&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial"&gt;As expected, the economy and related downsizing has impacted companies in the technology sector.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;#0160; &lt;/span&gt;While it has been easier to find and attract top talent due to an influx of candidates, commute and relocation issues are still having a negative effect.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&amp;#0160; &lt;/span&gt;On the positive side, cost of hire and time to hire have both decreased dramatically.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
