The Sports Academy pride themselves on delivering quality sports coaching. This may ultimately result in opportunities in job and franchise sports careers for the right people. There will also be an opportunity to work under the guidance of PTC Sports Academy ambassadors, former Premier League footballer Steve Claridge and Paul Nixon, former England international cricketer.  The Academy is located in Rotherham.</p>
<p>Requirements:  Good English and Maths at GCSE level.  Should be a good communicator, confident and hardworking.  Should be interested in developing a career within the sports industry. </p>
<p>Training:  Internal Training by Experienced Staff; 1st 4 Sport level 2 NVQ Certificate in Activity Leadership (QCF); 1st 4 Sports level 2 Certificate in the Principles and Preparations for Coaching Sport (QCF); 1st 4 sport level 2 award in  employment awareness in active leisure and learning, Personal learning and thinking skills (PLTS) Functional skills.  Or study for BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Sports and BTEC Level 3 Sub Diploma in Sports.</p>
<p>Hours:  30 hours/week, duration is 12 months.  </p>
<p>Pay:  £2.65/hour Apprenticeship wage.  Bonuses available on some projects.</p>

The salon have a mix from all ages and cultures and offer a relaxed, unique and funky experience. The salon is an award winning salon that continues to excel year after year.  Whilst gaining invaluable training and experience you will be aiding the salon staff in the smooth day to day running, assisting the stylists and salon managers with their client base, to work hard to get good results and develop good relationships with clients and be aware of changing fashion trends, new looks and popular products. Key tasks will be to greet and meet clients, assist the stylists, reception duties including answering the phone and making client appointments. General housekeeping throughout the day to ensure the salon is always welcoming to the client. Practical skills such as shampooing, rinsing off colours, conditioning treatments, blow drying and eventually colouring and cutting will be incorporated into the training sessions and as part of the induction training period as well as on going throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.</p>
<p>Requirements:  No formal qualifications are required but 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades A-C could be beneficial; Energetic, driven and positive; Pleasant personality; Enthusiasm and commitment to the work based learning route; Creative flair with an eye to detail; Punctual and reliable; Excellent customer service skills; Excellent time keeping; Ability to communicate with clients in a professional but friendly manner; Job task planning and organising; Ability to work with others. </p>
<p>Training:  Hairdressing Intermediate Level Apprenticeship.  The learning provider is W Academy &amp; Education. </p>

You will be expected to contact companies dealing in Education, Finance, IT Provision and Insurance. You will be expected generate leads, for leaders in their markets, delivering online presentations to clients and negotiating. Will be based within a busy sales environment, located in Sheffield city centre, and the role will see the successful candidate be expected to work to both calls and unit targets. Will be working as part of a team, but will focus on individual targets and lead generation.</p>
<p>Requirements:   Ideally at least 5 GCSE’s grades A-C or equivalent; Willing to listen, learn, be coached and grow within the organisation;  Have a friendly and personable approach, with strong time management skills and the ability to listen carefully to client requirements; You will have the ability to build relationships quickly and work on your own initiative;  The ability to meet &amp; exceed targets; Develop a full understanding of the business market-place; A proactive sales nature and a confident approach;  Excellent communication, presentation,  written and negotiation skills; The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively. </p>

