In reply to Kathleen Curry. Thank you for understanding the joy a sports team can bring its fans, despite not being into sports yourself. Needless to say, Knicks fans around the world are having a great day and I think many are still recovering from the celebrations. I saw a video where someone said, "Thank god the Knicks waited until I was in my 40s to do this. Any sooner and I would've been on a bender, ended up in a ditch somewhere. Now I got kids, have to be a responsible adult…" and that's exactly how I feel!

I’ve been experimenting more with my galijiim recipe over the years (it’s been 9 years since I wrote this post!), and even started cooking it in the pressure cooker to speed up the cooking time.
