Yes I recommend the book, you can get it at MPH at just RM39. It’s an extremely low investment to achieve financial freedom. I haven’t come across any cheaper way.

You can’t achieve financial freedom if everything you know till now has led you away from it. A J.O.B mentality of spending nothing and getting paid doesn’t apply in the pursuit of financial freedom. RM39 is too “expensive” for some, yet I’m sure they spend twice the amount on entertainment every week.

You can’t achieve financial freedom if you don’t make sacrifices. I lived without TV for 3 years, spent thousands on books and learning materials over the years.

You especially can’t achieve financial freedom is you’re no willing in your most powerful asset, knowledge.

What got you here, won’t get you there.

Jaya Supermarket Ruins

I’m sure most Malaysians would have read the news about the collapse of Jaya Supermarket, one of the most iconic stores in Petaling Jaya and perhaps even Selangor. Reports vary, but one thing for sure more than 3 people died when the building, currently undergoing demolition and deconstruction, collapsed last Thursday.

My office is right next to Jaya Supermarket, but yes I’m ok and no one besides the contractors in the building were harmed. I was actually celebrating my wedding anniversary, having dinner in StarHill. Then we heard about the news and rushed back to my office about 8.00pm.

For the past two weeks or so, the noise from the demolition works is all we could hear in the office. Now, everything is quiet and most of the main roads are blocked.

I remember Jaya Supermarket closed down last year around March, the same time I moved into my office in PJ. For over a year the building was abandoned, then suddenly (perhaps due to a deadline) they started demolishing it.

I’m not sure what would replace Jaya Supermarket, perhaps another shopping center. But now the ghost of Jaya will forever be in the heart of Malaysians.

ClickBank has been making tons of changes recently, including a new design which seems more “modern” than their old look. However some of the important changes were more than just cosmetic.

For example, as I was trying to get an affiliate link for Simply PLR today, I expected to see the usual hoplink format which is your affiliate ID followed by the publisher id and the rest of clickbank.net URL.

What I found however is the new encoded hoplink format, which solves the age old problem of affiliate commission theft from ClickBank products. There has been tons of third-part applications for encoding or masking affiliate links, but it’s good to see that ClickBank has FINALLY made it part of the default features.

Of course affiliate theft can still happen, but it’s much more difficult now.

If you want to make money from AdSense, then you can either do what the newbies do, or follow in the footsteps of hardcore AdSense marketers.

Here’s what a newbie would do:

• Find a topic that he / she cares about
• Do some basic keyword research
• Built a site / WordPress blog
• Write related content and get link
• Wait for AdSense money to come flowing in

Here’s the problem with that model: what if you targeted a low-paying AdSense niche market? Wouldn’t you have wasted all those months of hard work?

The people who make a lot of money from AdSense want to know one very important thing before they even build a single web page: how much does the niche pay?

The problem is, Google never reveals exactly how much money they or you make per click. Although there have been many ways in the past to “guess” high-paying AdSense keyword, I recently subscribed to a service called Keyword Country which makes it so much easier.

Keyword Country is a keyword research tool, similar to Keyword Elite.

However, it gets straight to the point by giving you exactly the information you want. Plus, it’s also much easier to use and has a lot of additional plugins you can add on if you’re really crazy about keyword research.

I also realized, Keyword Country gives you way more results when you type in a non-English keyword. Plus, you can also search for keywords by country. So for example if I wanted to see what are the keywords people from Malaysia are typing in related to “blogging” I can do that easily.

Keyword Country will cost you a bit, but if you’re seriously thinking about building lots of profitable niche sites you should go out and at least give it a try.

Well actually it was a book launch for all new True Wealth titles, and I was actually quite surprise to find a lot of new authors published their book in the past six months or so.

The book fair also had foreign publishers and you could get almost any book you want for a discount. Most of the really crowded booths however, were selling text books for primary / secondary kids.

In case many of you have been wondering “What happened to Gobala Krishnan?”, fear not. I’m a live and kicking. Whenever I skip updating my blog with new posts, it usually means I’m working on a new project.

This time around, I’ve created my PLR WordPress Videos membership site where you can get tons of high-quality WordPress / blogging videos with Private Label Rights or PLR. You can use them “out of the box” or you can edit the videos themselves, including adding watermarks, logos and much more.
• Platinum Members (Advanced) – The ultimate level of video marketing you could want, as you get the source Camtasia Studio files. With the source files you can pretty much do ANYTHING – translate the videos into a different language by adding your own voice over, add subtitles, merge or split videos, add background music, etc. Then, you can also produce these videos into any size, quality and file format you want.

There’s a lot of money in WordPress, and most of revolves around “How to” questions. Not everyone who wants to use WordPress is ready to browse through forums and blogs to find out how to get started, or to do more advanced stuff. That’s where step-by-step “screen cam” video tutorials provide tremendous value.

Plus, you’ll get an edge over other marketers since:

1. I create all the videos myself, from my 4 years experience with WordPress. Not rehashed materials or reused PLR here.
2. All the videos you get were actually used by me in some of my best-selling products like WordPress AdSense System and Super Affiliate Blogger. Well to be honest I’m not an aggressive user and I did not do any Twitter campaigns or promotions that produce “large numbers of @reply messages that are not genuine replies”. But it’s true that all my Twitter posts link back to my blog or website and not just a “what I am doing now” type of message. If that’s what they consider as SPAM then I believe a lot more people would be in the same boat as me.

Anyways I will try to get my Twitter account back up, but if I can’t then no big deal. I would not be Twittering according to their ideal usage any time soon
