My girl friend and I are trying our hardest in the ninth sphere. From my understanding the female orgasms are different from those of men and there are many different types. My girlfriend is experiencing loss of water without orgasm. She sometimes experiences such water loss in succession and in very little time. My girlfriend says it is nothing like an actual orgasm which involves a "crescendo " in pleasure with a climax but a very different feeling which ends in the release of a significant amount of water. Is this also considered sin against the holy spirit even if there is no actual orgasm involved? (or maybe it is?) We've searched and read different articles on female orgasms but no one seems to have a clear understanding of these various types of orgasms. It is a mysterious subject. I find it hard to understand most of the books I have come across, as it seems like it is symbolically written mostly about the mountains, and initiations of the major mysteries, or practices that are much too advanced for the average person to consider.. But very few things I can find written about the minor mysteries, and initiations of the probative path.

Is the idea that these initiations come on their own? They add up to 9, which means yesod, or foundation, referring to the foundation of the work. Referring to Alchemy and pranayama.

But why not 81 lives? or 18 lives?

I feel like the buddha's necklace, is only one single example, and not really enough to make sense. Usually most of the things in these studies have many, many, multiple sources, from different traditions, but this one only has a single reference.. buddha's necklace.

For example, jacob's ladder has 144 steps. also which adds up to 9. so how do we know its not 144? This could easily also represent lives.

are there references to this number in other esoteric traditions, or other religious/spiritual art and philosophies?

I understand the idea that we're nearing our last, and that the spiritual work is intensely important and cannot be put off. but the number 108 seems arbitrary. So long as they add to 9, right? why not say we only have 9 lives?
