Yup, great apps. I use Macfusion instead of Expandrive and Smultron instead of Textmate (too bad it’s been discontinued ).

I think that stating as a reason for rejection “because it competes with our software” is simply inacceptable.

I mean we the Apple customers have tons of applications on our Macs that totally compete with applications Apple is selling. So what?
What’s their point? They have successfully sold us their hardware, it’s a deal done, they should now let us use the applications on our devices that we want on them…

Stay Strong! I’m on a PC comp right now. But when I get home, I’m trying your products. If it works as well as everyone says it does, you have done some pretty amazing stuff. Of course, apple doesn’t want to promote your product. You could easily replace a lot of people’s mobile me with a free product.

Hi,

Very usefull tools, i use it to work,
but …. have you planned to make a blackberry app to sync blackberry with fruux,
with this app for BB, fruux would be wonderfull.

Great List. I have a recommendation that is a natural fit for fruux because it contributes to the MobileMe switching process. Try DropBox, http://www.getdropbox.com, someone sent me an invite a little while back and I have all but abandoned the iDisk.

I haven’t started using Fruux yet for one reason and that’s the iPhone. It’s the only thing missing for me to replace MobileMe entirely.

BTW, once you get fruux iphone compatible I’d be glad to write a review on my blog: http://www.jeffgibbard.com

Deleting your data is no problem, just contact us: http://fruux.com/contact/
Just wiping the data in your account without replacing it with new data would be synced to your client, too.
So if we’d simply wipe the data in your account the next sync would wipe the data on your Mac, too.
But a function to unregister your account will be implemented in a later version of fruux. Currently you have to write us a short email and we’ll delete your account.
