			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Still plugging away at 100 burpees a day.  My quads have been fatigued and my jump at the end of each burpee has been muted, to say the least.  I have not added much variation to them over the last week, but I have run three miles or so several times after doing the burpees.</p>
<p>There have been days that I can power through them without a thought or care in the world.  And there have been days that I have dreaded doing them and have trouble getting through all 100.  I need to start doing them all soon after I wake each morning so they&#8217;re not hanging over my head.</p>
<p>How is your Burpee Challenge going?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Yes!  I&#8217;ve made it through 1000 burpees.  Only 8000 more to go in the Burpee Challenge.</p>
<p>I have added some twists, such as doing triangle push-ups to work my triceps or ab wheel in between sets of burpees.  Spicing things up has also made them harder, but I am starting to fall into a good routine.</p>
<p>I have been doing 10 sets of 10 repetitions everyday.  I may work towards uppin the amount of repetitions per set.</p>

<p>Please join in on the challenge and let me know how you&#8217;re progressing.  You don&#8217;t have to shoot for 100 a day and you can modify them to suit your fitness level.  Maybe you want to do full extension pull-ups or maybe you want to do the push-ups on your knees.  It&#8217;s all up to you.  The important thing is that you commit to doing burpees everyday.</p>

<p>Feel free to jump in and do them with me.  Just pause the video when you need rest.  I edited out my rest since Youtube won&#8217;t allow clips longer than 15 minutes.  The whole workout took me 23 minutes.</p>
