Who have heard about the Microsoft’s Courier? According to some discussions I have researched that this devices is like a notebook and it has two 7 inched multi-touched displays. It is very useful in writing, drawing with a stylus and basically searching the internet.

It is less than an inch thick and not much bigger than a 5×7 photo when it is closed. A lot of people call it “the late prototype”. Technologies nowadays are simply phenomenal. It is like having a pen and paper without wasting pages in your notebook or so. Our technology’s innovation is really fascinating. This will really help a lot of students and investors all over the world.

The OS in this one is same with the Windows Mobile 7 series, the Zune HD and Microsoft Pink. It is built on NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 chipset. It is also call the infinite journal. This tablet has a 3 mega pixel camera with flash at the back of the tablet. It has 4x digital zoom. This was just recently released this March and plenty of people are waiting to know the price.

So far the feed backs of the public are very positive. Some even say that this is better than what apple has. In addition to that, the courier weighs only around 1 lbs. Of course, this device is Wi-Fi ready. The rumored price on this one is more or less than $500. They compared it a lot with the iPad even the pricing of the device. Base on the surveys and forums in the internet even Apple device addicts love the Microsoft Courier Tablet.

People are dying to have this device. It is an all in one device that we will really remember. Microsoft has convinced the public to love technology through this tablet.

Acer brings us a new Aspire Convertible baptized to have a name of 1820PT! Oh well I’m not really sure if it excite you to know what this baby can do and has to offer. Now don’t get me wrong on this okay? I expect this computing device from Acer to be showcasing the newest Intel processor but I guess that’s a no because it’s been injected with an Intel Core 2 Duo instead.

Now stating that fact it’s just fair to put a price tag on this device not higher than $800, so let me say that you can have Acer’s Aspire 1820PT Convertible for a sweet price of $599, anyway I guess the processor isn’t a very big deal after all especially if you’re not into too much of the multi-tasking part when using a PC. Other than the processor, all other features where not really compromised whatsoever and besides $599 is way too reasonable to have a convertible tablet PC right and besides $599 is way too reasonable to have a convertible tablet PC right?

The keyboard is not so attractive but I guess it’s more of the functionality that we should take in consideration rather than the beauty (but it’s not so bad to ask both!) Now going back to the price, it was said that it will be selling firstly in Europe so you get to pay in Euros, Engadget said that this device is priced at 599 Euros, but will be $599 presumably once it hits US. My say is; it’s a little bit pricey just in case the 599 Euros will be converted to US dollars, so let’s hope the $599 stays as it is.

Acer Aspire 1820PT Convertible will be packed with of course accelerometer for the table, an 8 gigabyte RAM and for the HDD you get 320 gigabyte of storage. This PC isn’t so new if you would ask people in Austarlia, they have this since 4th quarter of last year. We really don’t have any info yet of when it will be officially available in the United States but we will keep you posted on that one. For the mean time here are the detailed specifications of this gadget.

Now don’t mistake this one for an iPad, though it is pretty obvious that it looks like it. Hewlett Packard has develop a device that can bring consumers a vibrant feel of a whole new slate (minus the keyboard compared to a convertible PC to tablet). This would be something that you will definitely look forward to this year! I guess more of this will be out by the end of 2010, so you can choose from a variety of slate that will fit your needs and you budget.

HP Slate (as they call it, pretty simple huh?) was built and planned carefully says Phil McKinney, HP’s Chief Technical Officer. This new baby from HP will surely give you a breath taking experience because it will be capable of running your favorite flash games, it will be equipped with Adobe Flash and Adobe Air. The slate will run Windows 7, so far the looks of it is quite nice, rest assured that you will see more of this type of articles roaming the net and videos from the HP slate to rule YouTube for quite awhile, you didn’t expect Hewlett Packard to do nothing after the iPad commercial at the Oscars right? Let’s just say this is one of their ways to get noticed.

