch) in color 1

– Knit 4 rows (garter stitch) in color 2

– Knit 4 rows (garter stitch) in color 3

– Knit 4 rows (garter stitch) in color 4

– Knit 4 rows (garter stitch) in color 5

– Knit 4 rows (garter stitch) in color 1

– Cast off last row in color 1
