At the close of 2011 we completed the exterior of The Schuster Group’s Joseph Arnold Loft located in Seattle. This year we completed the lobby featuring the living green wall.

Abeilla Development Updates

A development in Quebec, Canada based on the principles of sustainable living, with several exterior design concepts. The idea of the development is to have the least amount of impact on its natural surroundings and to replenish the land that they live of off. They have recently made changes to their original plan, these are the latest site updates.

Abeilla EcoVillas Complete!

Abeilla is a Green Community in Quebec, Canada where residents are encouraged to live with an interconnection between nature, community, and individual life. It promotes native landscaping to live harmoniously with the environment and supports wildlife protection. Abeilla also tries to inspire a healthy, balanced lifestyle of self-sufficiency, respect for ourselves and all those we engage, as well as creative solutions for daily life.

At GIS Virtual, we took rough SketchUp plans from Abeilla, and transformed them into photo-realistic renderings of this health-conscious community. This included a birds-eye view of the neighborhood and its surroundings as a whole. The region encompasses two cascading reservoirs of water, along with an abundance of trees, fueling the people with fresh air and water. In another image, one is able to immerse themselves into the tranquil, holistic living environment that is safe for children and families to grow and learn. Last year, we worked on several exterior design concepts for Abeilla as well. The idea of the development is to have the least amount of impact on its natural surroundings.

We are happy for Abeilla and wish them all the best in constructing this utopian paradise where their values for a healthy lifestyle can be fully realized.
