आदि देव शिवजी के अंशावतार महाबली हनुमानजी का जन्मदिन पुरे भारत में ही नहीं वरन संपूर्ण विश्व में बड़ी

धूम धाम से मनाया जाता है|महाबली हनुमानजी की माता का नाम माता अंजनी और पिताजी का नाम केसरी था|

ब|नर कुल में जन्म लेने के कारण बाल्यकाल से ही हनुमानजी बहुत चंचल स्वाभाव के थे|

एक बार भूख से व्याकुल होने पर उन्होंने सूर्य देवता को कोई लाल फल समझकर अपने मुँह में रख लिया था,जिससे पुरे ब्रह्माण्ड मेंअँधेरा छा गया था|फिर देवराज इन्द्र के प्रहार से सूर्य को इन्होने अपने मुँह से मुक्त किया और ठोड़ी पर चोट लगने के कारण इनकानाम हनुमान पड़ा |

ये बहूत बलशाली और बुद्धिमान थे पर ब|नर स्वाभाव के कारण ये ऋषिमुनिओ को परेशांन करते थे|

इनसे परेशान होकर ऋषिमुनिओं ने इन्हें श्राप दिया की जब तकआप को कोई आपकी शक्ति के बारे में याद नहीं दिलाएगा

तब तक आपको अपनी शक्ति का ज्ञान नहीं होगा |रामायण में जब सीताजी की खोज के लिए सागर लांघने का समय आया

तब जामवन्तजी ने इन्हें इनकी शक्ति को याद दिलाया और आपने एक ही छलांग में सागर पार कर लिया था |राम रावण युद्ध मुख्य जब लक्ष्मण जी को शक्ति बाण लगl तब हनुमान जी हिमालय से संजीवनी बूटी के लिए पूरा पर्वत ही ले आये थे |जिससे लक्सणजी के प्राणों की रक्षा हुई थी |आप भगव|न

रामजी के अनन्य भक्त हैं इसलिए जहाँ भी रामायण का पाठ होता है वहां आप श्रवण के लिए पहुंच जाते हैं |

जो लोग हनुमानजी की पूजा करते हैं उनपर शैंनि का प्रभाव भी कम पड़ता है|हनुमानजी की पूजा करने वालों को कभी भूत पिशाच आदि का कोई डर नहीं रहता |

गोवर्धन पूजा सायं काल मुहूर्त -

प्रतिपदा तिथि प्रारंभ - 02:44 (5 नवंबर 2021) से

प्रतिपदा तिथि समाप्त - 11:14 बजे (5 नवंबर 2021) तक

गोवर्धन पूजा-:दीपावली हिन्दुओं का सबसे बड़ा त्योहार है।यह 5 दिनों में मनाया जाता है।

दीवाली के एक दिन बाद,गोवर्धन पूजा के रूप में जाना जाता है।लोग इस पर्व को अन्नकूट के नाम से भी जानते हैं| इस त्यौहार का पौराणिक महत्व है| इस पर्व में प्रकृति एवं मानव का सीधा संबंध स्थापित होता है| इस पर्व में गोधन यानी गौ माता की पूजा की जाती है| शास्त्रों में बताया गया है कि गाय उतनी ही पवित्र हैं जितना माँ गंगा का निर्मल जल| इस दिन किसान गाय, भैंस, बकरी

आदि की पूजा करते हैं।दूध बेचने वाले भी अपनी दूध की दुकान सजाते हैं।

वे अपने जानवरों को नहलाते हैं।और उनकी पूजा करते हैं.आज के दिन दूध नहीं बेचा जाता है.दूध से पकवान आदि बनाये जाते हैं.

गोवर्धन पूजा की कहानी-:द्वापर युग मैं जब श्री कृष्णजी जब गोकुल में लीलाएं किया करते थे एक बार श्री कृष्णा ने देवताओं के राजा इंद्र का घमंड तोड़ने के लिए,गांव के लोगों से इन्द्र की पूजा करना बंद कर दिया.

जिससे इंद्र नाराज हो गए और गोकुल गाँव पर वर्षा करना प्रारम्भ कर दी |कई दिनों की घनघोर बारिश से गोकुल गाँव डूबने लगा |

तब .कृष्णजी ने लोगों की रक्षा के लिए गोवर्धन पर्वत को अपने हाँथ की छोटी ऊँगली पर उठा लिया.

