Nos remete também a lichia, violeta e gengibre. Realmente uma explosão de aromas. Uma cor amarelo palha, cristalino e límpido. Lágrimas abundantes e bem rápidas. Na boca acidez perfeita, refrescante,cítrico e sem amargor. Ideal para um belo dia de sol a beira mar. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A harmonização foi, salmão grelhado com azeite. Gostei muito... Esse está aprovado e muito bem indicado. Tive a sorte de&amp;nbsp;compra-lo por acaso, em uma passagem por uma vinoteca de Orlando pouco falada, mas com preços bem honestos e vendedores que entendem realmente do riscado.&amp;nbsp;Esta vinoteca chama-se The &amp;nbsp;Wine Barns e foi indicada pelo meu grande amigo Alessandro Arruda, um médico, mas que sabe tudo&amp;nbsp;de vinho, inclusive dar dicas de lojas especias como esta.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; O vinho no visual se apresenta ainda novo, com uma cor vermelho rubi com halo&amp;nbsp;bordô&amp;nbsp;e&amp;nbsp;boa presença de lágrimas. Seus aromas lembram, frutas vermelhas( morango), fruta negra (amora e ameixa). Sentimos ainda café, couro, pimenta e pão torrado. Na boca agradabilíssimo, álcool bem equilibrado, acidez maravilhosa e taninos que secam bem a língua mas não agridem.&amp;nbsp;O retrogosto é bem longo lembra&amp;nbsp;café e ameixa. &lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tivemos a oportunidade conhecer esse vinho em uma degustação promovida pela wine em parceria com o restaurante Vojnilô. Na ocasião foram servidos quatro vinhos dois tintos e dois branco, mas esse chadonay foi o que me chamou atenção.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Calytra Chardonay Gran Reserva 2007 cor amarelo gelatina de maracujá um pouco mais claro que amarelo ouro, lágrimas bem presentes e lentas. Nos aromas tem seu ponto forte, apresenta-se com muita fruta branca (pêra), mel, côco queimado,abacaxi em calda, também nos remete a tostados e defumados. Na boca me surpreendeu a acidez, pois pelos 24 meses de barrica achei que fosse ser prejudicada, mas ainda tem uma bela acidez. Um corpo excelente, quase não notamos o álcool e seu retrogosto é bem agradável e demorado. Um final que nos lembra abacaxi e mel.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A harmonização escolhida pelo Chef Lúcio Figueiredo (@Vojnilô) foi o peixe Vojnilô e arroz a grega. Ficou perfeita... Esse eu aprovei e indico muito.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Cor vermelho rubi límpido com halo violáceo, lágrimas lentas, abuntantes e de boa viscosidade. No nariz notas de frutas negras (ameixa em caldas), cassis, chocolate, também sentimos notas terciárias de fumo, defumados&amp;nbsp;e tostados. Na boca é equilibrado, taninos presentes e elegantes,&amp;nbsp;acidez boa e álcool na medida. Seu final não é dos mais longos, mas&amp;nbsp;é&amp;nbsp;bem agradável.&amp;nbsp; Pra harmonizar cai bem um churrasco ou até mesmo um magret de pato.&lt;br /&gt;

Envelhecido 11 meses em barricas novas de carvalho francês este pinot sulafricano é uma delícia.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; No visual tem cor vermelho rubi translúcido, halo&amp;nbsp;bordô e lágrimas abundantes.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;No nariz nos remete a especiarias, café torrado, pimenta do reino, pão torrado, churrasco e cogumelo (Champignon). Um belo boquê.&amp;nbsp;Na boca um excelente equilíbrio, álcool na medida certa,&amp;nbsp;acidez ótima e retrogosto dos mais demorados. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Realmente surpreendente esse vinho da África do Sul, sugerimos pra harmonizar, comida asiática, com combinação salgado/doce,&amp;nbsp;peixes de preferência um atum ou salmão e até mesmo um frango defumado. Escargots com ervas e lingua de boi ao vinho tinto também seriam muito bem vindos com esse pinot. Esse eu aprovei e indico apesar do preço um pouco salgado.&lt;br /&gt;

