Knowing her love of dancing that she willingly passes on to her daughter Suri, Katie Holmes teamed up with So you Think You Can Dance producer Nigel Lythgoe, director Adam Shankman, and show judge Carrie Ann Inaba to launch a dance scholarship called the Dizzy Feet Foundation.

The nonprofit organization is created to raise level of dance and improve, expand and support dance education nationwide. It will also provide scholarships and assistance to talented underserved youth to help them realize their dreams of becoming professional dancers, the foundation’s press release reads.

As it was revealed earlier, Katie Holmes will have a special guest appearance on SYTYCD on July 23 introducing the Foundation with her recreation of Judy Garland’s ‘Get Happy’ from Summer Stock musical (1950).

I think it’s important for children to experience music and dance,” Katie Holmes said. “Every child should have the opportunity to discover what it is they like and have access to the very best in that pursuit.”

The Dizzy Feet Foundation has already gained support of such big names as Jennifer Lopez, Paula Abdul, Miley Cyrus, and others.

Megan Fox: Sexy turned scary for Jennifer’s Body

She knows she’s sexy but she’s not afraid to show her evil side.

A new pic from Megan Fox’s latest flick, horror comedy Jennifer’s Body reminds me of old horror movies with a lot of ketchup-y blood and no story.

In the photo revealed by Fangoriaonline.com Megan looks scary and ugly with blur blue contact lenses and fake fangs covered in blood.

In Jennifer’s Body, out September 18, 2009, Megan plays a Minnesota small town high school hottie Jennifer who’s possessed by a demon that makes her kill and feed on boys.

And Jennifer’s body is like a lure.

In the movie written by Oscar-winner Diablo Cody (Juno) and directed by Karyn Kusama Fox costars with Amanda Seyfried, Adam Brody and J.K. Simmons.

Seyfried plays Jennifer’s best friend who tries to stop her friend from eating boys but then becomes a possible victim herself. So to survive, she has to kill her friend and find the Satan-worshipping rock band responsible for the horrible transformation.

Doesn’t the story sound familiar to you?

I don’t think I’ll watch the movie. But if you want to see Megan topless, you simply can’t miss it.

Not a day without Paris.

While some people gossip about her rekindling romance with her ex Doug Reinhardt, Paris Hilton finally opens up about her second-long romance with highest paid footballer in the world, Cristiano Ronaldo.

The hotel heiress reveals she broke up with one of the hottest sportsmen in the world cause she didn’t want to become a WAG and end up as a “footballer’s wife.”

Why in the world does she think Ronaldo would marry her?

I didn’t want to start dating Ronaldo because I’ve got no intention of ending up becoming some kind of footballer’s wife,” Paris gushed. “People were saying we were the new Posh and Becks - in fact that’s what people said I was going around saying - but it’s not true. Posh and Becks are a beautiful and amazing couple but I would not want to be just a footballer’s wife. But some girls just become known for being a footballer’s girl. I wouldn’t ever want to be pigeon-holed like that.”

Whatever you say, Paris is one of the most self confident and probably self absorbed people I’ve ever seen.

Lindsay Lohan is all around fake

About five months ago we heard a fairy tale-like story of a celebrity (Lindsay Lohan) meeting a spray tanner (Lorit Simon) and coming up with a unique tanning formula that they perfected “over the years” and eventually launched the spray tan line called Sevin Nyne.

What a perfect story for the press!

And now here’s the truth.

A Florida chemist, Jennifer Sunday, has filed a lawsuit in Tampa federal court claiming that LiLo and Simon stole the Sevin Nyne formula (that they had claimed to be working on for around three years) from her.

Ms. Sunday is suing Lohan, Simon, and Simon’s company for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade practices, ICYDK.com reported.

Apart from public mocking and more humiliating remarks about Lohan, Ms. Sunday is looking for the profits that are being generated from the product. Get ready to pay out Lindsay!

Lindsay’s rep has not been reached for comment. No wonder.

Christian Audigier criticizes Beckham’s designs

Good some people avoid hypocrisy to stay true to themselves.

Tattoo t-shirt guru Christian Audigier has revealed he doesn’t like Victoria Beckham’s fashion designs and considers them “very simple.”

