It’s their right to file suit: Kajang OCPD

PUTRAJAYA, Feb 7:

A total of 103 men had their heads shaved on Jan 30, not just the 11 who have threatened to file a million-ringgit suit.

Kajang police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Noor Hakim Kassim revealed yesterday there had been 103 male detainees in the station’s lock-up on the night of Jan 30.

“That night, all of them were given this crew-cut look, regardless of their age, young and old alike,” he said, adding that only female detainees were spared.

“Those detained in operations by other agencies, such as the Islamic Affairs Department and Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry, and placed in our lock-up that night were also given the same treatment.

“We were not selective,” Mohd Noor said, reiterating that the practice was in line with the Lock-up Rules.

Asked about the threat by the 11 men to file a civil suit against the police and the Government if Mohd Noor and the police did not offer a public apology, the Kajang OCPD told the New Straits Times:

“It is their right to file the suit, their right as Malaysians. I have no objection.”

He said the question of him extending an open apology to the 11 did not arise, as he had only been following the rules.

Yesterday morning, the DAP, accompanied by two of the 11 men, handed over a memorandum to the Prime Minister’s Department, demanding an open apology from the police as well as Mohd Noor, failing which they would sue. — NST

It's confirmed What kev and I have suspected all along. That nude squat is a normal procedure for all suspects regardless of degree of crime. This is what abettermalaysia wrote about he's ordeal recently after a long hiatus.

Nude Squats:

First the squat incident, then the baldness fiasco. Luckily they did not shave me bald but I did do those nude squats. Nude squats were supposedly to prevent people from hiding anything up their rectum, but the least they could do was give us some privacy... not make us show our privates for the whole jail to see. The girl in the video was quite lucky, she was in the room with only a police lady and a peeping tom taking a video. I had possibly 40 people staring at my ass and what was up front.

At the risk of sounding sexist. I think what happend to the girl was worst, because as a girl has her modesty and dignity to defend. Of course having 40 men seeing your penis and buttocks is not a good experience as well. However wonder what happend to the girls who were brought back to the lock up on that night of the raid. Were they forced to do nude squats in front of 40 women?

Regardless of who had the worst experience. One important point is that the malaysian police need to improve their human rights ethics. Whether it's forcing a man to do nude squat infront of 40 people or forcing a girl to do nude squats in a room which has an open doorway and window. It's the same thing. No respect for human rights and dignity.

Police report on the malaysia police

this is kind of late but kev found this comments which are translated police report by the 4 chinese housewives regarding them being wrongfully jailed back in november. It's their report on the incident that started the squatgate scandal. This is suppose to be a translated version of teresa kok's china Nationals sue police for illegal detention.

Kev and I can't be sure of the malay to english translation. Our malay is really horrible, when we go to jb we can't speak malay properly to the cab driver to make him think we're locals; so we don't get rip off.

Wasn't there a saying 2,000 years ago. "Who will watch the watchmen?" Anyway I don't even want to comment on the police report, since I've repeated mentioned about the sexual harrassment that occur to this 4 innocent women.

We were detained by the police with other lady Chinese nationals from the 3rd of November 2005 (Thursday), about 11pm nearing to Sungai Buloh. At that time we were in a car and the police was holding a road block.

Police detained us with the cause of suspicion of fake passport. We were sent to the Sungai Buloh police station. At about 6 am 4th November 2005. We were sent to the Petaling Jaya Police Station and we were imprison in the lock up in there.

Before we were sent to our cells, we were told to show all our belongings in our hand bag. A police men and a police woman who were at the counter recorded the inventory of our hand bag and asked $50 RM from both yu xue zhen and Gu xiu hua and we gave it to them. At that time, Wu Xia Hua only had $3 RM in her hand bag. She was also force to give it to the above mentioned police officers. The Police women then shared $10 of our money to each of the officers in the station. We were force to give the money because it was demanded from the police officer and we were afraid of them.