PS. Este vinho foi levado pelo amigo Weiber Xavier no último encontro da ACAV no restaurante MIZAKI. Indicado pela vendedora da Total Wine de Orlando, custou cerca de U$ 29,00 e foi um dos mais caros vinhos brancos que comprei na minha viagem&amp;nbsp;à Flórida em outubro passado.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;16 X 20 é fermentedo em barricas de carvalho francês 50% novas e envelhece 12 meses em barricas&amp;nbsp;também francesas,&amp;nbsp;o que torna esse chardonay bem estruturado e potente. No visual notamos um amarelo ouro com&amp;nbsp;grande quantidade de lágrimas bem viscosas e lentas.&amp;nbsp;Seu aromas nos traduzem mel, manteiga, abacaxi em caldas, pera, pêssego&amp;nbsp;e até lima. Na boca elegante apesar dos 14,8% de álcool é bem equilibrado e com uma acidez bem interessante.&amp;nbsp;Muito agradável na passagen por boca, nada daquele amargor final que alguns chardonays nos oferecem. Pra hormonizar sugiro, bacalhau entre rios ou um polvo a lagareiro ambos do João do Bacalhau em Fortaleza. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PS. No nariz tem seu ponto forte, inicialmente exala uns aromas mentolados que com um tempo vão ficando mais escassos, então aparecem as especiarias (café,&amp;nbsp;pimenta do reino), também notamos&amp;nbsp;chocolate e baunilha. Sentimos ainda,&amp;nbsp;alguma fruta negra como ameixa, amora e&amp;nbsp;uns aromas&amp;nbsp;tostados.&amp;nbsp;Na boca muito equilíbrio, taninos bem evoluídos, acidez na medida e álcool quase imperceptível. Retrogosto agradável e com uma passagem por boca marcante.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Tem cor rubi translúcido, lágrimas em grande número, viscosas e lentas. No nariz é bem complexo, sentimos menta, frutas vermelhas (framboesa), frutas negras (ameixa), café e pimenta do reino. Na boca um pouco alcoólico no início, mas depois de evoluir na taça o álcool fica bem equilibrado. Acidez e taninos na medida certa, com final de boca marcante, agradável que supera os 10 segundos.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Harmonizei com uma paleta de cordeiro, legumes e ervas finas do Restaurante Geppo's em Fortaleza.&amp;nbsp;Na minha opinião o californiano perdeu a batalha,&amp;nbsp;o cordeiro&amp;nbsp;venceu o vinho.&amp;nbsp;Talvez tenha me empolgado&amp;nbsp;pelos 3 anos de barrica e pelo toque de syrah, achei que daria certo com esse cordeiro. Infelizmente não deu... Fazer o que... &amp;nbsp;Não&amp;nbsp;foi por isso que deixamos de bebê-lo.&amp;nbsp;Um vinho muito interessante pela complexidade dos aromas e&amp;nbsp;também&amp;nbsp;pela&amp;nbsp;sensação&amp;nbsp;agradável em boca, pois apesar de 14,8% de&amp;nbsp;álcool é saboroso e refrescante.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Vale a pena conferir... Esse eu indico muito, porém procure um prato mais leve pra acompanhar. Depois de enviar a foto ao produtor e confirmar a veracidade do produto compramos o Mouton Rotschild 1975.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Marcamos a degustação no restaurante Sah em Fortaleza cujo proprietário o nosso amigo português Marcos Gil acabara de ser eleito pelo juri de Veja Fortaleza o melhor chefe de cozinha em 2011.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A garrafa foi aberta pelo Alessandro com um saca-rolha de lâmina o que chamamos na liguagem popular de salva garçon. Foi realmente trabalhoso, a rolha quedrou, mas o confrade conseguiu recuperar o pedaço deixado sem que caísse na garrafa.&amp;nbsp;Decantamos apenas para evitar a borra já que por orientação do próprio somellier da Mounton Rothschild tínhamos que tomar logo o vinho. "Nada de muito tempo no decanter, pois se trata de um vinho muito frágil pelo tempo de evolução", disse o renomado somellier.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Sua cor era vermelho, entre rubi e terracota com halo marron. Esperava um vinho com uma cor bem mais evoluida, mas realmente me surperendeu. No nariz uma complexidade de aromas tostados, especiarias (pimenta)&amp;nbsp;e chocolate.&amp;nbsp;Por incrível que possa parecer ainda nos remetia a frutas negras tipo ameixa e amora. Nunca imaginei que um vinho com 36 anos pudesse ter alguma coisa de fruta nos seus aromas. E na boca? Ah, na boca... Estupendo, elagante, soberbo e o mais surpreendente, AINDA SE SENTIA OS&amp;nbsp;TANINOS !!!! Como que pode um vinho de uma idade desta ainda&amp;nbsp;se sentir os&amp;nbsp;taninos? É realmente um bordeaux de uma potência interminável. Seu&amp;nbsp;retrogosto é&amp;nbsp;infinito e&amp;nbsp;no final de boca sentimos,&amp;nbsp;café e&amp;nbsp;chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; O que eu tenho a dizer é que esse emblemático Bordeaux é simplesmente&amp;nbsp;fascinante e fenomenal.&amp;nbsp;E pra harmonizar?&amp;nbsp; Pra harmonizar&amp;nbsp;optamos por nada! Ou vocês acham que eu ia misturar esse&amp;nbsp;vinho maravilhoso com algo. Esse merece ser reverenciado é sozinho.&lt;br /&gt;