और सभी ग्रामवासिओं को उस गोवर्धन पर्वत के नीचे आने को कहा,जिससे सबकी रक्षा हुई |

देवताओं के राजा इंद्र ने भी हार मानने के बाद कृष्णजी से अपने इस ब्यवहार के लिए माफ़ी मांग ली |और ये घोषणा की कि आज के दिन को गोबर्धन दिन के नाम से जाना जाएगा |

और जो गोवर्धन की पूजा करेगा उसे जीवन में कभी परेशानी नहीं होगी,तब से ये परंपरा चली आ रही है|गोवर्धन पर्वत उठाने के कारण कृष्ण जी का एक और नाम गिरीधर पड़ा |

गोवर्धन पूजा विधि

इस पर्व में हिंदू धर्म के मानने वाले घर के आंगन में गाय के गोबर से गोवर्धन जी की मूर्ति बनाकर उनका पूजन करते हैं| इसके बाद ब्रज के साक्षात देवता माने जाने वाले भगवान गिरिराज को प्रसन्न करने के लिए उन्हें अन्नकूट का भोग लगाते हैं| गाय- बैल आदि पशुओं को स्नान कराकर फूल माला, धूप, चन्दन आदि से उनका पूजन किया जाता है| गायों को मिठाई का भोग लगाकर उनकी आरती उतारी जाती है तथा प्रदक्षिणा की जाती है| कार्तिक शुक्ल पक्ष की प्रतिपदा को भगवान के लिए भोग व यथासामर्थ्य अन्न से बने कच्चे-पक्के भोग, फल-फूल, अनेक प्रकार के खाद्य पदार्थ जिन्हें छप्पन भोग कहते हैं का भोग लगाया जाता है| फिर सभी सामग्री अपने परिवार व मित्रों को वितरण कर प्रसाद ग्रहण किया जाता है|

अन्नकूट सब्जी सामग्री -:

आलू , बैगन, फूल गोभी , सेम , सैगरी , गाजर, मूली , टिन्डे, अरबी, भिन्डी, परवल , शिमला, मिर्च , लौकी कच्चा , केला, कद्दू , टमाटर |

मसाला

अदरक ,हरी मिर्च ,हरी मैथी ,तेल ,हींग ,जीरा ,हल्दी पाउडर,धनियां पाउडर,लाल मिर्च,अमचूर पाउडर,गरममसाला ,नमक ,हरा धनियां ,

अन्नकूट बनाने की विधि -

सभी सब्जियों को साफ पानी से धो लें उसके बाद सभी का पानी सूख जाने दें फिर सभी सब्जियों को काट लें फिर एक काढ़ाई को गैस में रख के उसमें तेल डाले तेल गर्म होने के बाद उसमें जीरा डालकर गर्म कर लें उसके बाद उसमें कटे अदरक, हरी मिर्च डालकर हल्का लाल होने तक पका लें फिर टमाटर पकने दें टमाटर जब पक जाए तो सारी सब्जियों को एक साथ डाल दें फिर स्वादानुसार नमक का इस्तेमाल करें उसके बाद जब सब्जियां हल्की पक जाएं तो उसमें सारे मसाले पाउडर डाल दें. उसके बाद जब सब्जी पक जाए तो उसमें हरी धनिया डाल कर सब्जी को गैस से उतार लें. लो बनकर तैयार है आपकी अन्नकूट की सब्जी.

शरद पूर्णिमा कब-:शरद पूर्णिमा अर्थात फुल मून डे इस बार दो दिन है 30 और 31 अक्टूबर |शरद पूर्णिमा को कोजागरी पूर्णिमा कहते हैं। इसलिए इस दिन महालक्ष्मी की पूजा भी की जाती है। इस में शरद पूर्णिमा पर भगवान विष्णु और मां लक्ष्मी की पूजा से बहुत ही शुभ फल प्राप्त होगा। यही नहीं इस बार पूर्णिमा पर सवार्थसिद्धि योग का भी निर्माण हो रहा है, जो बहुत ही उत्तम योग है।

शरद पूर्णिमा क्यों मनाते हैं-: ऐसी मान्यता है कि समुद्र मंथन के समय महा अश्विन महीने की पूर्णिमा पर मंथन से महालक्ष्मी प्रकट हुईं। यही वजह है कि इस दिन महालक्ष्मी का पूजन किया जाता है। इस दिन रात्रि में महालक्ष्मी रात्रि में विचरण करती हैं और जो जागकर माता रानी का ध्यान करता है, उनकी मुरादें पूरी करती हैं।

शरद पूर्णिमा महत्व-:ऐसी मान्यता है कि इस दिन रात्रि में अमृत वर्षा होती है,इसलिए हिन्दू धर्म के लोग खीर बना कर अपने घर की छत पर रख देते हैं रात्रि में चन्द्रमा की चांदनी मैं अमृत बरसता है,सुबह सभी लोग इस खीर को ग्रहण करते हैं|

शरद पूर्णिमा खीर बनाने की विधि-:

सामग्री: चावल , चीनी , किशमिश , हरी इलायची, बादाम

विधि

1.पैन में चावल और दूध को उबाल लें।
2.हल्की आंच पर तब तक पकाएं जब तक चावल पक न जाए और दूध गाड़ा न हो जाए।
3.इसके बाद इसमें इलायची पाउडर, चीनी और किशमिश मिलाएं।
4.इसे लगातार तब तक चलाएं जब तक चीनी पूरी तरह न घुल जाए।
5.गार्निशिंग के लिए बादाम और पिस्ता का इस्तेमाल करें।
6.ठंडी या गर्म खीर सर्व करें।
खीर में अलग स्वाद और महक के लिए आप केसर और गुलाब जल भी डाल सकते हैं|

करवा चौथ की तिथि और मुहूर्त-कार्तिक मास के कृष्‍ण पक्ष की चतुर्थी तिथि इस बार 24 अक्‍टूबर पड़ रही है। इसलिए करवा चौथ व्रत इस वर्ष 24 अक्टूबर को है| चतुर्थी का आरंभ 24 अक्टूबर को सुबह 24 अक्‍टूबर को रविवार सुबह 3 बजकर 1 मिनट पर होगा और समापन 25 अक्टूबर की सुबह 5:43 बजे होगी।.इस साल करवा चौथ का पूजा मुहूर्त शाम 6:55 बजे से रात 8:51 बजे तक चलेगा..