I like her, she is a nice girl, but she is not completely my style,” the designer said in the interview. “I have seen some of her designs - they are very simple. It’s difficult for an artist or a singer to enter into the world of fashion.”

Being pretty harsh in his fashion judgments, Christina sees the objective reality of singers/ actors-turned-designers these days. They simply use their names to help sell, he adds.

Michael Jackson was an ultimate prankster

These past two weeks have been absolutely Jackson-crazy - lots of rumors, “new details”, revealing confessions and newly surfaced secrets. This media madness doesn’t seem to ebb away soon.

Well, I’m a part of this media machine. I admit that. I’m sorry Michael.

I’ve already written about Michael’s will and his desire to have his children guarded by fellow singer Diana Ross.

Now the new book by Ian Halperin, Unmasked: The Final Years Of Michael Jackson, claims The King Of Pop had another will he wrote shortly before his death.

The author claims the will will probably never be legally finalized but “it exists somewhere.”

Mr. Halperin writes:

He took prescription drugs and sat up all night writing. One aide insists it was another will which, if legally sound, would supersede the July 2002 document released last week. The aide said: ‘That night he stayed awake writing. I asked Michael, “What are you doing?” He answered: “I’m writing my will.”

Jackson told my source on four separate occasions that he was writing a new will. But the source added: ‘Michael played lots of jokes - he was the ultimate prankster. You never knew when he’s telling the truth.”

Whether Jackson was going to rewrite his will or it was just a joke of his, well, we’re unlikely to find out soon, or at all.

But according to the 2002 document his mother Katherine Jackson will get 40% of Michael’s assets, 40% will go to his three children, and the rest 20% will be shared among five children charity organizations.

Whatever people say, Michael was a very kind person, kind and ready to share. He was the greatest charity activist in Hollywood spending millions to help those less fortunate.

Celebs go white to fight malaria

Sean P Diddy Combs held his annual White Party in his Beverly Hills mansion on July 4, 2009 dedicating this year’s glam A-list celebrations to the good cause.

Diddy teamed up with Twitter-addict Ashton Kutcher to raise money for Malaria No More, a non-profit organization geared towards ending Malaria in Africa.

Hope you all are having as much fun as we are,” Ashton tweeted that night. “Happy 4th. Thank you for helping end malaria in the world.”

Tons of celebs turned up to support the organization and have a hot Independence Day celebration together.

Traditionally for this event, all guests wore white.

Chris Brown made his first public appearance after the final court hearing that found him guilty of assaulting Rihanna, looking pretty content and enjoying himself on the dance floor, paying tribute to late Michael Jackson. Chris looked fresh, smiley and flirty.

Why flirty? Cause he was really playful with his fellow singer, Teyana Taylor, whom some people consider a real Rihanna lookalike, tough I believe they’re absolutely different.

Talking about exes. Diddy’s ex and mother of his 2 year old twin girls, Kim Porter, also hit the party. Her headband didn’t look good at all. It covered half of her face and seemed her head decoration and her shoes embellishment were of the same design. Not hot.

Celebrity cover transformation: Cameron Diaz

At my first glance I didn’t really recognize it was Cameron Diaz.

Ther 36 year old actress looks almost unrecognizable on the V Magazine July/August Beauty Issue 2009 cover [out tomorrow].

Channeling Madonna for the shoot, Cameron underwent certain appearance transformation to copy Madge’s famous image of True Blue era and her 1990 The Blonde Ambition Tour.

Peroxide blonde locks in an upper do, Madonna’s famous cone bra and surreally fierce thigh-high black leather Prada boots, short shorts and dark red lipstick create a very flamboyant image of a very self confident and bold Hollywood star.

It’s worth mentioning that Cameron’s cone bar was made of gaffer tape and her tattoos were pained by the on-set tattoo artist.

The fancy shoot was made by famous photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in London.

Harry Potter star has swine flu!

Rupert Grint who plays Ron Whisley in Harry Potter has contacted swine flu. The actor had a mild bout of the disease but now feels ok and has fully recovered, his rep told the press.

Rupert took a couple of days off but now is ready to get back on the set of the latest Harry Potter installment, Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows, and is set to turn up on Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince premiere tomorrow.

Happy everything is ok now.
