And we're thrilled to say that both salon owners (Claire and Chris) have been blown away by some of the results.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Here are some of the things that happened:-&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;In Cuts Inc. we were able to raise the average rebooking rate from 35% to over 60% in 8 weeks.  The top 3 stylists increased their rebooking rates from 60% to 75+%.  We worked with Chris on his marketing to non-returning clients and 80 came back - that's worth more than £14,000 a year.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Here's what Claire had to say:-&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;"The programme was hard work but money-making.  We rode out the credit crunch brilliantly and our campaign to non-returning clients made us £4,000.  We put together a letter that I was happy to send and when the letters went out the phone never stopped ringing"&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Both Claire and Chris told us they'd had their 'best week ever'.  They now have a pro-active plan for their business in 2009.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
