Yep, the north end of Baker Beach is clothing optional. We encourage you to be just as bare or covered as you wish to be.

> What should I bring?

More friends!!! Also, a towel, sunscreen, water and snacks, beach games, and good vibes… and your phone in case you’d care to make a donation to the Fistula Foundation.

Skinny dipping celebrates body freedom and confidence — things many women with fistulas have lost. These injuries cause urine or feces leakage, leading to social isolation and shame. $633 funds a surgery that can restore a woman’s health and help her reclaim a sense of freedom in her own body.

Nope, it’s free! Donations to the Fistula Foundation are highly appreciated, but all we ask is that you come ready to have a good time.

Join us in celebrating the life and legacy of Virginia Ramos, The Tamale Lady SF. 

Experience an evening of great live music, films and even delicious hot-n-steamy tamales. Bands start at 4:20 PM featuring:

Vaxxines, Clencher, Earthrider, The Goat Family and Jimmy Duhig.   

See movies on the back wall at 9pm, with a special screening of the Rockumentary “Our Lady of Tamale,” by SF director Cecil B. Feeder. This musical doc reveals the love of the legendary Tamale Lady SF. 

The evening closes with the dark side of the Yin Yang. A screening of the bloody-zombie-cult short action movie Meter Maid Me Massacre”, featuring renowned martial artists Jino Kang and Dennis Ruel. Based in San Francisco takes off the metermaids heads! Movies, Bands and Tamales all day and it’s free! 

Tamale Lady Day 2026. Saturday, 7/11 starts at 4:20 and ends at 10pm. This tamale party will be at the flippin Zeitgeist. 199 Valencia St.  21 and over, wheel chair accessible.
