<p>Want buns of steel? This 30 minute HIIT workout is gonna give it to ya!<br />
7 rounds of 1 minute intervals at 100% maximum effort while cranking up the elevation on the treadmill! Then recover with 2 minutes at 50-60% maximum effort. The trick is to keep speed the same on the intervals as the recovery. We are working the incline only to get your booty burnin&#8217;.<br />
If you don&#8217;t have access to a treadmill then run outside in a hilly area and work those hills on the intervals. If that isn&#8217;t possible either, then find a big stairwell (for example in a hotel, stadium, or a tall building) and run up the stairs on the intervals and walk down the stairs on the recovery.</p>

<p>This workout takes it up another notch! Jog 5 minutes. Walk 5 minutes. Do 3 times. With each of the jogging/walking interval workouts you are raising the stakes. So find your Inner Crazy person and go crazy on this workout!</p>
<p>Focus on your technique: Elongated spine, arms at 90°, foot falls underneath your hips (not out in front of you) and feel like you are being pulled along by your bellybutton. Don&#8217;t forget to check if you can hold a conversation wile jogging. If not, walk it off and come back in when you can. Good luck!</p>

<p>After a nice warm up you will be lightly jogging for 1 minute at 140 bpm then walking for 1 minute at 120 bpm and repeat it 10 times. This is called interval training.