करवा चौथ व्रत-:भारत तीज त्यौहार व्रत उपवास का देश है | ऐसा ही एक व्रत है करवा चौथ | भारतीय महिलाएं अपने बच्चों की खुशहाली,उनकी लम्बी आयु,अपने पति की लम्बी आयु आदि के लिए व्रत रखती हैं. |

करवा चौथ व्रत हिन्दू धर्म की महिलाएं अपने पति की लम्बी आयु के लिए रखती हैं.|16 वर्ष से अधिक

आयु की कन्याएं भी अपने भावी पति की लम्बी आयु के लिए भी व्रत रखती हैं.|दिन भर उपवास

की कथा कहते हैं, और कथा के पश्चात चलनी से चांद को देखते हैं,फिर

चालनि से अपने पति का चेहरा देखने के बाद ही अन्न जल ग्रहण कर

व्रत समाप्त करते हैं |

कुछ इस प्रकार है- एक साहूकार के सात लड़के और एक लड़की

थी। एक बार कार्तिक मास की कृष्ण पक्ष की चतुर्थी तिथि को सेठानी सहित

उसकी सातों बहुएं और उसकी बेटी ने भी करवा चौथ व्रत कथा रखा। रात्रि

के समय जब साहूकार के सभी लड़के भोजन करने बैठे तो उन्होंने अपनी

बहन से भी भोजन कर लेने को कहा। इस पर बहन ने कहा- भाई, अभी

चांद नहीं निकला है। चांद के निकलने पर उसे अर्घ्य देकर ही मैं आज

भोजन करूंगी।साहूकार के बेटे अपनी बहन से बहुत प्रेम करते थे, उन्हें

अपनी बहन का भूख से व्याकुल चेहरा देख बेहद दुख हुआ। साहूकार के

बेटे नगर के बाहर चले गए और वहां एक पेड़ पर चढ़ कर अग्नि जला दी।

घर वापस आकर उन्होंने अपनी बहन से कहा- देखो बहन, चांद निकल

आया है। अब तुम उन्हें अर्घ्य देकर भोजन ग्रहण करो। साहूकार की बेटी ने

अपनी भाभियों से कहा-

देखो, चांद निकल आया है, तुम लोग भी अर्घ्य देकर भोजन कर लो। ननद

की बात सुनकर भाभियों ने कहा- बहन अभी चांद नहीं निकला है, तुम्हारे

भाई धोखे से अग्नि जलाकर उसके प्रकाश को चांद के रूप में तुम्हें दिखा रहे

हैं।साहूकार की बेटी अपनी भाभियों की बात को अनसुनी करते हुए भाइयों

द्वारा दिखाए गए चांद को अर्घ्य देकर भोजन कर लिया। इस प्रकार करवा

चौथ का व्रत भंग करने के कारण विघ्नहर्ता भगवान श्री गणेश साहूकार की

लड़की पर अप्रसन्न हो गए। गणेश जी की अप्रसन्नता के कारण उस लड़की

का पति बीमार पड़ गया और घर में बचा हुआ सारा धन उसकी बीमारी में

लग गया। साहूकार की बेटी को जब अपने किए हुए दोषों का पता लगा तो

उसे बहुत पश्चाताप हुआ। उसने गणेश जी से क्षमा प्रार्थना की और फिर से

विधि-विधान पूर्वक चतुर्थी का व्रत शुरू कर दिया। उसने उपस्थित सभी

लोगों का श्रद्धानुसार आदर किया और तदुपरांत उनसे आशीर्वाद ग्रहण

किया।

इस प्रकार उस लड़की के श्रद्धा-भक्ति को देखकर एकदंत भगवान गणेश

जी उसपर प्रसन्न हो गए और उसके पति को जीवनदान प्रदान किया। उसे

सभी प्रकार के रोगों से मुक्त करके धन, संपत्ति और वैभव से युक्त कर

दिया।कहते हैं इस प्रकार यदि कोई मनुष्य छल-कपट, अहंकार, लोभ,

लालच को त्याग कर श्रद्धा और भक्तिभाव पूर्वक चतुर्थी का व्रत को पूर्ण

करता है, तो वह जीवन में सभी प्रकार के दुखों और क्लेशों से मुक्त होता है

और सुखमय जीवन व्यतीत करता है।