After that, two police woman ask us to take off our clothes until we were naked in a room before going into the lock up one by one. The police women ask us to stand and squat five times when we were naked. When it was Yu Xue Zhen;s turn, she felt embarrass from striping and move her back to face the police women. She was slapped by the police women on the face. When Yu Xue Zhen was taking her clothes off. A police man was peeping at her and she screamed. After that the room door was immediately closed. After the body check, were we allowed to put our clothes back on and enter the lock up.

On the evening of 5th November 2005. 5 chinese nationals women including us and 2 indonesian women was brought to the Sungai Buloh police station to record our statement. When we return to the Petaling Jaya Police station. We were again asked to take off our clothes and repeat the procedude. After that all the Chinese women were not allowed to wear back our bras. Only the women of other nationalities were allowed to wear back their bras.

After we recorded out statement on the 5th of November at the Sungai Buloh Police Station, a police man did a hand gesture to Gu Xiu Hua that meant she had big breast.

At about 7pm 5th November, Yu Xue Zhen wrap her body with a big towel and entered the bath room in the lock up. She notive a police man staring at her from outside the lock up’s door. This was witness by Gu Xiu Hua. Gu Xiu Hua remembers Yu Xue Zhen immediately went into the bath room and close the door.
On the first day of our detention period. Yu Xue Zhen’s husband brought two bags that contained clothes, 3 towels, ladies towel, perfume, tooth brush and tooth paste to the Petaling Jaya Police Station to be given to Yu Xue Zhen, but the police officer on duty did not send it to her. On the 5th of November when Yu Xue Zhen was sent to the Sungai Buloh Police Station to record her statement. She was told by her husband that he sent those items to her on the day before. When Yu Xue Zhen was sent back to the Petaling Jaya Police Office, she asked for those items that was sent by her husband to the police, and she found a few expensive clothes, towel, tooth brush, tooth paste, perfume and ladies towel missing. And only two T shirt, a shirt, jeans and long pants was left behind.

We were imprisoned in the lock up for 5 days, only released by the police on the 7th November 2005 when the immigration officer in Putrajaya have validated that our passport was real. Before we left the Petaling Jaya Police Station, around 4 pm, the same police men who did the same hand gesture that praise the size of Gu Xia Hua’s breast. That police man asked Gu Xiu Hua to come to him and did another gesture to ask Gu Xiu Hua to call him. But Gu Xiu Hua did not dare go near him.
We are not happy about the imprisonment and our experience because we were holding valid passport and we have entered Malaysia many times through the years. We have never gone against the Malaysian law and we should not have been detained and imprisoned in the police lock up.

It has also been alleged through press release by the Chinese woman that the police officer at the road block indicated they wanted a $500 rm bribe. On refusing the Chinese ladies were brought it for “suspicion” of owning fake passports. They were also not given proper drinking, instead they drank straight from the tap.

The Orcs new year's eve raid at Paul's Place

Warcraft
A recent incident reminded me about that warcraft game which my boyfriend plays. Kev loves to play the orcs because of their brute force and numbers. U see the elves and humans have the intelligence, it’s like all their people in command have degrees. May be for the elves, all their troops have degrees even the frontliners. Where else the orcs have numbers and brute force. Their strategy is to swarm a place and just whack. Those who rise up the ranks, are smart but not educated or just lucky for not being caught screwing up. Even their peons talk in an idiotic voice.

The Orc's raid
What incident am I talking about? And Who am I referring to? The Malaysia police and the new year’s eve raid on paul’s place in KL. 380 people including 70 teenage girls were detained and sent back to the police station for drug testing and only 3 were tested for positive for drugs.

It seems paul’s place can only contain 150 people, that means the bulk of the people were snatched from the eateries near by. According to this rice cooker’s blog, 1 lady was having supper with her husband and friends when they were detained. Thus the bulk of the people detained had nothing to do with satanic worshipping and black metal listening as stated in the press briefing.

