Bipasha Basu seems to have become a brand ambassador of single-hood. The lady who is has been constantly talking about how she’s enjoying her single status more than being in committed relationships. Bips confessed to a daily recently, “I haven’t been single since the age of 15. My sister tells me that I’m seeing the world like a 19-year-old. I’m a free bird, I’m socialising more, and I’m meeting friends and going out… I feel like a teenager.”

Bips has also said that she harbours no ill-will against her exes Milind Soman and Dino Morea. And she carefully left out certain Mr John Abraham out of the list. It’s quite clear that the bitterness hasn’t withered away yet. But hold on, the confessions don’t end there. The bong babe says that even though she enjoys her new status to the hilt, she’s not really averse to being linked to her single co-stars but no married men please! The actor said she’d be furious if she was linked to a committed or married man. Was she hinting at her Jodi Breakers costar R Madhavan? We can’t help but wonder.

The original show went on air in 1997 on Sony. It was widely watched, and catapulted Shekhar to immense popularity. But he bade adieu to it in June 2001.Now he is set to return, informed a source. An official announcement will be made later this month. Since the past week, a teaser campaign Shekhar ab dobara karega has been on the air. It showed Shekhar trying his hand at boxing, becoming a chef and even attempting to stage a fast for a cause. But until now, there was no clue about what he is going to do. Shekhar’s wife, Alka Suman, is confident that the comeback will be worth it. “He has been extremely preoccupied and knowing him I can say that whatever he is planning will be big. He has a reputation to live up to and I am hoping and praying that all this effort that he is putting in pays off,” said Alka.

Shekhar has been in the entertainment industry since 1985, when he made his Bollywood debut with Utsav. Since then he has been a part of various movies, TV shows and even tried his hand at singing. “Shekhar is an icon as far as the television industry is concerned, he has essayed many a role and has a huge fan following… I am sure we shall have an offering that the entire family will enjoy,” said Anooj Kapoor, executive vice president and business head, Sab TV.

2. Choose Your Pillow Wisely
Sometimes something as simple as a change in your pillow can make it challenging for you to fall or stay asleep. Almost every parent chooses to allow their kids to sleep in their bed, at least a few times. However, some parents let their children sleep with them every night. While most psychologists feel this is not an emotionally harmful thing to do, allowing your baby or child to sleep with you can lead to a poor nights sleep.

4.Buy Fido A Dog Bed
Just like you shouldn’t allow your kids to sleep in your bed, your dog shouldn’t either. More and more people today allow their pets to sleep with them, which is a big mistake if you have trouble getting quality sleep each night. Dogs can take up too much space and cause movement throughout the night which might subtly wake you. So, do yourself a favor and buy Fido a dog bed!

5. Exercise Considerations and Your Sleep Patterns
It’s great you want to be health and getting into the habit of exercising is a wonderful idea. Just be sure you don’t exercise too close to bedtime or weight is not the only loss you’ll experience. Exercise can actually cause you to feel wide awake. Plan your routine to end at least two hours before your bedtime, if you exercise in the evening.
