Yeap. I am an idiot for doing so. Haha.

No la, not in real life ofcourse. Who in their right mind will choose Afdlin Shauki over Megan Fox? I don’t think that even a uber-gay man will do that.

I’m talking about the movie Jennifer’s Body and Papadom. I wanted to see Jennifer’s Body as a midnight show last night, but due to the overwhelming number of people that wanted to see it too, the movie was full house. But the funny thing is, This Is It , wasn’t…Weird..

During the 15 minit standing-in-line-to-buy-tickets(imagine the looooong line) phase of movie going, me and a couple of my friends listed a couple of movie incase Jennifer’s Body is fully booked. Since it was, we went to watch the 2nd movie on our ‘emergency’ list, Papadom by Afdlin Shauki.

I’m not the type of Malaysian that despises Malaysian movies, but I’d rather watch english movies compared to local ones. This is mainly caused by stupid movies like Senario movies, even stupider Razak Mohaideen movies. But, since it’s Afdlin Shauki’s movie, I gave it a try and I wasn’t disappointed.

I’m not really a big fan of Afdlin but I do love and respect his work since I saw Cuci. hehe. If you haven’t go and watch this movie, please do so, you wont be dissapointed. The story is light, fun and filled with social message. Some of the funny points for me in the movie;

1. The scene after Liyana Jasmay ran away from Afdlin during the party, when Afdlin is driving and he thought that a ghost is in his car, and he says the line, ” Kenapa pulak aku jumpa hantu yang suruh mengucap ni?!” . Haha, it totally killed me. haha

2. All the scenes where he talked to his ‘dead’ wife. After the chat, there will be people interrupting him,the funny part is when he tries to ‘cover’ up his talking-to-himself,talking-to-plants act.

3. Afdlin funny comeback and quirky  lines throughout the movie.

4. Farid Kamil is portrayed as a playboy that is a soft type. Cool,relax and funny character for him. He did a good job.

I’m not saying that this movie is perfect, it still have few flaws here and there. Like, i believe that some scenes in the movie reuse the same exact shooting location as earlier scenes from the movie. I think!

All in all, its a good movie, spend your rm11 on this movie and you wont be disapointed. Take my word for it! This is one great Malaysian Movie!

  Every single blogger/website admin dreamt of being in the top 10 search result for any search done on Google. Some of them,mainly people that are marketing some type of product, would spend months setting their blog nicely, SEO, promoting and even paid advertisement in order to get listed as the top 10 results for google search.

Why you ask? It’s because, their website/blog will receive much more traffic because research show that the top results for any keyword will receive more viewers than the lesser ‘popular’ results.

Well, I haven’t done anything, such as SEO-ing, promoting my blog or anything, but i was able to be listed as Google top 10 search results. It was a result of this post, a post that i did just for fun, but ended up causing trouble to me and my blog.

If you search for the keyword, Megan Fox A Man, on google, you would see my blog is the 5th listed blog (last time i checked,before that it was the 3rd, forgot to capture it! x_x), out of 17.6 million results! Think about that for a minute. Here’s a pic;

Being a top 5 results for Megan Fox a Man search, it cause my blog to be out of bandwidth on the 4th day of July.  Now its 1st of August, and my bandwidth is reset. My website is low on bandwidth, Only 5GB a month. Cause i chose a cheap hosting package. Didn’t know that that post is going to be that big. Heh.

LOS ANGELES, CA – The internet has been abuzz since this Sunday’s Golden Globes ceremony, where Megan Fox jokingly remarked that she looked like a man.

When interviewed on the red carpet, she said “I look like Alan Alda in drag.  I’m a tranny.  I’m a man.”

At the time, reporters passed it off as a jovial attempt to cover for her nerves.

However, today she has cleared the air and officially reported: she’s really a man.

Megan Fox was born Mitchell Reed Fox in Rockwood, Tennessee.  From an early age, Mitchell showed an interest in both performing and women’s clothing.  When having a preacher lay hands on him did not ‘cure’ him of these interests, his parents simply put him on the pageant circuit.

By the age of 13, Mitchell had already started a career as a female child performer called ‘Megan Fox’.  Making her debut on an Olsen Twins straight-to-video release, the twins have kept his secret all this time.

As a sweet 16 present, Fox’s parents offered him sexual reassignment surgery, which, given their child’s career, they’d hoped to write off as a business expense.  Unfortunately laws prohibit such surgery to be done to minors.

Since then Megan has been working non-stop, and been included on many Hottest Women lists in publications around the world.

Megan, as she goes by now exclusively, also noted this Sunday how much she wants Salma Hayek’s figure.  She has even scheduled surgery later this month to get it.  After the two met in New York this week, Hayek offered to have a cast made of her bust so doctors can match them exactly on Megan Fox’s chest.

The internet is already speculating whether this news will be worked into the plot of the upcoming Transformers sequel.

Been a while (almost 6months) since my last post, Malaysians are oh-so creative…. I didn’t have anything to write lar. Problems cluttering my thinking, blocking my ability to think what to write (LOL.. over pulak! :P)

A few days back a friend of mine wanted to watch a midnight movie, so i thought, what the hell, it’s been a while since i watched a midnight movie. Drive over to MidValley, sesat in the parking to find a perfect spot, closer to the theatre. Look at what movie is available and Drag Me To Hell is available. So, buy the tickets la.

Now, a review about the movie. From my own view. !!SPOILER ALERT!!