Human rights group protests
The human rights group suaram and hakam has written a formal complaints here. About the Malaysia police aka The Orcs snatching people from the streets without stating the reason they were detained. I think there wasn’t a proper briefing before the operation. Why else were the victims getting different response from different officer for the reason of their detention. Some said it was because they were wearing black shirts, some say it’s was an illegal assembly, some say they were satanic worshippers and some refuse to tell the victims why they were detained. Bottom line is the Orcs do not brief their troops before an operation. Isn’t that dangerous?

The raid celebration party and the prize paraded
Anyway even jeff ooi is real pissed about it. He pissed because the police paraded 6 youths in front of the press for a Q and A, that’s a breach of privacy with the victims. So it’s ok to protect the squatgate girl with smokes and mirror maneuvers at the court house but it’s not ok to protect the privacy of those 6 youth. Right! That’s a reversal of policy. Cleary after the squategate incident, the Malaysia police is trying to get in the good side again with their masters by actually doing some work.

How else would you explain the press conference at the early morning with their prize from the raid paraded.

U know. If there's a police raid. There's a chance you will have to strip and squat back at the police station. Or you could be ask to squat in the toilet and pee into a tube out infront of all the female club patrons.

Those perps better not let Maureen Dowd find out. Ms Dowd rules.

What I would do if I was the stripped squat girl

Cleary this lady is in an advantage spot.

First off her situation.
She’s on bail with a drug usage charge. Her husband has also been charged with the same offence. She’s probably not well to do.

Now her leverage point.
The whole world knows her now. In fact as we speak. People around the world are googling for her video. Cleary she is in advantage to strike back at those who humiliate her. Who ruined her dignity. At this moment, it is arguable that she’s more famous than Jessica Simpson. Who by the way is filing for a divorce with nick lackey. Bet you didn’t know that. Stripped squat girl could be bigger than all the counties leader that are in KL for the Asean summit combine.

Or at least use this chance as a way to bargain chip to make the drug charges lesser. Or may be launch a singing/acting career ala chu mei-feng.

What would I do?
I would talk to the press. Give tiny minute details that means nothing here and there. The purpose is to make the police nervous and create an awaressness/brand. Hire a lawyer and start the bargaining. She could end up with some settlement money for all we know.

Instead what’s the situation.
She’s got police officer accompanying her everywhere. There are even policewomen sitting next to her when she’s in court. Sort of reminds me of Katie Holmes and her scientology pr escort - Jessica Rodriguez. Cleary there’s a puppet show happening right there in KL.

Why am I blogging about this?
No doubt doing drugs is bad. But the squat lady should be treated with respect. After humilliation she is now she is her abuser's puppet. Still she committed a crime, you say. What about the 3 innocent housewives? and 32 innocent chinese nationals forced to bark like dogs in penang? 22 dance club patrons? There has to be some kind of watch dog mechanism. And press coverage of malaysia police abuse. Is there? Can someone comment? I'm not too well verse with malaysia government.

I feel the Malaysia police should clean up it’s act. Corruption is rampant and there’s blatant abuse of power. I'm was born in singapore, but I have friends and relatives I care about in malaysia. I can imagine someday, someone I care about could be intimated for a bribe at a roadblock. If she refuses, she could be accuse of being a drug user or driving under influence or illegal immigrant and send to the lock up.

Where “strip search and nude squatting is a normal procedure for all who are brought into lockup”. Where the policewoman will not care if someone sneaks up and films her. Where she could have her breast grab by the policewoman. Where she could be sexually harassed by male police officers. Where she could be extorted by police officers. After She has made a police report about her mistreatment. She could be visited at 2am in the morning by the police as a harassment.

I hope it would forever be a concern of mine, never a reality. Is this reality good enough for you? no X 10

How is Ling Kong Seng?

