The movie is funded by O2 Think Big programme and is based in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area with people as far as Cardiff taking part (So far). It is adopted from my CLIConline character.

CLIC online is a youth website where advice, information is given to the young people of Wales and where we are free to publish articles of what ever topics to show the rest of Wales.
Wicid.tv is the residential version of R.C.T.

The fictional character of Peter Elliott is a young student who is a secret spy and will be celebrating it's 2nd year this year. To celebrate this we are filming a movie which is produced and directed by myself. The project is free of charge and free to anyone to take part in, all we ask for is dedication, participation and for your own transport to and from the area.

Wales Visitor Survey finds friendliness and landscape biggest draw for holidaymakers

The natural environment and the friendliness of the people are the national qualities most valued by those taking holidays in Wales, a major new survey has revealed.

The Wales Visitor Survey, which is published every two years, showed that visitors from the UK gave Wales’ natural environment 9.33 out of a possible 10, and holidaymakers from overseas gave it 9.22.

And foreign tourists rated the friendliness of the Welsh at 9.32, with British visitors giving it 9.22.

The survey is the most detailed yet on visitors’ reactions to holidays in Wales provides information on UK tourists, day trippers and overseas visitors and a range of satisfaction ratings in relation to aspects of the visit.

The overall satisfaction with Wales as a place to visit was very high across all visitor types, the rating being 9.15, 9.05 and 8.97 among day visitors, UK staying visitors, and overseas visitors respectively.

Having been to Wales on holiday, the likelihood to recommend it was very high across all three groups with 92% of both UK staying and day visitors and 79% of Overseas saying they would “definitely recommend Wales to a friend/relative”, and almost all of the remaining respondents saying that they would “probably recommend Wales”.

Business Minister Edwina Hart said: “These results provide very positive feedback from visitors and provides evidence that there is a high level of satisfaction in respect of most aspects of the visit among current visitors.

“Having just launched our new marketing campaign it’s good to see that the holiday product we have to offer here in Wales lives up to the promise.”

In only a few days I have had 50 likes on facebook - Not as easy as I thought . Setting up a facebook page take loads of time but posative feeback is good . Feel free to have a look a my page and give me some feedback of your own :)

Olympics opportunity for Wales

Welsh Secretary Cheryl Gillan has said that this year’s Olympics in London offered a unique opportunity for Wales to showcase itself as a primary tourist destination for visitors to the UK. She added that the summer games would also provide an opportunity for the country to create a legacy for tourism.
