Windows Phone 7 icon set now available.

Since we love everything tech, we were giddy as children on Christmas morning to see Windows Phone 7 finally released. Doing what we do best we quickly got down to deciphering the visual language of Windows Phone 7’s iconography and started drawing our own icons to augment the initial basic set of icons provided by Microsoft.

Today we are excited to present to you our huge collection of over 300 icons for Windows Phone 7. You can check out all the icons in the set on our site.

This huge set of quality mobile icons for Windows Phone 7 form a comprehensive collection of icons for use in a wide variety of applications. The icons are available in both light and dark variations and are organised into 8 different categories including Business, Common, Lifestyle, Mapping, Messaging, Multimedia, Photography and Word Processing.

Lastly our end-of-financial-year sale starts today and runs for the next two weeks, finishing at the close of business on the 8th of July. You can get a 30% discount on everything in our store, excluding the just released Windows Phone 7 set.

Aero Control Set Now Available

Here at glyFX we like to think that we aren't robots, but we are producing new icon sets like a well oiled machine. The latest set to roll out the door is Aero control set.

The Control Icon Set is specifically designed for software that needs to display icons of particular Windows controls. Ideal for interface design software, tutorials explaining the use of the Windows Common Controls, system applications and more.

We've also updated the Aero 11 Pack with the new Aero Control set and the Aero Database II set making it the Aero 13 Pack. The Aero 13 Pack contains all our Aero style icons and is a much cheaper way to purchase all our sets.

Aero Database II Set Released!

We're still working hard at updating our icon sets to Aero style and the next freshly updated set rolling off the production line is the Aero Database II set.

Designed as a companion set to Aero Database I, it adds more icons for use in database applications. Included in the set are 28 eye-catching icons for working with fields, importing and exporting data, encryption and compression.

Aero icon pack updated to Aero 11 Pack

We've just updated the Aero icon Pack to include the Aero Network 2 set making it the Aero 11 pack. Buying the Aero 11 pack is a great way to get our complete collection of Aero icons. All the icon sets are bundled together and so there's less hassle for you and buying the bundle is cheaper than purchasing each set individually.

It's time to get down to business, and with the brand new Aero Business set you have all the icons you need to do so. The Aero Business set features 52 icons for business and finance related applications. Anything from point of sale to banking software to order forms on a website will benefit.

We've also updated the Aero 9 Pack to include the Aero Business set making it the Aero 10 pack. Buying the Aero 10 pack is cheaper than purchasing all our sets individually.

We know it's been a long time coming but we aren't resting yet. We have another set in the works already which we hope to have ready in the next few weeks so stay tuned!

Aero Business Set Preview

As a special surprise to all our registered users we've just added a sweet preview of the forth coming Aero Business stock icon set to every registered users account. The preview contains 5 icons in all the sizes and formats that will be included in the final release.

To download the preview release you need to log into your account and navigate to "My Account". Under "My Orders" you will find a new order containing the download link for the icons.

Recent Stock Icon Set Launches

Over the past few months we've released a lot more mobile stock icon sets for both the Android and iPhone platforms.

For the iPhone we've added the Mapping set, Messaging set, Multimedia set and the Photography set. These sets all contain icons in two sizes suitable for applications that use either a Tab Bar or a Toolbar.

On the Android side we've added a new Common set as well as the Mapping set and the Messaging set. These stock icon sets come in sizes suitable for use in Menus, Lists, Tabs (selected & unselected) and Dialogs. We also have another new Android stock icon set to be released in the next few days