At the start of the movie, they show a kid, that stolen a locket from a gypsy cart. The parents of the kid wanted to return the locket but they wont accept it. So, they bring the kid to a witch-doctor a.k.a ‘bomoh’ to help the kid, since the kid is locket is cursed and a goat-devil,Lamia, creature is coming after the kid’s soul and dragging it back to hell.The bomoh failed and the kid is dragged to hell.

The story then fast forwards to the present day. Where a bank loan officer,Christine Brown, is forced to make a decision wether she approved an extension on the loan of Mrs Ganush,an old and weird lady. Then, Mrs Ganush  curses Christine because she shamed her.

Then, came the parking lot fight scene. Here, it starts to get weird. The  old lady becomes pretty tough when she attacked Christine in her car. Through out the whole scene , i was like, WTF?!. The old lady got skills man! She got smacked,elbowed, stapled(Christine stapled her eyes together), even survived a car crash! The funniest thing in the scene is when the old lady tried to bite Christine’s chin but was unable to since her fake teeth is removed when she hit the dashboard during the car crash. I laughed so hard that time.Then she got locked out of her car and even managed to smash the car window with a big pile of concrete! Those fxxking Americans wanting to fool the world. Haha.  After 2-3 minutes of the scene, Mrs Ganush took one of Christine’s button and curses it. This is the start of the terror on Christine.

I dont want to continue to tell you guys about the movie. Go watch it. just given you a little bit of a ‘preview’ of the movie. For me, the story is not so scary at all. I didn’t even get shocked during the movie. Okay, i was shocked once, but the scene that shocked me wasn’t a scary scene, but the scene where Christine’s boyfriend ( played by Justin Long greatly) almost hits a man on the road. That’s the only scene that shocked me! You can imagine how unscary the movie is. right?

For me, the movie is more to funny than to scary. But, it does make you want to puke though. Don’t watch the movie on a full stomach. LOL. Some people will get a little bit sick cause of all the effects in the movie. All the vomiting, some blood and explosion of bodies. Heh.

Overall, i give this movie a B. It’s quite okay but the movie has no moral values to present. Just a scary movie ( which is not that scary). The story line is not that great, the movie is kinda flat. But, it is filled with fast camera movement, and scenes trying to give viewers a shock. BTW, i think that Christine didn’t deserve to go to hell.

Yes we are! LOL. Well, most of us Malaysians do. Wanna know why i’m saying that? Just for no good reason! Haha. No la, a couple of days back i saw a ‘pattern’ in Malaysians that is scattered across the country that we call our home, Malaysia.

1. Automotive.

  Haha. This is the most popular topic since most Malaysians drive, even those who cannot afford a car.

Okay2. Wanna know why Malaysians are creative with their automotives? Well, on the Malaysian road you can see a variety of car models. Especially, RACE cars. Even thought these are not the ORIGINAL ones, these ‘enthusiasts’ can change the cars and make it look like the real deal!

Only in Malaysia you can see a Kancil having a TURBO engine,loud exhaust and to top it off, a blow off sound. Wait2,not KANCIL turbo, MIRA. See, we can change a national made car,Kancil, into a outside car, Daihatsu Mira. That’s how creative Malaysians are.

  The Proton car’s are also not safe from these ‘creative minds’ that we have. We can buy a normal Proton car, let’s say, Wira, and we can TRANSFORM them into Mitsubishi Evo! Yes we can! Just drive a Wira and claim it to be an Evo and show off to people. Sigh.

Well, i think that these two cars are good enough example to show the world that we are innovators in this stuff!

If you don’t believe me, after your read this post, turn off your computer and take a drive. You’ll see what i mean.

2. SEX

I’m sure i’ve opened your eyes with this topic. Am i right? LOL

This is not the type of SEX that you’re thinking. Not the sweaty,physical and exhilarating type, NO. This one is the kind that shows you that you’re a boy or a girl

SOME malaysians are creative until they can change their sex! WAHH!

Even the Government is confused when it come to this thing.

                                        Goodbye 2008!

Wow. 2009 is fast approaching. It means that…. 2008 is reaching it’s end (duh!)

  Time is passing us by really really really fast nowadays. It feels like only a few months ago that we anticipated the clock striking 12.00am on 31st December 2007.How time flies. So sad, cause there are not much that i achieved in the year 2008. Haish.

Time to throw away those 2008 calendar and find a 2009 calendar. Hoping to make 2009 work for me . Hope that the year ahead bring happiness and prosperity to us all!

  This is quite a funny thing that is stirring in Malaysia right now. I’m still tickled by this subject while writing this post.

Reformasi Rakyat Malaysia or REFORMIS are going to launch a nude demonstration towards the Selangor government to defend their rights (or something ..i forgot  :P). Why is this funny you ask? Well, for one thing. Who gave them this idea? Who in their right mind supports this idiotic idea? I know that they’re trying to prove a point but what the funk.. No other way to do it is it?

Another funny thing, the one’s that wanted to do this demonstration are mostly middle-aged men.No women at all! How are they going to get noticed and supported by other Malaysians??! LOL. Atleast THEY said they going to turn out. I’m pretty sure that the turn-out for the demonstration will be just around few people (if it will ever be held).

If anyone of you decided to join or view the demonstration, DO NOT FORGET TO BRING A CAMERA!! Haha.

LOL.. What kind of Malaysia are we living in nowadays??!

Hmm..

Life sometimes throw you something weird. And this is another one. Well, not weird but, shocking. LOL.

The King Of Pop recently said the Shahadah and became a Muslim.

Well, i hope that he follows the steps of Cat Stevens and not follow the steps of Mike Tyson (they say that he’s a muslim.)

I’m looking forward to listening some religious songs from Michael…erk… Mikaeel, which is his muslim name.
