They were depicted in sculpture and vase paintings by the ancient Greeks, in Roman wall paintings at Pompeii, in Botticelli’s allegorical painting known as Springtime, and in a marble statue carved by Canova.

Aphrodite Kallipygos Raising Peplos is type of nude female statue from the Hellenistic era which translates as “Aphrodite of the Beautiful Buttocks” (also known as Callipygian Venus or Venus Kallipygos). Gladiator Borghese Figurine

Native American Canoe Model