We have a video for you to feast on which I guess is too overwhelming because the device seems to be perfect (but of course we can never rely on that), but HP brags that their slate will make you experience the whole web content instead of just getting the partial content of the website. According to HP, almost all websites run flash that is why you will get 100% of the web content out of their new slate and it’s all because it’s infused with Adobe Flash (as I have said earlier).

As HP have focused on the web experience from their new slate, they have missed some important part such as the screen keyboard which is not big enough for typing, so if you have a big finger you wouldn’t really like typing on this slate (I hope there is stylus pen included on this one).

We will keep you posted on any detailed specs, for now you can feast on the informative video we have.

Ideapad gets better and better I guess. Actually I prefer IdeaPad over ThinkPad but of course that’s my preference and you have your own too, so I wouldn’t really be amazed if you prefer otherwise. Lenovo somehow found its way to the mainstream and be one of the many who prefers to cater the vast majority (also called the masses) whom we all know are better to target for sales because they’re a lot!

Lenovo has once again launched an IdeaPad that aims to be sold for the mainstream market. That means we can surely bet that this one will be something affordable or reasonable for each and everyone’s budget. Even though we all know that Lenovo is one gadget brand that will definitely leave your wallet more than a thousand dollars empty, this one we got will surely make you save some hundreds. Meet Lenovo IdeaPad Y460! This one has been launched a month ago (February) while the sibling Y560 will be out anytime soon this month of March.

IdeaPad Y460 will highlight the newest processor from Intel which is the Core series. What’s so great about this notebook is that you can choose from the Core i3 or i5, you just have to be ready with some extra dough if you want the i5. The Y460 flaunts a 14 inch screen display with a resolution of 1366×768 and again you can choose to go for ATI Radeon HD5740 or ATI Radeon HD5650. Though Y460 is quite small it will still be built-in with a Blu-ray drive or a DVD drive if you choose.

Of course the basic will be injected in this gadget too, such as WiFi. You can also have this computing device be equipped with WiMax , 3G and Bluetooth, I guess Lenovo made is an option so you can cut the cost of owning an IdeaPad . Now the battery will not be something that you would be happy about unless you’re contented with 5 hours of life, then you might take this device for consideration as your next gizmo buddy. Price Tag starts at $849.99

“Sony Ericsson’s current flagship handset, Sario, is to receive a software update in the near future, and not before time too. The handset has been dogged by reports of faulty software since shortly after it launched late last year. The news was announced on the Sony Ericsson Product Launch Blog and they surmised the main points of the update:

Support for WVGA video recording – The already great video recording will be enhanced to fit the wide screen format and hence resolution is also slightly increased to 864 * 480 pixles. (the preset size will still be VGA, user has to change to get WVGA)

Upload of pictures to Facebook – It will be possible to upload pictures directly from the picture menu you have on the home screen or from the Media UI.

Youtube video uploading – It will be possible to upload videos to Youtube directly from the Media UI.

Conversational messaging – “Conversations” will be nicely integrated in the messaging menu in order to easily find and inspire to more conversations with your friends.

DLNA support – The new software will support DLNA media server for easy transfer of audio and still pictures. (Note that video is not supported)

UI improvements – On top of above, several minor UI improvements have been done in order to optimize the user experience.

The Facebook application that is now available on PlayNow for free download will be included in the sw.

All in all it looks like a pretty decent update and hopefully here will also be stability issues addressed to to rectify some of the crashing and hanging that some users have reported over the months. Sony Ericsson are saying that this update should be available within a matter of weeks, but that local networks may need to give final approval in some regions so timescale may vary. The update itself will be avilable through the update client, check out www.sonyericsson.com/update for more details.” via .mobile-review.com

If you are into laptops and notebooks I bet you’re so overwhelmed with all the new computing devices being launched and released every now and then, which makes it pretty hard to choose because each gadget seems to get better and better. Now most of you or maybe some of you may even be waiting for something to be released just like this new device from MainGear.

Let me introduce the successor of EXL- 15 laptop, meet the MX-L 15 Laptop! Though it’s not really a fifteen but more of a 15.6 inch laptop that is injected with Intel’s newest processor which is the Core i5 (or your choice of the i7), now don’t mistake this one for the Alienware though I have to admit they have quite a resemblance.