Who is Ling Kong Seng?
He is 51 years old. He happends to be my cousin mary's mother's cousin's half sister's sister's husband. Anyway Kong Seng is a Security guard at a construction site. He was arrested on Nov 20th and has been in remand until now as far as mary knows.

Mary says her cousin's family in malaysia, would not say how kong seng is right now. She's rather worried for he's welfare and also wonder if her cousin's family has been intimidated into silence. Mary says that according to website she has found. He wasn't in good shape after suffering beatings while in remand.

Could anyone with any news on Ling Kong Seng comment on he's situation please?

Malaysia Police Mind fucks Chinese Girls

Update: I just found a english press report of this story by shanghai daily.

Please pardon my frech again. I'm quite angry after reading the excerpts bellow. The 32 china girls were immprisonned by the by the police in penang for 14 days. In that time they were feed rice with maggots, drank from the tap, made to bark like a dog and croak like a frog. WTF!! X 6. That is a fucking mind fuck! Ok from my little knowledge of mandarin, I will try my best to translate.

2 china girl came to visit their elder sister in penang, malaysia for a month. Their elder is married to a local chinese with legal certification. The 2 girls also had legal travelling documents. Come on. The immigration let them in. Right?

Anyway on the 2nd day. The apartment they stayed at ws raided by the immigration department. The girls were taken back to detention with handcuff on and while wearing their pajamas. They were transfer to the police custody shortly after being detained. They were immprisonned for 14 days with 32 other china girls before being deported.

In that period they were woken up early via cold water thrown on them. There was something about being forced to jump on sharp rocks every morning. I don't understand why? Oh I think it's meant to be exercise in the morning. But I think they were not given slippers or shoes. And they were also force to bark like a dog and croak like a frog. It's a mind fuck that's meant to dominate a person and make them submit. Is this a japanese war prisoners camp movie? Are we still in the 1940s? There was also maggots in their rice and they had to drink from the tap.

Anyway the elder's sister's husband had to bribe a lady officer with $3000. To be able to bring he's wife out. But only on the 10th day or something like that. So he's precious wife went through hell for a few days.

I'm not sure whether there's any stripping and squating. May be someone can confirm for me by reading the excerpt bellow, since my mandarin is rather poor now. Well it's been confirm that strip search is a normal procedure by the police to the press.

And then there was something about being force on to the plane back home. Wearing their pajamas and slippers.

You know. I just realize something. I realize as I write and read about this scandal. I realize I'm getting numbed towards such cruelty. It's sad indeed. In a way. I've also been mind fucked too.

　本报讯 (记者郑建彬陈燕燕王浩志) 本报报道了3名中国女子被大马警方裸身拍摄受辱的消息（详见本报昨日A13版）后，昨日，3名福建籍女子来到本报，称她们也在马来西亚被关进当地移民厅拘留所，遭虐待了14天，被虐待的中国女子多达32人，其中19人是福建籍女子。

　　探亲被铐进拘留所

　　小菲（化名）和妹妹小芳（化名）是福清人。她们说，8月31日，姐妹俩带着为期一个月的旅游签证和9月28日的返程机票，前往马来西亚槟州槟城，看望嫁到槟城的大姐小红。9月23日上午10时许，三姐妹仍在酣睡，突然听到剧烈的敲门声，小红开门后发现门外来了两男一女，穿着制服，其中一名短发的女工作人员会说汉语，自称是槟州移民厅的工作人员，要求三姐妹出示相关证件。三姐妹立即出示了签证和护照，小红还出示了结婚证。工作人员登记完证件，就给三姐妹戴上手铐，要求她们到移民厅查验护照。临走，3人还提着纸袋，在公寓内大搜查，带走了电吹风、茶叶等物品。

　　小娟（化名），四川重庆人，在福州打工。她说，8月底，她前往槟城看望男朋友，和小红三姐妹住在同一栋公寓。同样在9月23日上午，她在睡梦中被敲门声惊醒，随后被铐上手铐，送到了槟州移民厅。女工作人员在公寓内搜查时，还将她的一套名牌化妆品放进自己的包里。

