Anne is a wonderful listener who is very easy to talk to and very open. I never expected to talk to her about what I did, as it is a sensitive topic for me. Coaching enabled me to identify issues to be addressed, come up with a plan to address those issues, and lose that feeling of being overwhelmed with a problem or problems.