Now the MainGear brand has been patronized by people who’s fond of games and an aficionado of portable computing device. No wonder people have been waiting for this one with great anticipation. I bet you would love this company again because yet again they will bring you with a gadget worth every dollar you spend. You get the latest software an d chipset in this laptop in a very amazing price that is under a thousand bucks.

I’m still crossing my finger on the $999 price tag that was announced March 3. All you need and all you want will be all included in this amazing device. This time you need not to hurt your pocket or budget that bad just to get all the features you have been longing for. MainGear MX-L 15 Laptop is already available for purchase via their website or you may give them a ring at 888-MAINGEAR (U.S. Residents only).

You may be a big fan of Tivo or you may not even know the brand, but I guess you somehow know that internet can be access via television, right? This technology is more used by the oldies, I guess because they believe that computers are way too advance and televisions aren’t. What I’m trying to say is based on my experience, I honestly don’t expect my granny to be typing on a keyboard just to watch an old episode of Oprah or Ellen but I guess it will be much more comfortable for her to be holding a remote because she’s more familiar with it.

This is why WebTV is so ‘in’ for them, this is their eye-opener for the internet. Now if you own a Tivo, I’m not really saying that you’re old but I would say you’re a fan of big screen and live-streaming and I know you will never get to enjoy watching videos on the net other than on your good old TV. Enough said, Tivo has launched their new version called Premier. Some people say nothing much has changed while others say it’s a totally whole new Tivo.

A lot of the people who owned the older version of Tivo find the device cool and pretty amazing, until they found another device that is made to fulfill the things Tivo does plus much more! The result is more and more people are asking why doesn’t the company do something about it? The main problem about Tivo is its versatility and though the look of Tivo premier is quite good the performance is still the consumer’s top priority. Now Tivo premier will only be DirectTV compatible meaning no satellite can make it work.

If you’re into social networking and the like, sorry this Internet Video Box is not for you, since it will never support such. I would have to say that the Tivo premier still needs a lot of things to improve on when it comes to performance because they are pretty much behind Boxee Box and Moxi. It will be available for $299.99 including service. All-in-all I’m not really amazed by this so-called ‘new’ Tivo but if you want to know more you can check the details below.

As innovation from technology gets a little more advance when it comes to mobile phones and computing device, have you wondered that your usual ‘Graham Bell’ inspired phone at home will be one of the things that will have a make-over? Better yet, be at par with your mobile phone in one way or another perhaps? I guess nothing is impossible with the technology we have today, wouldn’t you agree?

This would be the 1st ever cordless phone that will be equipped with an Android processor so you never say that you home phone is pretty lame once you purchase this. This phone is made by Binatone, a company who has been dedicated in making peoples’ lives easier by creating appliances and other device that will help us live the life with convenience (the Binatone who made your hair dryer or washing machine is the same Binatone who made your cordless phone). Binatone is a company based in UK so you get the drift right? That most probably the new Motorola HS1001 will be released in UK too, well it’s pretty obvious right?

Motorola HS1001 will be running an Android 1.6 processor and injected with DSP’s XpandR chipset. In fact DSP Group is really proud to be chosen to provide the chipset for this revolutionary home phone that is the 1st to have Wi-Fi and DECT 6.0. This product is indeed a good collaboration of known companies that will surely bring quality and reasonable price to the market. It’s a good thing that Motorola asked helped from Binatone and DSP Group to make the HS1001 possible, now we know they aren’t so selfish when it comes to being given the credit for an accomplishment unlike other companies who wish to have it all and in the end falls apart.

There are so many things that you can do with this new cordless home phone, I bet your kids would fight over this one because not only can they call their BFF or girl friend they can also surf the net and shoot an email at the same time which comes quite hand y with its 2.8 inch screen. The docking station will impress you as well as it can play your favorite songs with its amazing speaker loud enough to be mistaken as your iPod.

* Price tag starts at $150 and will be available anytime between July to September.