Dal Pizzol cabernet sauvignon 2006. Passa um processo de fermentação com&amp;nbsp;maceração prolongada (10 dias) a uma temperatura de 28 a 30 graus e amadurece 15 meses em barricas.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Cor vermelho terracota com halo marron, mostrando toda a sua evolução. Sua lágrimas são bem abundantes e finas. Nos aromas se revela encantador, com notas de café, tabaco, couro, pão torrado e alguma coisa de ameixa em compota. Na boca o tripé álcool, tanino e acidez se encontra muito equilibrado. Na verdade, por ser um vinho nacional 2006 achei que já estivesse decrépito, mas para minha surpresa está muito bom, no ponto de beber.&amp;nbsp;Portanto, não evoluirá mais do que isso.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Pra harmonizar escolhi um boa codorna grelhada,(combinou muito bem) mas se não for com codorna&amp;nbsp;vai muito bem com cordeiro. Mais que eu aprovo e indico.&lt;br /&gt;

Um cara acostumado a receber 100 pontos de Robert Parker. Maturado em barricas de carvalho americano e francês, este espanhol apesar dos seu 16% de graduação alcoólica em momento algum tem a predominância do álcool sobre os demais componentes. Merece uma guarda de 10 anos, porém bebi agora e me surpreendi com tanta elegância. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Cor vermelho bem escuro quase violeta, lágrimas abundantes grossas e lentas. Tem aromas de café, couro, chocolate branco, ameixa e especiarias tipo pimenta. Na boca bem elegante, um retro-olfato que nos remete a chocolate e café. Álcool quase imperceptível, acidez e taninos muito equilibrados. Na passagem por boca deixa o seu recado com elagância&amp;nbsp;e com um&amp;nbsp;retrogosto bem longo e muito delicioso.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Levei esse vinho para o Restaurante Cabana del Primo aqui em Fortaleza e tomei com meu amigo anestesista carioca&amp;nbsp;Ronaldo Vinagre. Seus aromas nos remetem a ameixa em compota, cassis, morango bem maduro, café, chocalate meio amargo e tabaco. Na boca estupendo, carnudo, complexo e opulento.&amp;nbsp;Parece até que podemos mastiga-lo. Retrogosto muito demorado e agradabilíssimo. Pela&amp;nbsp;sua estrurura&amp;nbsp;tem um grande potencial de guarda, cerca de 8 a 10 anos.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Para harmonizar com esse belo vinho sugiro um carre ou mesmo um pernil de cordeiro e até mesmo um delicioso bife de tira. O fato é que ele pede uma carne bem feita a altura da sua estrutura.&lt;br /&gt;
Esse eu aprovei e indico muito.&lt;br /&gt;