　　14天的非人遭遇

　　据介绍，当天被带回槟州移民厅的，还有和小红三姐妹住在同一栋公寓的29名中国女子。她们被带到移民厅后，关押在临时拘留所里。9月26日凌晨零时许，32人又被押送到槟州移民厅拘留所。在拘留所一间可住近百人的房屋里，她们喝的是没烧开的水，吃的是生了虫的米饭，菜只有每人一小块两指头宽的咸鱼，晚上，80个人就挤在一起，缩在水泥地上睡，裹身的只有一条又脏又臭的针织毯。清晨四五点，她们就被叫醒，被逼着用冷水洗头、洗澡，洗完后，到拘留所外的空地上，赤着脚在尖利的小石子地上跳半个小时的操，然后回拘留所做卫生。

　　14天里，32名中国女子被关押在拘留所里，不得打电话、不得聊天、也不许哭，还时常无故被体罚，稍不从命，警察抽出警棍就打。

　　有一次，警察在厕所里发现了一张厕纸，借口厕所没冲干净，处罚所有在押的中国女子双手双脚着地，趴在粗糙的石板地上爬，学青蛙和狗叫。有次，在被罚青蛙爬时，警察还用警棍抽打一名福建古田籍的女子，有人看不下去了，吼了声“是中国人就不要动”，32名女子都停下脚步，气愤地盯着狱警，警察才不得不收回警棍。

　　大马的媳妇也照抓

　　三姐妹中，小红嫁给当地的一名华人已两年了，也有结婚证。被扣留的十多天时间里，小红的丈夫天天到拘留所，请求放人。拘留所不但没放人，连他送去的感冒药、咳嗽药都不让带进去。那名短发的女工作人员告诉小红，“叫你丈夫带上钱，直接来找我。”被关押了12天后，丈夫给了该名女工作人员两三千马币（1元马币可换2.1元人民币），终于把妻子“赎”了出去。

　　小菲从大姐小红口中得知，从上个世纪60年代起，马来西亚就有法律规定，移民厅有权对国外游客扣留14天，不用理由，而她们正是这样被拘留。还规定中国女子晚上12点之后不得在娱乐场所出没。许多嫁到当地的中国妇女都不敢随便上街，到马来西亚后，小菲姐妹每天白天由姐夫驾车带着出去逛街，一到傍晚，就赶紧驱车回家。

　　小菲回忆说，9月23日，她亲眼目睹了住在同一栋公寓里的一位宁德籍女子被抓的场面，该名女子也是嫁给当地一名华人。当时，移民厅的工作人员带着一把一米多长、用来剪钢筋的大剪刀，在公寓里挨房搜查，敲不开门的，就用大剪刀把门绞开。当时，这名中国女子和丈夫都还在睡梦中，来不及开门，移民厅的工作人员就把大门剪开了，把那名中国女子从被窝里揪出来，铐上手铐，带到了拘留所。

　　19名是福建女子

　　小菲姐妹回忆说，10月8日当天，一同被遣送回国的，有22名中国女子，其中19名是福建人。昨日，根据她们提供的电话，记者联系了另外3名女子，结果她们都证明确实发生过这样一起事件，并且大家所说的几乎相同。

　　小菲姐妹在出境时就订好了9月28日的返程机票，被拘留期间，她们随身携带着返程机票，姐妹俩一直向工作人员反映，要求在签证到期之前回国，但不被理睬。

　　小娟和小菲姐妹俩称，在押的中国女子，不管机票是否到期，回国时，移民厅要求她们一律重新购买机票，且必须由移民厅统一购买，还不让亲朋到机场送行。许多被遣送的女子，就穿着被拘留当天穿的睡衣、拖鞋，一直戴着手铐，直到上了飞机。

　　10月8日，在拘留所被关押满14天后，工作人员把姐妹俩送上了去泰国的飞机，经泰国转道广州，回到中国。但从此后，5年内不得进马来西亚。"

Kev jokes that lawyers have balls and a heart after all. I told him it wasn't funny The lawyers are fighting for something they believe in. I don't understand why it's called the bar council anyway. Or what powers they have. I'm quite an ignorant girl, I have to admit.

