Hi, here is the best way to reduce the Bangalore traffic. As we all know between 8 to 10 in the morning is a peek hour. As major of small scale and the large scale industries starts functioning at these times. why don’t we have people working in two or three shifts. like one starting at 8 – 5 next at 11-8, this would reduce the traffic as every one is not on roads at a time. This would also reduce the unemployment. and would also increase the economy . I think it would also be fine if we implement working 24hours round the clock with 5days a week and three shifts. there will not be a concept of AM/PM. This would be impossible as we all have a mindset of working in the morning and sleeping at nights.. This also has many more advantages . All it needs is a change in the mind set.