Infelizmente não encontrei em nenhum site brasileiro. Seu aromas traduzem frutas negras (ameixa), café, couro, defumados e notas lácteas (chocolate branco). Na boca elegante, acidez muito boa, ácool na medida, refletindo um grande equilíbrio.&amp;nbsp;Retrogosto longo (mais de 10 segundos)&amp;nbsp;e bem agradável sem nada de amargor.&amp;nbsp;Esse vinho espanhol na minha opinião está pronto pra beber, pode até esperar mais uns 2 ou 3 anos na garrafa, mas&amp;nbsp;quem fizer isso estará perdendo a oportunidade de tomar um grande vinho. Foi pra mim o melhor&amp;nbsp;vinho do ano do Clube W da wine.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Levei o Berônia 2009 ao Restaurante Pouccinella (rolha R$35,00) em Fortaleza e harmonizei com um pernil de carneiro. Acertei em cheio, ficou perfeita a harmonização. Detalhe negativo da degustação ficou por conta da rolha... Eu achei muito cara.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Indico muito esse vinho. Por lei pode-se usar até 13 uvas, entre tintas e brancas&amp;nbsp;na elaboração do Chateauneuf-Du Pape. Nesse particularmente o produtor não se fez de rogado, usou tudo que tinha direito, nada mais do que 13 castas. Isso não tira em nada o mérito do elaborador, nem do vinho, pelo contrário, reflete toda a alquimia que vem por traz das grandes marcas.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Um vinho de cor intensa, rubi escuro com halo entre terracota e violáceo, lágrimas, lentas e consistentes. Seus aromas vão desde frutas negras (ameixa, mirtilo, cassis) especiarias (pimenta)&amp;nbsp;até aromas&amp;nbsp;lácteos (chocolate). Na boca intenso, carnudo, acidez&amp;nbsp;perfeita. No começo o&amp;nbsp;álcool&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;era bem notado, depois tudo se equilibrou e ficou muito agradável. Retrogosto de mais ou menos 08 segundos.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;O vinho escolhido foi o Beaumes-de-Venise, um vinho doce fortificado, conhecido como vinho doce natural (vin duox naturel) do Valae do Rhône. Produzido com a uva Muscat, pode ser servido como aperitivo estimulante ou para acompanhar sobremesas. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Um vinho licoroso suave, que entra macio...&amp;nbsp;Calma, ainda estou falando de vinhos. Aromas de uva moscatel, lichia e mel. Na boca tem boa acidez o que&amp;nbsp; torna esse francês bem&amp;nbsp;agradável apesar de doce.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Seu preco é bem razoável quando comparado a outros vinhos doces franceses (Barsac ou Sauternes), portanto além de agradável nos confere um bom custo benefício. Aprovei e indico muito. &amp;nbsp;Meninas não venham com a desculpa que eu só tomo vinho caro. Esse dá pra comprar sim.&lt;br /&gt;

No nariz é brilhante, com aromas de abacaxi em calda, damasco e&amp;nbsp;flôr de maracujá. Na boca é mineral, refrescante e seco. Acidez perfeita, o que&amp;nbsp; torna&amp;nbsp;esse vinho bem agradável e&amp;nbsp;completo da primeira até a última taça.&amp;nbsp;Esse francês pede um peixe grelhado ou um belo queijo de leite de cabra.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Para acompanhar não segui essas regras acima,&amp;nbsp;escolhi sashimi de salmão. A secura deste branco encaixa maravilhosamente com a gordura saudável do salmão. Um vinho que aprovei e indico muito, vale mesmo cada centavo empregado nele. &lt;br /&gt;
PS. Comprei esse vinho por U$ 32,00 fora do Brasil. No visual se apresenta vermelho violáceo, com lágrimas abundantes que descem vagarosamente pela taça. Seus aromas mostram côco, chocolate branco e&amp;nbsp;cassis. Na boca é&amp;nbsp;elegante com&amp;nbsp;taninos bem dominados.&amp;nbsp;Acho que&amp;nbsp;merecia um pouco mais de &amp;nbsp;acidez,&amp;nbsp;porém isso não tira o seu&amp;nbsp;brilhantismo. Um vinho elegante e fácil&amp;nbsp;beber. Indico muito aos que iniciam no mundo da enologia, pois é bem agradável. Vai bem com queijos fortes, carne de pato e um belo cordeiro.&lt;br /&gt;

No nariz&amp;nbsp;lembra, violeta, frutas negras,&amp;nbsp;chocolate branco, um pouco de menta e pimenta. Muito elegante na boca, taninos maduros acidez bem presente e um retrogosto redondo e demorado. Gostei muito do vinho&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Pra harmonizar escolhi uma mão de vaca com pirão, prato típico aqui do Ceará. Achei que o vinho superou um pouco a carne do prato, mas com o pirão esse malbec foi perfeito. Entrou em perfeita harmonia com a gordura do pirão. Uma bela experiência, demonstrando que muitas vezes ousar é preciso.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Seu nome é uma homenagem ao vinho das famílias nobres que no século passado bebiam&amp;nbsp;um vinho chamado de&amp;nbsp;Quinta do Seival. No resgate desta tradição a Miolo está produzindo no mesmo local este belo caldo, fruto de uma parceria (assessoria)&amp;nbsp;com o emblemático enólogo francês Michel Roland.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Cor vermelho rubi intenso com halo violáceo, lágrimas viscosas e abundantes. Um tinto de boa intensidade. Seus aromas nos remetem&amp;nbsp;a frutas vemelhas tipo cassis, cedro e chocolate amargo. Na boca estruturado, apesar do&amp;nbsp;álccol se sobressair um pouco.&amp;nbsp;Taninos elegantes com retrogosto agradável de&amp;nbsp;duração intermediária.&lt;br /&gt;

