Flappy Birds is back to action but available with Amazon Fire TV.

Earlier this year, Flappy bird was booming as the most addictive game and due to this addiction its creator Dong Nguyen pulled back this game at that time. He also promised to come back with less addicted version of the game and with an option of multi player game and indeed its available. Flappy birds made its appearance in Amazon Appstore and is available with Amazon Fire TV.

Flappy Birds Family is now available with Amazon Fire TV which is the set top box provided by Amazon which can also be used as a gaming console. Sooner or later this this game will be available on Android phones and iPhone platforms too but its not sure.

Flappy Birds now are on Amazon Fire TV with incredible new features like Person vs Person mode, more obstacles, and still very hard with ghost coming to bring more fun in the game. The description reads as “Enjoy playing the game at home (not breaking your TV) with your family and friends.”

Samsung’s new device codenamed as SM-T2558, has been spotted at TENAA(a Chinese certification agency) for approval for phone but not tablet which was leaked online. This new device expected to fall under Samsung’s Mega series of mid-range phablets.

According to the information, this device will have 7-inch HD screen and will be running on 1.2Ghz quad-core processor with 1.5GB of RAM. Will have 8GB of internal memory with expandable storage. Also to have 8MP rear camera and 2MP front facing camera and to be running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. This phone will be compatible with 3G and 4G LTE for network connectivity.

There is no information about the price and availability if the device.

Windows Malware tries to attack Android Devices.

In the fight between the Windows and Android, many users bank accounts are being compromised. A recent blog from Symantec reveals thats, a new malware DLL is distributed on Windows machines which passes a trojan malware Trojan.Droidpak when any Android phones are connect with Windows system. This trojan connects with banking applications installed in the phone and retrieves all the information.

In the Symantec blog researcher Flora Liu said that, “the infection starts with a Trojan named Trojan.Droidpak. It drops a malicious DLL (also detected as Trojan.Droidpak) and registers it as a system service. This DLL then downloads a configuration file from the following remote server:

http://xia2.dy[REMOVED]s-web.com/iconfig.txt

It then parses the configuration file in order to download a malicious APK to the following location on the compromised computer:

%Windir%\CrainingApkConfig\AV-cdk.apk

The DLL may also download necessary tools such as Android Debug Bridge (ADB).

Next, it installs ADB and uses the command shown in Figure 1 to install the malicious APK to any Android devices connected to the compromised computer:

The installation is attempted repeatedly in order to ensure a mobile device is infected when connected. Successful installation also requires the USB debugging Mode is enabled on the Android device.

The malicious APK is a variant of Android.Fakebank.B and poses as a Google App Store application.

However, the malicious APK actually looks for certain Korean online banking applications on the compromised device and, if found, prompts users to delete them and install malicious versions. Android.Fakebank.B also intercepts SMS messages on the compromised device and sends them to the following location:

To avoid such things with your Android devices you should turn off USB debugging on your Android device when you are not using it and do not connect your phone with any untrusted computers.

Steps to turn off USB debugging in your phone.

For Android 1.x and 2.x

Go to Applications > Settings > Applications > Development.
Uncheck USB debugging.

For Android 4.x

Go to Applications > Settings > Developer Options.
Uncheck USB debugging.

Telegram is a social messaging app which is simple, free and secure. Telegram works same as Whats app and Line messenger but has various different feature which will end you up in using it. Telegram is a open source application but more secure than any other social messaging application. It is available for Android and iPhone users as of now, but will be available for Windows phone as well from end of January 2014.

Telegram works on a cloud based media sharing which helps to keep the images, videos or any document always available in chat as the cloud space is used than phone memory. The shell has broken and the baby is out. The much awaited phone from Nokia has been launched. It is named as Nokia Lumia 1020, after a lot of announcements. It is launched with 41 pixel Carl Zeiss lens which is one of the first lens manufacturers in the world. The phone seems much similar to its ancestor Nokia lumia 808. The main thing which separates 1020 from 808 is the new Windows operating system.

Facebook 5.0 version is being released for better performance and easy availability of options on apps powered on Windows Phone. With this new Facebook app heavy users can switch between pages more quickly, easy navigation of options available in app, better user interface, support for high resolution images and can post updates and status more faster.

This application was in Beta phase as many new things has been added to it, for better Windows Phone experience. The developers were working on it from past few months to keep the app updated with clean user interface. Nokia introduces Mail for Exchange on Asha smartphones

New Delhi (June 21, 2013) : Nokia Asha users can now send and receive office e-mails from the comfort of their mobile phones with the arrival of Mail for Exchange app on Nokia Store.

The new app, which is compatible with the Nokia Asha 311, Asha 310, Asha 309 and Asha 308 will allow users to sync their email, calendar and contacts data with Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 Servers and Microsoft Office 365 Mobility Online Service.