I still shiver when I look at the picture above. It's so degrading. I hope that policewoman in the video or her supperiors will repent her/their wrong doings. Or else I curse them to have sleepless nights for the rest of their lives. Curse X3.

From what I could understand. ( I've since return my mandarin knowledge back to my teacher. ) It seems 3 chinese girls in the fu jian region of china has come forward to reveal that they have been with wrongly detained for 14 days by malaysian authorities. There were another 32 china girls that were imprisonned with them. 19 of them are fu jian girls. It doesn't reveal the extent of their torment. OMG x 3

I have to admit this. I'm a very sensitive girl and I'm lucky to have friends as understanding as kev, michelle and may yi as a friends. The pass few nights I've not been able to sleep well, since reading about the video. I guess this blog is therapy for me. I'm reaching out to tell people about my outrage. Everytime I see the picture of the girl being force to do ear squat. I shiver. I had to force myself to be calm when I edited this page. Because of the picture bellow.

Strip search is a normal practice

Going back to the previous post- police strips and films girl.
There were 4 recent incidents that proves that it's very normal for people to be
stripped nude and forced to do ear squats by the malaysian police. However I do not understand why in the video that was release that it could be done with such clumsiness?Why wasn't it done in a more concealed area. The picture clearly shows there's a open doorway and a window. Where a individual with no respect for woman could sneak up to film the act. Clearly the police woman in the video does not give a damn. I wonder how many thousand woman in malaysia has been humiliated and degraded with such a practice.

i still can't help thinking about how that girl in the video was hummiliated and degraded by doing 10 squats while being naked in front of another grown woman while standing behind a window and having 2 door ways open near by.Kevin is asking me to forget it. Saying it's not worth thinking about it. OMG! what an insensitive thing to say. What would kev do? if it happend to me?

The questions are still going through my mind.

-Why did they have to do the strip search and naked ear squat ? It is so
degrading!!!!
-Why did they have to do it in an open area where a hornly police men can sneak
over to film the act.
-Why didn't the police women care when she could plainly see someone sneaking over
to film the victim?
-Why didn't the police women close the door and window? Doesn't she care????
-How many weeks, years has this gone on? and to how many people?
-WHY??????? is such police abuse going on?

I called Johnny to talk. Johnny always seems to know the right words to say. Anyway he told me it happends all the time in malaysia when they put you in the lockup. He pointed it out that he read about to recent incidents where people are strip naked before put into the lock up.

Incident 1 : Drug bust jailed 22 innocent people

"When we walked through the walkway into the main prison compound, we were in shock. All the prisons you have seen on TV is nothing compared to the horrid conditions of Pudu Jail. Everybody in prison was frail thin, bony. The only fat people were the policemen guarding the prison. We were told to put our belongings into a cell and leave them there, we were then made to one by one strip naked and made to do squats in front of all the other jail mates. I had never done anything wrong in my life, why was I being treated this way?!! It was degrading. It angered me"

Incident 2 : police made me strip. This the event which I've been talking about.

"She added that during a body search at the station, she was instructed to take off her clothes.
A policewoman grabbed my breast and slapped me when I blushed.
I was then forced to take off my undergarments and do five ear squats.
I saw a policeman peeping then,” she said, adding that the room door was shut tight only when she screamed."

incident 3 : The one in the video which is a different incident from incident 2. A different girl from incident 2 was filmed by a hiden policeman. The malaysian police has confirmed to the press on 25th november it was indeed a lockup in petaling jaya, malaysia.

incident 4: Transsexual: I was humiliated and forced to strip

OMG. I can't believe they could do this to someone. I've just seen the video. Johnny emailed it to me since kev refused to show it to me. I'm shivering as I type. I can't belive that such a thing could be done to another person or worst woman. How degrading is that. To be force to pulled your ear as you squat 10 times,buck naked infront of someone in an open area such as this. This is trully disturbing. I think this incidents happend all the time. How many years has this been going on?

