I ordered a bumper case for my Galaxy Note N7000 about a month ago. The deal looked good, I paid the money at the time of order. It costs me RS200, it was cheap. The product was delivered to me within the expected time. But when I opened the package, what did I see?

An open packing of the product. It was packed fine from the outside, the external packing. But the packing from the inside, the main packing of the product was open, folded.

That wasn’t it.

The product, bumper case was having lot of scratches on it. And I am sure, it was a used bumper case.

These are the pictures just after I removed the outer packing of the product.

I called to the customer care of Varighty.com and without listening to me properly they asked me to take pictures of the product and send it to an email address which was orders@varighty.com. I did that, I took a couple of pictures, I have shared few of them above, and sent to the email address.

After waiting for couple of days and not getting any response, I sent the same mail again to the same address. But that also didn’t help.

At the end, what do I get, they spam me with their shopping offers regularly and the funny part is, from the same email address “orders@varighty.com”.

I don’t think I have to say more. Think before you go for shopping from that site.