No nariz nos remete&amp;nbsp;notas minerais,&amp;nbsp;damasco e&amp;nbsp;frutas cítricas. Na boca bem mineral, acidez intensa, agradável e&amp;nbsp;final de boca bem redondo. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Para harmonizar escolhi comida japonesa (foto) a meu juízo ficou perfeito, a acidez desse vinho combinou muito bem com o prato. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;No visual é um vinho correto, brilhante, vivo, de cor vermelho intenso com halo violáceo. Lágrimas em grande número, bem viscosas que descem lentamente pela taça. Seus aromas nos remetem a notas defumadas, carne assada(churrasco), couro, pão torrado. Notamos também amora, ameixa e cassis. Na boca é elegante, o álcool e bem integrado com os taninos e sua acidez é perfeita. Final de boca longo e com um gostinho de quero mais.&lt;br /&gt;

O motivo do encontro,&amp;nbsp;na realidade, foi pra rever amigos do saudoso Colégio Santo Inácio. Ah... Antes que eu esqueça, um dos grandes momentos do encontro foi quando o anfitrião abriu uma deliciosa garafa do premiado espumante Cave Geisse Brut. Esse também é maravilhoso.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Elaborado somente em anos excepcionais, este&amp;nbsp; italiano recebeu 95 pontos da WS e 92 pontos do RP. Na boca, elegante, taninos bem integrados, álcool na medida certa e final de boca bem longevo. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Como já citei anteriormente, esse italino do Piemonte (Serralunga d'Alba) foi um "presentaço" do Alesandro aos amigos da confraria que compareceram ao grande encontro dos acavianos no Restaurante Medit em Fortaleza. Pra harmonizar com este fantástico vinho pedi um risoto de rabada que segurou perfeitamenta a pontência deste Barolo.&amp;nbsp; Parabéns ao Alessandro pelo belo vinho e&amp;nbsp;ao restaurante Medit na pessoa do amigo Maurício (Presidente da&amp;nbsp;ACAV&amp;nbsp;e proprietário do Medit)&amp;nbsp;pelo belo prato. Barros Luco, é o nome de um ex Presidente&amp;nbsp;chileno que governou&amp;nbsp;o Chile de 1910 a 1915. Ele,&amp;nbsp;sempre que tinha fome e&amp;nbsp;pra não perder tempo solicitava um sanduiche de tiras de carne com queijo derretido no trabalho.&amp;nbsp;Em homenagem a ele,&amp;nbsp;esse sanduiche que ele criou,&amp;nbsp;foi batizado de Barros Luco.&amp;nbsp;O tradicional é servido num pão de forma&amp;nbsp;(quadrado) tamanho família mas, encontramos também na versão pão bola.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;No&amp;nbsp;nosso último dia no Chile resolvemos fazer um&amp;nbsp;passeio por Isla Negra (Casa de Pablo Neruda), Vina Del Mar e Valparaíso. Na volta do tour,&amp;nbsp;já a noite, como estavamos muito cansados e tinhamos que estar no aeroporto às cinco da manhã,&amp;nbsp;resolvemos ( Eu e Fernanda) apenas comer um sanduiche. Lembrei que tinha lido sobre esse sanduiche tradicional chileno.Então, pedi&amp;nbsp;ao nosso guia&amp;nbsp;e taxista Sr.Fernando&amp;nbsp;Bahamondes&amp;nbsp;pra nos levar em algum local que tivesse um bom Barros Luco.&lt;br /&gt;

Vi todo o processo de preparo do sanduiche e confesso aos senhores&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;o ex&amp;nbsp;presidente Barros Luco, em matéria de gastronomioa, tinha muito bom gosto. Gostei tanto do&amp;nbsp;dito cujo,&amp;nbsp;que comi dois. Fernanda (minha amada) comeu um na versão pão bola.&amp;nbsp;Portanto indo ao Chile não esqueça de provar o famoso Barros Luco. &lt;br /&gt;
PS. Pelos aromas vimos que é um&amp;nbsp; caldo bem evoluído. Na boca é bem estruturado, macio, carnudo, dá uma idéia que podemos mastiga-lo. Sua&amp;nbsp;acidez é&amp;nbsp;muito bem integrada com o álcool e seu taninos são bem interessantes e domados. Tem&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;retrogosto longo e agradável.&lt;br /&gt;
