Did you know that you can easily combine duplicate contact records into one using the Merge/Purge feature in GoldMine?

You can even merge the information in details, history and other tabs into a single GoldMine record. Here's how you can do it:

1.

Tag the records you would like to merge.

Use the Contact Search Center to tag records by checking the boxes to the left of the line (In GM 7.0 and lower, you can tag records by holding down the Ctrl key and left-clicking on the records).

Note that GoldMine will consider the record tagged first as the primary record and merge information accordingly.

Content marketing plays a crucial role in B2B sales. However, you need to identify and create the right content for buyers who are at different stages in the B2B buying cycle.

Try the following:

1.

For buyers who are unaware of what you offer, write content that grabs their attention. Create messages that reach them, address their problems and answer their questions.

2.

For tentative buyers, provide necessary information that helps them to make an informed decision.

3.

For already-engaged buyers, make a compelling offer. Share white papers, case studies, customer testimonials, etc. that will help them to feel assured.

4.

For invested buyers, offer exclusive content that is informative and use an informal and conversational style.