<p>Requirements:  Some GCSEs are required (subjects and grades not specified), aimed at 16 &#8211; 18 year olds. Candidate must be positive, confident, hardworking. Must have knowledge and skills in customer service, sales and marketing. Must have good Inter-personal skills, effective communication skills and also a good team player. Must be smart and presentable looking.</p>
<p>Training:   The candidates will have an option to go for either NVQ Level 2 or BTEC level 3 qualifications during their time at the WOW Academy.    Employer led Apprenticeship with real work projects and positive destinations, NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service, BTEC Level 3 in Business Studies.  Functional skills including Award in Employment Rights &amp; Responsibilities/Award in PLTS, European work placement opportunities. The job is located in Sheffield 1. The successful applicant will be proactive, organised and possess good written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will assist with the development of the company&#8217;s website and the marketing of the company&#8217;s portfolio of software based products and services. These duties will involve the maintenance of websites using the Kooboo Content Management System (CMS) and managing marketing campaigns using an email marketing and list manager. The role also involves actively supporting and driving product promotions as well as tackling other ad hoc duties as required.  Summary of core duties:<br />
- Managing the company&#8217;s presence on Third Party Intermediaries (e.g. Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, etc)<br />
- Product and service additions to the Corporate Website &amp; Third Party Channels<br />
- Updating and amending product images using Photoshop<br />
- Desk research to develop new market opportunities<br />

<p>Requirements:  GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above.  Some of the company&#8217;s products and services are quite technical, so an excellent attention to detail is essential. You will have a desire to learn new skills in online and digital marketing and have a naturally inquisitive and creative mind.</p>
<p>Training:   Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Social Media and Digital Marketing; Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA &#8211; Web Development Fundamentals);  CIW Certified Internet Web Professional; Microsoft Office Specialist (in either Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Outlook).</p>
<p>Hours:  Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm 37.5 hours per week.</p>

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of important duties, where following procedure and processes is vital to the running of the business. Daily responsibilities will include:<br />
- Advising on all aspects of business affecting customers pre-sale, post-sale and product support/give accurate and impartial advice to sell our products and services following a structured sales technique.<br />
- Receiving and returning customer contact by telephone, internet, fax, letter and email.<br />
- Understand customer problems and queries. Explain issues clearly and professionally to the customer.<br />
- Take ownership and responsibility of customer queries, providing ‘right first time’ resolution minimising repeat queries from customers.<br />
- Use own knowledge, access to company systems etc to advise customers and resolve queries.<br />
- Monitor and ensure resolution of query.<br />
- To meet call quality standards in order to contribute to the overall level of customer satisfaction.</p>
<p>Requirements:  Maths and English A*-C in GCSE or equivalent is essential. <p>Training:   Customer Service Intermediate Level Apprenticeship.  The learning provider is The Source Skills Academy.</p>
<p>Hours: 5 Days out of 7, Mon &#8211; Sun, 37.5 hours/week.</p>
<p>Pay:  £ 112.50/week to start.  After 14 weeks, wage rises to £5.00 per hour and after 41 weeks, wage rises to £7.00 per hour.</p>

The Apprenticeship will involve working within a thriving and upbeat office, offering a great opening for an individual looking for a stimulating and challenging environment. The company is searching for someone who is responsible, reliable and ready to begin a career in customer service.  The role is to provide an excellent level of professional customer service for Dixons customers by advising on all aspects of business affecting customer’s pre-sale, post sale and product support/give accurate and impartial advice to sell our products and services.<br />
- Daily duties will include:<br />
- Receiving and returning customer contact by telephone, internet, fax, letter and email.<br />
- Understand customer problems and queries.<br />
- Explain issues clearly and professionally to the customer.<br />
- Take ownership and responsibility of customer queries, providing ‘right first time’ resolution minimising repeat queries from customers.<br />
- Use own knowledge, access to company systems etc to advise customers and resolve query.<br />
- Monitor and ensure resolution of query.<br />
- To meet call quality standards in order to contribute to the overall level of customer satisfaction.<br />
- Compliance with all current legislation. </p>
<p>Requirements:  Maths and English A*-C in GCSE or equivalent is essential; Must be able to communicate effectively with the customer to provide first time customer focussed resolutions; The ability to build relationships with the customer using good listening skills; Able to work in a team related environment; The ability to work within a fast paced environment with the flexibility to embrace and adapt quickly to change; To apply on a daily basis the knowledge and skills gained from day one introduction training and on-going support throughout your career ;Knowledge of PC systems; Team player; Good time management skills; Confident and friendly attitude; Polite and professional manner when speaking via telephone and face to face. </p>