I pray. And I hope justice can be found for whoever that's been wrong by the malaysian police.

For those of you who don't know about this issue about police abuse. A few chinese nationals in malaysia were wrongfully detained for a few days. In prison they were forced to striped, slaped, had money extorted and sexually harass by male officers. This chinese nationals were married wife of malaysians. They were law abidding citizens

When I saw the pictures of the stripping. I was so shocked. How can this be done to another human beings. Some people are calling it abu ghraib. Imagine to be force to strip in front of another person. And then had to do something as degrading and humiliating as squating in front of another grown person. I think I would not be able to handle living through such an experience. In my full life. No strangers has seen me naked before. As a girl i'm really anger by this incident. Thankfully and hopefully our singaporean police do not treat people this way. I have an old friend in the singaporean police force. He said our police force are more civilise than that. If I can find the video I would like to show it to him to see what he has to comment on the malaysian police.

Another question is going through my mind. Who was filming it? Kevin says he saw the 1 minute videoand he doesn't want to show it to me. He said it seems like someone was hiding behind the window secretly filming the girl. Who was it? A police man? A lewd hornly police man. It has to be a police man. who else could gain access into a police station to film such an act. A police officer. The person who was suppose to protect people? I shiver to think about being in that situation. I feel sorry for that girl in those pictures now. She had to live through such a degrading situation and now people around the world are seeing her naked pictures. All my prayers go to you now, poor lady.

Another question. Why is there a window next to where the woman is suppose to strip? Why can't they have her strip in a more secure room? Why is someone able to so conveniently sneak to a window to see where the stripping is being done? Why doesn't that police woman give a damn if someone is filming the naked detainee ? It very clear she can see someone filming the girl. She doesn't give a damn. WHY??

I'm so angry now. I'm going to call kevin. I'm starting to have breathing fits again.

This happend to my malaysian friend's friend. (zouka buse)Oh my god. How can 4 burly men beat up a girl and her fiance. Beat up a girl!!?? How unprofessional. And seems like the malaysian police didn't want to take her statement. In fact they critise her for helping her fiance.

U see she rushed into the men's toilet to help her fainting fiance out of the toilet. Since the toilet attendant did not speak english and weren't about to help her. Next came the bouncers who threaten her and soon started beating them up in front of everyone.

This came after another incident that happend to 22 clubbers who were wrongfully jailed for a weekend due to a flawed malaysian police drug test procedure. http://corrupted-malaysia.blogspot.com .

chinese housewife abused and wrongfully detained by malaysian police

Seems like this lady who's married to a malaysian was travelling with her friends when they were stop at a roadblock. The police officer indicated they wanted a $500 ringgit bribe or else they will accuse them of carrying fake passports. The lady and her chinese national friend refused. Thus they were thrown in jails for a few days.

While in custody the lady was forced to strip naked and her breast was squeezed by a policewoman. When the lady turn her back towards the policewoman out of shyness, the lady officer slap her on the face. After that she was forced to do 5 earsquat whilst completely naked. While doing the squat she saw a police man peeping at her.

Also while in custody the policewoman took $50 ringgit from her wallet and split it with 4 other officers.

She stayed in jail from Nov 3rd to Nov 7th, when the immigration department verify they authenticity of their passport. Her husband was totally helpless while he see her wife in jail day by day.

Oh my god. this is terrible. I think we singaporeans must be very carefully when we visit malaysia!! Girls travel with partners! I hope I never get to see this type of thing happend to me or a fellow singaporean.
